• Saskia (8/5): Es war schön, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. - Das Apartment war geräumig und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank ist relativ ruhig, sodass er trotz offener bzw. fehlender Tür zwischen Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer auch nachts nicht wirklich gestört hat. Da habe ich schon anderes erlebt. Ein großer Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe, da habe ich (in der Nebensaison) immer einen Platz gefunden. Kurzer Weg zum kleinen Strand und schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe runden das Ganze ab. Die Dusche hatte sehr guten Wasserdruck. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, aber nicht besonders. Die Pfanne war schon arg zerkratzt, ein Pfannenwender, ein Schneidebrett und ein Gemüsemesser fehlten. Um sich mit mehr als einer Person wirklich selbst zu versorgen, reicht die Ausstattung kaum aus, es sei denn man greift auf Mikrowellen-Essen zurück oder möchte sich nur das Frühstück selbst machen. Dafür reicht es allemal. Die Matratze war für mich viel zu weich, daran war leider auch nichts zu ändern.

Rooms were fully equipped with everything and comfortab - Fabulous property in a great location and rooms were excellent and spotless. Restaurant service was excellent with delicious meals and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby for different tastes and budgets. A few minutes walk to the nearest beautiful beach. We didn't experience any problems or discomfort with the hotel itself, except for the noise early in the morning from the trucks servicing the large hotels nearby.

• Kerstin (7/5): Recht angenehmer Aufenthalt mit ein paar wenigen Kritikpunkten bei einem freundlichen Gastgeber - Jose ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der lösungsorientiert und sehr freundlich ist. Die Lage des Apartmenthauses ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Sehr nah am Strand einerseits, aber andererseits auch nah an zwei sehr großen Hotels gelegen, die ständig von Bussen und liefernden LKWs angefahren werden. Wenn man nach vorne heraus schläft, dann schirmen Ohrstöpsel gut von der Geräuschkulisse ab. Der Strand ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch einige gute Restaurants. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war o.k., einfach, aber ansprechend. Es gibt einen Pool und Sonnenbereich, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Es sah dort gepflegt und einladend aus. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles wirklich ganz o.k. Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser bzw. umfangreicher sein können. Hier ist nur das Notwendigste vorhanden. Wir haben uns eine neue Pfanne gekauft, weil die dort vorhandene schon sehr abgenutzt war. Das Apartment wurde alle zwei Tage gesäubert (Bad), allerdings wurden die Böden nicht gereinigt. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zweieinhalb Wochen hätte ich mir das allerdings zumindest alle drei bis vier Tage gewünscht, dass der Boden feucht durchgewischt wird. Manchmal war es nachts viel zu laut im unten liegenden Restaurant. Laute Musik, lautes Mitsingen, Gekreische und Gegröle sind nicht so unser Fall, wenn wir eigentlich schlafen möchten. Überdies hatten wir ein viel zu kleines Doppelbett in unserem Apartment, so dass wir nolens volens getrennt schlafen mussten.

• Sebastian (7/5): Wer nachts schläft wie ein Stein, wird nur wenig zum Stirnrunzeln haben - Als unsere Nachbarn über uns meinten ihr Badezimmer beim duschen unter Wasser zu setzen und dadurch das Wasser das unsere ebenfalls mit Wasser volllief, wurde sich überaus schnell darum gekümmert und alles in den Urzustand zurück gebracht. Wäre dies nicht gelungen, hätten wir auch ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Schnell und unkompliziert Das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig, so dass man nachts auch gerne mal durch die Nachbarn geweckt wird, vom Türen knallen, Zähne putzen, Husten, etc., Schallisolierung wurde wohl zumindest wo unser Zimmer war vergessen.

Logement correct mais pas fou. Le bruit très présent (ventilation très forte à l’extérieur qui s’entend une bonne partie de la journée et de la nuit même fenêtre fermée ; ou encore fête du samedi toute la journée avec musique forte, alcool et cigarette sur tout l’espace piscine. Le mobilier très restreint. Devoir demander pour la réparation ou remplacement de choses basiques, même si c’est fait derrière on préférerait que cela soit vérifier et fait avant. On n’a pas tout signalé d’ailleurs, trop contraignant.

The poolbar is great and has proper variation of food and drinks. The room was spacious (ours 205) and fresh, nice interior and lovely balcony. As many write it gets overcrowded at weekends by locals, yes a bit crowded, but we didnt mind at all. It was fun and gave it a buzzing lounge pool bar vibe. Good music and tasty drinks by the pool! Our stay was perfect in every way. Big thanks to all staff that made our vacation so memorable <3

Restaurant is available all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed. We could change beach towels everyday. Rooms have towels, shampoo, cleaning once in 2 days and some kitchen utensils. Maybe no view on a very beautiful beach, but that is ok when you are with kids and also want to save some money as this apartments are cheaper than hotels and with bigger rooms plus kitchen.

La struttura è molto carina, l’appartamento era spazioso e ben attrezzato, letti comodi e spazio esterno privato dove potersi rilassare. La piscina è grande e molto ben tenuta. Personale gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro per qualsiasi cosa, ad esempio dato che avevamo l’aereo di ritorno alle 20 ci hanno consentito di fare il late check out alle 13 in modo da goderci la mattinata al mare/piscina. Abbiamo anche cenato e pranzato 2 volte nel ristorante della struttura, cibo buono e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente! • Mia (6/5): Great, but the Weekend Changed the Experience - We recently stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed with the quality of the facilities and the relaxing atmosphere — at least for the first two days. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we initially felt we had made a great choice. However, once the weekend arrived, the experience changed dramatically. The hotel seemed to become overbooked, and the previously calm environment gave way to a very crowded scene, particularly at the bar and pool areas. It quickly became apparent that a significant portion of the crowd were locals using the facilities, which gave the place more of a day-resort feel than the relaxing getaway we expected. To top it off, on Sunday there was a large children’s birthday party on the property, with over 60 kids running around the complex. While we understand events like this can be fun for some, it wasn’t what we had in mind for a peaceful weekend, especially given the price point of the stay. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, and we did enjoy the beginning of our stay. That said, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel hosts events and allows public access to facilities on weekends. Had we known, we likely would have chosen a quieter alternative more suited to our expectations.

The apartments are simple, but perfect for a holiday - and the location is amazing. A very short walk from the beach and all facilities you could wish for. The pool is wonderful, very well kept and with poolside toilets and lots of loungers.
• Una (10/5): Excellent Stay - The Apartments were absolutely spotlessly clean,bright and very comfortable. The location was excellent less than 5 min walk to beach. Pool area was also clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop is very close by with frequent buses to all other resorts. Bus from Palma airport is less than €7 each way. As it was self catering I think an ice box in fridge would be very helpful, however the bar downstairs gave us ice without any hesitation.

Es ist zu beachten, dass es in den frühen Morgenstunden schon mal etwas lauter sein kann… es wenden Busse vorm Hotel, oder Müll wird laut entsorgt. Ich denke ein Appartement nach hinten raus ist ruhiger! Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder anreisen!!! Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Essen! Vielen Dank!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Okej men inte super! - Tyvärr var hotellet bara halvöppet när vi kom dit. Poolen öppnade 15/4 som lovats men området tvättades samtidigt med högtryckstvätt så det störde mycket. Det skulle ju givetvis ha städats dagen innan öppning. Ingen poolbar var öppen och det fanns få solsängar. Rummet var fint men knarrande sängar och vi fick be om mer toalettpapper två gånger. Maten var okej men inte lika bra som utlovats via recensioner. Nära till buss och taxi förbindelser. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukost personalen hade lite svårt att förstå allt vi frågade om på engelska.
• Isabella (9/5): Relaxed and cosy home in a beautiful location - Location was perfect and close to the beach. Balcony was large and sunny. Apartment was bright and beds were comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant below apartments was ideal, good value and vegan options. The flat felt safe and clean. A shame the pool was closed but we did come before peak tourist season. The apartments felt relaxed, peaceful and quiet. Only improvement would be having a better knife in the kitchen- there was only a bread knife so wasn’t the safest for chopping vegetables. Also the lock on our balcony door was dodgy and difficult to close.

The ground floor terraced was so depressing huge trees so no sun, shabby old sun bed and cheap plastic seats. The bathroom and kitchen both falling apart. Only had the room cleaned once in four days. No clean towels, hair dryer and reception shut 50% time. Asked for an iron given and iron and no board. The pool had dirty glasses from the day we arrived to when we left. Pool bar was shut had to walk far to get drinks and food when round the pool not convenient.

• Stanimir (7/5): Great location, bad apartments and service - The location is great, the whole Camp de Mar, municipality is very quiet, and well organized, with a nice bay, playgrounds for kids, nice places to have a great culinary experience, etc., supermarkets are nice and 3-4 minutes away from the hotel, by car, in the next village. I had booked 2 apartments. Finally, for reasons I don't know, from the 3 flats they have with a very unpleasant patio, ground floor, no views, or horrible street orientation, let's say it that way, we (4 adults + 2 children) were given 2. And the hotel wasn't full. From the moment we got in the apartments, it was obvious that they weren't used for some time and we found some fluff in one of the beds in the 102 apartment, anyway in general the places weren’t clean. Very, very noisy fridges, every 1h, 5 min of noise, clicks, etc, when traveling with kids, you cannot just disconnect the device, since we had some special milk, food with us, etc. Despite my complaints, the Receptionist understood that they would have to review and eventually change the fridge in the future, and I speak perfect Spanish, after spending 16 years of my life, in the past, living in that country. So how to sleep 6 nights 4 people in an apartment with no doors and a noisy fridge? More surprises, walls and bed sheets worn-out, kitchens with no extractor, horrible bathrooms, IMO, broken and old ceilings, no option to fix your telephone shower or support where to put your shampoo or shower gel, some shower gel in small packs from the house (very, very low level), monoblock moving, not properly fixed, bad wifi connection, no smart TV of course. The swimming pool closes at 6 pm., there is no 24/7 Reception and no communication via booking chat for example. I added our flight number, and getting some messages on their side would have been highly appreciated, or some welcome words, from the staff working in the restaurant, would have been much appreciated honestly (only the Argentinian girl is nice and kind, but she said she cannot help, which is logical), instead of having to look and find my room cards, myself, at 9 pm. And all that is rated 8.7 on Booking.com .... hmmm 🤔 Strange, and starting to doubt booking seriously.

• Kristina (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the beach, child friendly area. Sara is a star of the hotel, she is so positive, service minded, helpful, very quick and makes very good coffee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment had poor sound isolation, could hear easily from the corridor and the pool area when there were festivities at night.

• a (10/5): - Large appartment in a sleepy bay area l, bit loud at night from the var downstairs but other than that it was great
• Ahh (8/5): Great stay, could be exceptional with few practical tweaks to accomodation - Location and pool Room missed simple things like Wall hooks for towels etc
