Please note that the tourism fee is not included in the cost of check-in.
Free outdoor parking / Indoor parking has a EUR 13 fee; parking is limited and subject to availability.
Access to the spa, gym and aqua circuit is not included for people over 16.
Please note that the property will be remodelling some rooms starting on November 26th, on Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:30. To minimise the noise, guests will not be accommodated on the same floors as the construction.
We would like to inform you that from October 7, 2026, on November 15, 2026, cleaning and painting work will be done on the facade on the north side of the hotel.
This work will take place over the next 3 to 4 weeks, and we will try to keep the apartments affected by this service unoccupied, thus minimising any inconvenience.
We will offer customers the possibility of parking in the hotel garage free of charge, as parking in front of the hotel will be limited.
Please note that the outdoor pool will be temporarily closed from April 26, 2026, to May 2, 2026.

- César Azevedo (10/5): Excelente e recomendo. - Gostei de tudo em geral. Boa alimentação, bom apartamento, boas comodidades e principalmente a localização, mesmo a 2 passos da praia. Apenas dos sofás, que para além do tecido já estar um pouco usado e sujo, eram um pouco desconfortáveis. Também a televisão devia ter mais alguns canais, além dos generalistas e obrigatórios para cada país, permitindo ver um filme de vez em quando.

- Riobóo González (7/5): - El buffet tanto cena como desayuno fue muy completo, sano y rico. La amplitud de la habitación es muy buena y la locallización es una maravilla. Todo fue genial, pero echamos en falta algunas necesidades básicas como champú o algunas botellas de agua en la habitación, así como algún sobre de café o infusión. El gimnasio hay que pagarlo y para entrar al spa hay que reservar 2 horas antes.

- Helena (7/5): Bra men lite slitet. - Matsalen var fin men lite gammalmodig. Trevligt att kunna sitta ute men skulle funnits lite mer skuggplatser under mattiderna. Rummet var stort och rent men gammalt och i behov av renovering. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam så långt som de kunde. Buffén var ok, lite som en skolbespisning, men det blev lite enformigt efter några dagar eftersom det var i stort sett samma tillbehör varje dag. Vi hade utsikt över hotellets skräp vilket drar ner betyget lite grann. Någon slags tak där över hade räckt för att vi inte skulle se det och det hade höjt betyget märkbart. Tråkigt att det inte gick att få mer kaffe till rummet utan att det bara var när man kom dit som det fanns kaffe på rummet. Förstår inte varför de ställt dit en Dolce Gusto maskin om man inte kan få kaffe att använda i maskinen.

Muitos aprendizes na sala de jantares a olhar sem fazer nada e a rirem como se de uma escola de hotelaria se tratasse . Os responsáveis pouco simpáticos . Como se o eles estivessem a fazer um favor ao clientes . Mau !!👎 mudem de cozinheiros e de pessoal de saia ! Vários clientes falavam sobre esta situação . Atenção hotel !

Um hotel destes deveria pensar em apostar em camas com colchões mais recentes e bem mais confortáveis. Colchões duros sem qualquer conforto, almofadas duras. Até o sofá da sala não é confortável.

Excelente qualidade das refeições e com muita variedade de escolha. A qualidade dos grelhados era muito boa, com tudo muito fresco e tinha ainda staff a confeccionar na hora alguns pratos. Serviços disponíveis na piscina. Havia apenas um funcionário que esporadicamente lá passava e as pessoas abandonavam as espreguiçadeiras com uma toalha para reservar o seu lugar para o dia todo quando existia um sinal a indicar que tal não era permitido e o staff nunca fez nada a esse respeito.
