• Cathy (8/5): Very good - This is an upmarket hotel, which had a huge room and bed. It did have good amenities overall. The pool was excellent but there was no advertising of the hours it was open and so we went there in the early evening only to be told it was not open. Earlier int he day, the music that was playing was very loud. The parking system worked well. The lighting in the room was not adequate. The drain in the shower was not working as well as it should. The breakfast was great but we were the only ones there and it looked as though they were really not set up for breakfast service. the waiter was very attentive but the coffee machine was not on and the juice machine was switched off!

• Sen (7/5): - Una piscina muy amplia, parking gratuito y personal muy amable. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no enfría. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y aún así no funcionaba muy bien. En este sentido para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja que desear. Por último, las paredes son de papel, la música que sonaba en la madrugada a causa de una boda no nos dejó dormir, retumbaba toda la habitación.

• Katya (8/5): - Има басейн който не можахме да ползваме защото валеше .Красива гледка не е делеч от центъра и има големи удобни легла. Липсват контакти около леглото и като цяло са много малко в стаята .Липсват и осветителни тела в стаята много беше тъмно .От хигиена има какво още да се желае.

• Yana (7/5): Average hotel with cold swimming pool and old furniture, clean and walking distance to the center - The hotel room was very big and comfortable, with a huge window and a 14 floor city view, which was amazing. It was very spacious, clean and they had prepared a special bed for our baby. The staff was very kind and fulfilled our expectations. The main problem of the hotel is that the windows cannot be opened and people have to be all the time with an AC. Therefore both my baby and my husband got a cold and had runny noses for a few days after our stay. In addition, the swimming pool was very cold (temperature around 20 degrees probably) which is very strange considering it was mid-august in Plovdiv and the temperature outside was over 30 degrees, and unacceptable considering it is a 4 star hotel. The price of the breakfast was also very expensive for a hotel (around 40 lv per day which is a restaurant price).

• Hristina (10/5): - Много просторна стая, удобно легло, голяма баня и прекрасно местоположение. Басейнът е супер за летните пловдивски жеги. Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив. Банята има нужда от по-основно почистване.

• Krasimir (1/5): Никога повече! - Престоя ни в хотела беше под всякаква критика за чистота, хигиена и обслужване. В банята, всеки ъгъл около мивката и душа имаше мухъл. Тоалетната беше с котлен камък и мухъл. В душ кабината също- ръчният душ беше счупен и с оголен маркуч, а самият душ покрит с варовик и капки. Мивката беше задръстена и богато извадих сифона имаше коса и боклуци който бяга се напластили. Кафе машината беше със вода в която плуваха бели парцалчета и варовик. Престоят ни беше 2 дни и нито веднъж стаята не беше почистена и кърпите подменени. Закуската е трагична и еднообразна. Първият ден закусвахме рано ( към 7:30) и храната беше горе долу по свежа, но днес преди да напуснем и закусвахме към 9:30, храната не беше прясна. Персоналът дори и на рецепцията не попита как е бил престоят ни.

• Boris (5/5): Hôtel à l’ambiance étrange à éviter ! - Les chambres sont immenses (lit King size ++) et la vue est imprenable sur la ville. Parking gratuit de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très cher et plus que passable. L’hôtel était constamment vide (en plein mois d’août), donnant au séjour une impression étrange. Le personnel était désagréable et peu serviable : du maître nageur à la réception en passant par les femmes de chambre ! Tout est facturé jusqu’à la bouteille d’eau dans la chambre et le canapé en bord de piscine (50 livres bulgares !) Propreté douteuse dans les WC communs et la salle de bain de la chambre. Autour de la piscine les consommations n’étaient pas débarrassés d’un jour sur l’autre. La piscine n’appartient pas à l’hôtel mais est un complexe aquatique ouvert à tout le monde rendant le lieu peu relaxant.

• Ali Volkan (10/5): We❤️Plovdiv - The lady in the reception was great. We got to Plovdiv late at night, she waited us and helped sincerely. The room was large and clean. Car park was free of charge. Wi-Fi is not good enough in the room. A bottle of water should be free for each visitor.

• conu marius (3/5): a hotel that used to be great but is now understaffed and poorly managed - positive the air conditioning worked ok the girls at the reception were assertive the hotel pool was very good and the employees in this area assertive and helpful the porter was nice and polite all the windows dirty the water heater unusable because of a too short cord the walls were peeling in front of the windows the antediluvian hair dryer the refrigerator was not sanitized inside for months the safe was blocked in 4 days, three nights they didn't change a single towel we ran out of toilet paper and borrowed it from our friends who were staying on the 13th floor the TV was exclusively in Bulgarian broken, scratched mirrors in the bathroom on the terrace of the restaurant at the hotel only one semi-speaker of English, because of the wait I left there the breakfast was made like at my mother's house but during the communist period when they didn't have everything only one functional coffee dispenser in the breakfast area the event area was unkempt, dusty, with shabby stairs and stains on the floor

• Лъчезар (6/5): Лош мениджмънт - В следобедните часове музиката от басейна гърми и не може да се почива!!! Ресторантът на последния етаж предлага единствено настаняване на откритата тераса, която се нагорещила и акумулирала жегата от силното слънце през деня, вместо уюта на климатизирано то помещение!?
