• Jana (8/5): Skvelá poloha pri parku, priestranný a pohodlný apartmán s dobrým parkovaním, ideálny na krátky pobyt v Luxemburgu. - Apartmán mal výbornú polohu – blízko centra mesta (približne 20 minút pešo) aj krásnych parkov, čo sme počas pobytu veľmi ocenili. Okolie je pokojné, s výhľadom do zelene a park hneď vedľa vytvára veľmi príjemnú atmosféru. Veľkým plusom bolo aj bezproblémové parkovanie priamo na ulici pri apartmáne, pričom počas víkendu bolo zdarma. Apartmán bol priestranný, čistý a na pobyt na dve noci úplne dostačujúco vybavený. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné a celkovo sme sa tu cítili komfortne. Raňajky boli skôr veľmi jednoduché – toast, maslo, džem a džús. Na krátky pobyt to postačuje, ale uvítali by sme trochu väčší výber a pestrejšiu ponuku.

• Karmin (9/5): - Location, apartment, everything Strange man was on my floor, I asked is he living here, he said no and he wait his friend. I asked from which apartment his friend he said that he don’t know yet. I said him to wait outside and he gone. Then I so him from window and was looking to windows too! Later some 2 women was screaming to him something like go away, and he answered some not good words to them. That was weird. After around 30 min I decided to smoke before sleeping and when I go outside I saw him again near the car. When he saw me he hide. I felt not safe actually.
• Valeanu (1/5): - Area All, The internet speed almost didn't exist, I couldn't book because as I tried to explain to the landlord, even the router is in the studio, important is the quality of the I turned, means the speed. And that cost me over 50e because I booked the next day on the job. T So the point is that I want the 50e back. The quality of cleaning, the quality of furniture, and the " quality" of the professional of the landlord were unqualified.
• Gábor (10/5): Great rooms for great price, excellent service - Excellent service, very accommodating to special needs. The check-in is fast and discrete. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, great value for the money - they went the extra mile with their flexibility and room quality.
• Morris (3/5): - Schöne Wohnung, groß und sauber. Große Dusche Parkplätze nur an der Straße. Rezeption ist 800m entfernt. Das enthaltene Frühstück ist ein Witz . 4 Scheiben Toastbrot mit 10g Butter und Marmelade sowie ein kleines Tetrapack O-Saft. Was soll das ? Sowas als Frühstück zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Wir waren in diesem Punkt mehr als unzufrieden. So etwas sollte bei der Hotel suche nicht erscheinen !

• steven (5/5): Might be ok for longer stays if you want to have the spacious apartment but not fit for one night stays - Spacious and well equipped at first sight Seats had stains all over Fridge was dirty-stains inside Bathroom was dirty-stains on tablet Breakfast was promised-turns out you get 4slices of white bread in cellophane, 2 butter cups and 2 cups of orange marmalade. The coffee capsule did not fit the coffee machine (as it needs coffee pads)-
• Katarzyna (10/5): - Dostaliśmy piękny i przestronny apartament, w którym było czysto i przyjemnie. Kuchnia zawiera wszystkie przyrządy po patelnię, garnki jak i oliwę, sól i pieprz. Dobra lokalizacja. Niestety maszyna do kawy nie działała poprawnie. To jedyny minus.

• Lucia (1/5): PEGGIORE ESPERIENZA DI SEMPRE - La posizione è comoda, ma per il semplice fatto che tutta le zone della città sono perfettamente collegate con bus e tram. L'esperienza è stata MOLTO negativa. La peggiore che io abbia mai avuto in tanti viaggi. Prima di tutto, la totale SCORTESIA e maleducazione con cui siamo stati accolti. Poi appartamento sporchissimo! Partiamo dal fatto che la nostra situazione era complicata, perché il mio compagno di viaggio si è rotto un piede prima di partire per il viaggio, quindi non avendo la cancellazione siamo partiti comunque. Ho segnalato alla struttura la nostra situazione, chiedendo un check-in anticipato PIÚ VOLTE per il quale non ho MAI NEANCHE RICEVUTO RISPOSTA. Bastava un semplice "no" con spiegazione della motivazione, invece niente. Comunicazione con la struttura molto complicata. Arriviamo alla struttura alle 8.30 del mattino, per chiedere informazioni e lasciare almeno le valigie, visto che giravamo faticosamente con stampelle e sedia a rotelle. Quando ho suonato al campanello, sono stata trattata con una maleducazione mai sperimentata, il signore ha esclamato "ma sono le 8.30 del mattino, porca pu**ana!", pensando che forse noi non capissimo il francese. Ho dovuto insistere anche per lasciare semplicemente le valigie, lamentandomi del fatto che la comunicazione con la struttura fosse stata impossibile e complicata, ma mi è stato detto da questo signore nervoso e scortese che non era compito suo occuparsi della comunicazione. Quindi, in poche parole, non sapevo con chi potermi lamentare. Tra l'altro, c'era un cliente con un piede rotto e neanche ci ha offerto di sederci o dato aiuto o consigli su come muoverci con i mezzi, zero comprensione. Ci ha detto di tornare alle 14.

• Dzvinka (10/5): Рекомендую, перевершили мої очікування! - Дуже зручна квартира , хоч і не велика, але все є : туалет і душ окремо, крісла на кухні дуже зручні! На кухні є : тостер,кавова машинка, мікрохвильовка і посудомийка ! Світла і затишна, не чути шуму літаків, вид з вікна на парк 🙈😍

В інформації протготель не було попередження, що поселення відбувається через інше приміщення, яке знаходиться в іншому місці, що було не зручно для подорожуючих з іншої країни

• Francesca (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e comodo - L'appartamento, al piano terra, era ampio e comodo. All'interno vi era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e pratico. Letto comodo e alloggio pulito. La zona era tranquilla e silenziosa, a soli 500 metri vi era un supermercato e le fermate dei mezzi erano vicine per poter raggiungere varie zone della città. Super consigliato.

O pequeno almoço nao corresponde aos criterios que imaginava, havia 4 saquinhos contendo dois paes de forma, que não havia data de fabricaçao ou validade, café e sumo, geralmente os cafés continentais, vamos para um local para comer essa refeição. Pelo valor que foi pago por duas noites no apartamento o pequeno almoço quem nem considero pequeno almoço, foi a pior surpresa.

If waking up at 5 a.m. is not a problem for you, then it’s fine. Also, the statement that breakfast is included is misleading. It’s not a real breakfast — it’s just ingredients for a sandwich.
• Margarita (9/5): - Просторный номер, есть отдельная зона спальни и отдельная кухня-гостиная. Есть горячие батареи. На кухне есть всё основное, даже тостер и кофемашина. Завтрак включает в себя мини перекус из двух тостов, сливочного масла и джема. (+ сок) В туалете нет ни вытяжки, ни освежителя воздуха.

• Pieter (5/5): - well equiped and comfortable appartment. Probably nice to stay with view on the parc on the balcony side, however i only stayed the night. I needed to go to another hotel from the group to pick up the key. Most probably it was somewhere in the conditions but this has been a hassle. WIFI was not working. There was no easy parking in the street. I was there only for 1 night - perhaps for longer stay this is a good place to stay but next time I'll just to a regular hotel.
• Georgy (9/5): Mieux à ce que je m'attendais 🙂 - Superbe chambre-appartement, plus grand que dans un hôtel, pour le même prix. Coin cuisine, douche et espace de séjour très agréable. Très calme et reposant après une journée chargée. Le petit déjeuner est une grosse blague : 4 tranches de pain toast, une portion de beurre et de confiture, un jus de pomme et une tasse de café ! Décevant ! Allez à la boulangerie un peu plus haut ( fermer le dimanche) ou pour un déjeuner un peu plus élaborer il y a Saskia's brunch. Un vrai déjeuner !

• Anna (10/5): - Прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре Люксембурга! 🌟 Нам понравилось абсолютно всё: удобная кровать, в номере тепло и уютно. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — посуда, кофе, мелочи, которые очень радуют. Душ просто шикарный, а полотенца — мягкие и очень приятные. Полный восторг, чувствовали себя как дома. Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто ищет уют и качество!

• Geertrui (9/5): Heerlijk appartement in te verblijven tijdens je bezoek aan Luxemburg - Het appartement is op een prima locatie in Luxemburg. Inchecken gaat heel goed, je krijgt een goede uitleg toegestuurd voor het openen van de deuren. Het is een mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Prima voor een koppel om een nachtje, of een paar nachtjes te verblijven als je Luxemburg bezoekt. Het bijgeboekte ontbijt was wat karig: 4 sneetjes brood, 1 klein kuipje boter, 1 klein kuipje jam, 1 pakje appelsap en 1 cupje nesspresso. Het matras was heel erg zacht helaas, beide met flinke rugpijn opgestaan. Niet heel lekker geslapen.

• Jennifer (5/5): - Street parking was available when the hotel’s parking spaces were fully booked. The room was quite spacious. Overall, the room was relatively clean. Breakfast was disappointing: four slices of toast with a small cup of butter and a small cup of jam, a children’s carton of apple juice, and one coffee capsule. The street outside was very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. Extra toilet paper cost €2. I expected more overall for the price.
• Vabre (9/5): Appartement Parc Merle, super expérience - Le rapport qualité prix, la vue sur le parc, l'équipement de l'appartement, l'espace et la luminosité.....La disponibilité et la bienveillance de la responsable. La taille de l'appartement, les nombreux rangements.... Les dosettes et la cafetière Senseo. J'aurais préféré une cafetière filtre pour le petit déjeuner mais j'ai fait du thé à la place et mon mari prenait deux dosettes afin d'avoir un café un peu plus satisfaisant.

• Elsa (6/5): - De lokatie was echt goed Heel slecht geslapen, het bed was erg hard, het was benauwd en warm. En de ventilator maakte zoveel herrie, dat we die niet konden gebruiken. De ramen openzetten was ook geen optie door herrie van verkeer en om de zoveel tijd een trein of zo.

• Ula_men (9/5): Posizione comoda X visitare il centro, confort buono - Comfort generale e spazi ampi. Bella la vista sul parco. La dotazione dell'appartamento è sufficientemente completa per un soggiorno di una settimana. Ottima la posizione rispetto al centro, anche considerando che i trasporti pubblici sono gratuiti e la frequenza è elevata. Wifi a pagamento, rotoli di carta igienica "misurati", mancano ganci appendiabiti e appendi asciugamani in bagno.
