Guest Reviews
- Jermaine (10/5): Great value, excellent location, and a perfect spot for a fun group ski trip. - Great location just a couple of minutes’ walk from the ski lifts and nearby bars. The hotel was very reasonably priced, with good-sized rooms and comfortable beds. The boot locker for ski gear was especially useful. The food was good, the bar area had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing major to complain about—overall we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that there was no fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room.
- Jodie (10/5): - The hotel was in a great location, 5 min walk to the slopes and shops. The best bit was the food, it was honestly amazing, the best buffet food I have ever had, breakfast and dinner with so much choice and different meats cooked to order every night on the grill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. The room was very hot. We realised on the 2nd day that we were able to turn off the radiators in the room and in the bathroom though and we were also able to open the window so this was okay.
The dinner didn't start until 7:30pm which I thought was really late. I have a 6 year old who was up early for ski school every morning and her normal bedtime is 7:30pm at home. Of course on holiday she can stay up later but she was really tired after skiing all day and a 7:30pm dinner meant she wasn't asleep until 9pm at the earliest. which really didn't work for us. It meant that I had to buy her dinner out and put her to bed and then go down to dinner by myself when she was asleep after the rest of my family ate so they could sit with her while went down to eat.
This was obviously a little disappointing as it meant we couldn't eat together but it was so cheap to upgrade from breakfast only to half board that it wasn't the end of the world but just something to bear in mind if visiting with young children.
Other than that no complaints, the place was great and I highly recommend.

- Nur (9/5): great location, great food.. - Great staff... very friendly and helpful... , Hotel is very close to the lifts. Breakfast and dinner was superb. The restaurant decoration is not so fancy but quite good for a three star hotel. Food quality and variety was beyond our expectations. nothing
- Dominguez (7/5): -
- Christelle (8/5): -
- Luke (1/5): Disappointing - Staff were not helpful at all.
- Leila (7/5): In all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. - The room was simple but comfortable, 5mn walk (up) to the piste (via a tunnel). We had a locker for out material. The hotel has a a (small) parking. The staff was very helfpful and kind to our 6 y old. It was too hot in the room (but i think it is the case in most places we visited) and there was not water available. Easily fixed by going to the shop. There is also no fridge or kettle in the room and we really missed the comfort of a hot drink after a day of ski.
Nada
- Marta (6/5): - Ben situat, molt a prop de pistes, té guarda esquís.
Habitació gran i comfortable.
- corinnab555 (10/5): Great hotel, stand out food - Great little hotel with stand out food and friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to the ski slopes and the ski lockers were really handy. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern, although ours was a little small. Lovely bathroom with lots of hot water. The buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely with a choice of at least 7 main courses and the same number of salads and deserts including fresh cooked to order tuna, steak, and prawns!
- marshall449 (8/5): Lovely stay at Cristina hotel - Very pleasant stay at the Cristina Hotel. Very friendly staff, amazing food each day with different fish/ meats cooked to order on the grill each evening. Rooms were a little basic but still cosy. For thse skiing, just a very short walk to the slopes / lift system.
- TravellingDrT (8/5): Great location for the slopes, staff were great. - Located 30 metres from the slopes, safe ski/boot storage lockers, very attentive staff, rooms were tight but sufficient. Food was very impressive, good variety and fresh, breakfast and dinner.
Can be noisy at night from bars and clubs closing, but this the same problem at all hotels in pas de la Casa.
Lucas (bar man) and all the reception team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
- Masteraids (10/5): Great hotel, Great Service, Great Location. - I have been very impressed with Hotel Cristina's facilities, amenities & the service I received whilst staying at during a recent visit to Pas De La Casa.
The Staff working at the hotel were incredibly helpful, any requests were dealt with immediately, employees could not have done more for us if they tried. The room we had was great, more than big enough for three friends, the room was cleaned daily for when we arrived back from the slopes.
No complaints with the food, we were half board and the selection at dinner time catered for everyone and was not repetitive. There was a chef making fresh omelets in the morning and frying up meats etc in the evenings.
we had a late arrival and staff had a dinner prepared for us, and as we were departing early AM we were sent on our way with a packed breakfast.
Located a literal 2 minute walk from the slopes, we hired from Ski Pas 83 who were also very good, would recommend them also.
Very good value for money, would recommend to anyone.
- lynnymar (8/5): Great hotel, fantastic showers, food needs to be hotter. - First stay at this hotel. Nice hotel, room adequate size, bathroom slightly small BUT with a fantastic shower you just don't want to step out of!
Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was some late night noise (according to my daughter...I'm a heavy sleeper!).
Great variety of food for breakfast, dinner was pretty good too and the chef cooks meat/fish to order. The only downside was that the food on the hotplates was not hot, it was lukewarm, which was really disappointing.
Bar area good, drinks cheap, shame they had no pink gin or cocktails.
The extractor fan in our bathroom did not work. Mentioned to reception just before we went out for the evening g, and was fixed by time we got back.
Would definitely stay again, and would get 5 stars if the food was hot!
- TheHarwood5 (8/5): Good location but can get a bit noisy on some nights - Lovely little hotel in great location with quick and easy access to the slopes and the town.
The staff were very accommodating and always happy to help, from the reception staff, bar staff, waiting staff through to housekeeping.
The food was generally good. There were a couple of nights where the buffet was a bit limited, especially for kids (we had a 11,15 and 18 year old in tow). Breakfast variety was great. Would have loved to have seen porridge / oats on the menu but you can’t have it all!
The lobby area was pleasant but could do with a few more activities for families - it has a pool table and TV but would be better with some board games like jenga, chess etc. The bar drinks were cheap compared to bars in town which was an incentive to stay in rather than going out!
My only criticism was the noise from the road side rooms between 2-4am. This is a party place and so we had many happy people shouting in the street at a time when we were sleeping. We needed to have the windows open as the heat in the room was unbearable (even with the heating turned off). If the windows were kept closed, the noise would have been less of a problem. This is not the hotels fault but worth pointing out. We had another room at the back side of the hotel and the noise didn’t seem to be an issue so my top tip would be to try and get a room at the rear of the hotel.
- colinf163 (10/5): Excellent hotel. - This was our second visit to the hotel, and we thoroughly recommend it.
We had two lovely rooms, with our daughter's on floor 3 and us on floor 4 at the rear.
I would recommend rooms at the rear of the hotel as night life can sometimes be a bit noisy (not the hotels fault!).
Food is excellent, bar cheap and if you are skiing, the ski room is convenient being in the basement. Access to the slopes is less than 100m away.
All in all a top notch hotel.
- shannonrM7729PR (10/5): Amazing value for money - Stayed for a week whilst on a skiing trip and found the hotel amazing value. The staff are all lovely and personable (remembered our room number at the restaurant and drinks order at the bar). We also often saw staff out and about and they always said hello. The rooms are modern and kept clean, the toiletries are restocked everyday (vanity kit, shower gels and shower caps etc.) and the ski lockers are extremely handy. The restaurant food is great, the chef will also cook fresh dishes at both breakfast and evening meal and goes above and beyond to assist you (a really lovely guy- as are all the staff to be honest). The location is great for skiing, the ski tunnel is literally a 1 minute walk (at the trip of the street) meaning you can ski down to the lifts on a morning and get off here when your done for the day- really saves going all the way round and carrying all your gear down/up the steps and hill.
The drinks are very reasonably priced in the hotel and although there isn’t a great amount of choice there is something for everyone.
Would highly recommend.
- colinf163 (10/5): Great Hotel - We had two rooms for a week. One a twin and one a double. Whilst a little small, they were warm, comfortable and well equipped. Housekeeping kept the room clean and well stocked.
The hotel itself is close to the slopes - its not ski in/ski out, but it is only about 100 metres from the ski room to the slopes, via a tunnel under the Olympic Hotel. So, its level access from ski room to slope. Each room gets a large locker with plenty of room for skis and boots.
Pas de la Casa is at the foot of ski slopes and you can get to four different lifts and the ski school within 30 seconds from the access tunnel!
Back to the hotel, and it has a ground floor bar with pool table and a first floor restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. These are buffet style with a chef cooking one or two items to order each day - so for example at breakfast eggs are cooked to order if needed. The evening buffet has 5 or 6 main course options and a salad cart. I would be surprised if you didn't find something to eat.
The only down side (and this not really the fault of the hotel) is noise at night from the street. There are a lot of bars in town and beer plus excited groups moving around in the evening can be noticeable! Not really sure what could be done about this, but if you are a light sleeper ask to sleep on a higher floor!
But as a ski hotel its location and facilities are great.
- PL123 (10/5): Great Hotel, Excellent Service, Good Food - We booked a package holiday with Crystal Ski in the UK. The package price was great which included flight and transfer and Half Board.
The hotel had a revamp a few years back and still looks good. There's no sauna or steam room etc, but you need a 4* hotel for that.
Bar prices are cheap and large measures.
Rooms are smallish but everything is there. Twin beds push together, Good WIFI, hot shower. Never used the TV. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in room.
Food was very good. An open buffet with soup, salads, breads, various hot food, live cook of meat and fish, desserts, ice cream etc.
Big shout out to Chef Danny- Thanks.
Its a short walk up to the slopes- access via the walkway under Hotel Olympic. The access area around the slopes was very icy- be careful or alternatively walk to the centre.
The ski storage was good- the main thing missing is boot warms in the lockers.
Lots a apres ski - on a sunny day i'd recommend finishing at 3:30pm at the open air bar at the top of the mountain. Don't leave it too late to return- lots of half cut beginners on the return slope to Pas.
This hotel costs slightly more then the other 3* hotels on the same road, but its definitely worth it.
This was our 2nd year in Pas- and we hope to return to Hotel Cristina in the 23/24 season.
Final note- unfortunately you do get drunk people wondering at 3am outside the hotel. To cut the noise make sure the outside patio doors have been locked correctly. The door on the left has a top and bottom catch to the frame.
- R6080AXchrisc (10/5): Great staff - Lovely little hotel, great value, and the staff are fantastic.
The rooms are comfortable, maybe a little small, but the food on offer in the restaurant is as good as anywhere.
But the main thing is the staff - they are all so helpful and happy.
This was our second visit and we would go again
- TreeHouse1980 (10/5): One of a kind hospitality - I stayed at Hotel Cristina for 4 days while skiing with 3 friends. We had booked two rooms at the hotel.
What struck me the most and what meant the most, was the extreme kind, generous, smiling, friendly and overall nice staff employed at the hotel. Everyone from the people in the lobby, to the people in the restaurant to the cleaning ladies, everyone was just very helpful.
We arrived very late in the evening, and the hotel had very kindly set some food aside for the 4 of us and placed in our rooms. A real lifesaver after a long journey. Similar, we had to depart very early and were given a lunch-bag with us for our long drive.
Every day when eating in the hotel's restaurant the staff there were also just very friendly.
A very nice stay indeed and as a bonus, the rooms are very clean and tidy and appear new though of course very small, which seems to be the standard in most skiing areas. The hotel is also very close to the skiingslopes and just across a ski-rental shop. I can highly recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Cristina.
- DiogoS2152 (10/5): Great value, near to 4* hotel - Great value hotel, highly satisfied! I travel significantly worldwide, and I believe this is closer to a 4* hotel than an usual 3* std. Two main highlights, the overall service is very friendly and professional, and the food is amazing - as a vegetarian I have been very welcomed and chef Johan even prepared delicious veg meals on purpose.
In a nutshell, fully recommended hotel close to ski slopes and great service!
- themellorfamily (10/5): FANTASTIC HOTEL - Just returned home after a week skiing in Pas staying at Hotel Christina
Close to the slopes
Boot room on the lower floor
Lobby bar with reasonable prices
All the staff are a real credit to the hotel
nothing too much trouble
Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and the rest of the hotel was absolutely spotless
But the best thing is the food
Everything you could wish for at breakfast
Chef making eggs anyway you choose
Evening meals are varied and again meat cooked fresh on the grill by the chef
They even catered for my son who is vegetarian went out of their way to serve him a meat free dinner
Thank you everyone for a great stay
Hope to return soon
The Mellor Family xx
- Rjukangutt (10/5): Nice and clean hotel - nearby the ski lift - nice service, central location in relation to the ski lifts, good breakfast, clean rooms, value for the money, ski rental across the road, near to a lot of nice reataurants and bars, the overall experience is very good
- 207arifk (8/5): Great food - Went on a ski trip 6th of March to pas as usual and we have tried a few hotels in pas on the chance decided to go for the Cristina.
On entry I was not overly impressed,a bit drab reception but friendly staff.
We had a small room on the second floor which was relatively peaceful after 11pm.
Well equipped but quite small, room maintained daily by the staff to a door standard.
There are ski lockers on the ground floor which were warm and easily accessible and no key needed as the swipe was linked to your room which was very helpful.
Now on to the best part the chef sheikh
There from 730 breakfast till 1030pm evening meals would prepare fresh omletes to your requirements daily as well as evening meals steak, chicken off the grille in all a really nice touch.
Not what you would expect in a 3 star it was very nicely done and deserves a compliment.
There was a great open buffet every night and we were not disappointed at all.
All the staff were very polite and helpful.
300m meter walk to the slope from behind the les piste hotel.
If you are a first time you will have to go further pas the burger king more hassle.
Very good experience and I would go again.
- edriavi (8/5): Good location, great food, very clean - Loacted 3 minutes walk from the chairlifts. This cozy hotel offers big and very clean rooms. Great service and nice staff will help you with everything you need. The most surprising thing is definitely the food (breakfast and dinner). It's hard to belive this is a 3 stars hotel - amazing food, changes everyday!!!
It is a bit noisy if you stay on the last floor from snow shuffeling from the roof, and you have to pay for water at dineer - but other than that, a great choise and the best value you can get.
- gehughes (10/5): Great Hotel - Stayed here for a week March 9-16. Great hotel located in pasa de la casa.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly
Half board - food is great with a good variety. Chef from Senegal very pleasant so thanks for our fresh eggs/omelette for breakfast and steak/chicken/fish/pork for our evening meals during the week.
Room was very clean and comfortable
Great ski locker on ground level
Great location a short walk from ski slopes
Nice quiet bar with reasonably priced drinks
Our room was cleaned daily
We would of liked coffee making facilities in room but wasn’t too much of a problem.
Our neighbours were a bit noisy at times but no big deal
Overall a great hotel and would definitely visit again and would 100% recommend. It’s clean, modern and the staff do a great job
Can’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel. Stayed in worse 4 star even worse 5 star
Thankyou
