- Silvi (7/5): Günstig & ideale Lage für Mirabilandia - Optimale Lage um hier ans Meer zu gehen oder auch für einen Ausflug nach Mirabilandia! Das Hotel ist zwar alt, aber nicht kaputt oder schäbig. Alles war sauber, es gab einen Schrank, einen Tisch mit Stuhl und integriertem Kühlschrank, und eine Kofferablage. Das Bett war sehr bequem! Und wir hatten einen Balkon zur Seite hin mit einem dicht bewachsenen Wald gegenüber, also auch eine schöne Aussicht. (Achtung, elektrische Rollläden, die doch einiges an Krach machen. Wir waren fast alleine im Hotel, aber sonst sollte man nachts vielleicht Rücksicht auf andere Gäste nehmen.) Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen, sehr nette und entgegenkommende Menschen! Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, also alles süß. Wir waren allerdings am letzten Wochenende der Saison da und wurden daher auch direkt bedient, normalerweise gibt es ein Buffet, bei dem vermutlich auch Käse und Wurst geboten wird, zumindest haben wir das so verstanden. Noch erwähnenswert: gegenüber und rechts neben dem Hotel befinden sich leerstehende alte Ferienanlagen (gegenüber schon lange, nebenan erst seit wenigen Jahren verlassen). So manchen mag der Ausblick auf diese stören, wir empfanden sie als interessante Zeitzeugen, vor Allem die gegenüber. Außerdem hat man dadurch ruhige Pufferzonen, wo keine Musikbeschallung stattfindet, welche in der Gegend sonst üblich ist. Wir waren vor Allem aufgrund des günstigen Preises hier, da wir einfach eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für unsere Ankunft und nach unserem Tagesausflug brauchten, und diese Erwartung wurde vollends erfüllt - nette Menschen, bequemes Bett, schöne Gegend (Macht unbedingt einen Spaziergang am Strand entlang!). Wir haben bei dem Preis keinen Luxus erwartet und waren daher auch nicht enttäuscht, im Gegenteil! Werden wir bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder besuchen. Das Befremdlichste war die Dusche im Bad. Diese hängt einfach an der Wand neben der Toilette und geht offen ins Bad, ohne einen Vorhang oder Ähnliches - sprich Toilette etc. ist hinterher nass und man muss darauf achten, wo man Kleidung/Handtücher hin legt. Wir waren zum Glück nur 2 Nächte da und da war das nicht so schlimm, aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte uns das vermutlich etwas genervt. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war nicht angeschlossen - wir hätten sie allerdings auch nicht gebraucht, so heiß war es da nicht mehr. Und ich bin mir sicher, wäre das ein Problem gewesen, hätten wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, die Betreiber waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Чистые просторные номера, уборка каждый день, очень компетентный персонал, в плоть до того, что в номере на видных местах оставались драгоценности, мелкая техника, деньги и все это со спокойной душой! Очень важно для нас чувствовать себя в безопасности «как дома».

Buona la Colazione, c'era sia dolce che salato in giuste quantità Purtroppo la maggior parte delle notti ho dormito poco a causa dei rumori di quelli di sopra... La doccia era parecchio scomoda, con il manico troppo corto e il box smontabile, non fisso, che rendeva il tutto abbastanza scomodo, facendo sembrare il Bagno ancora più piccolo e si allagava tutto a terra... Il prezzo leggermente alto per essere Settembre

Ottimo il fatto che ci sia parcheggio cosa non scontata a Milano marittima La cosa peggiore di questo hotel è l'insonorizzazione delle camere, totalmente inesistente. Sembra di avere i vicini di camera nella stessa stanza sia che parlino piano sia che parlino forte. Noi siamo stati fortunati la prima sera perché avevamo solo una famiglia vicino educata anche se purtroppo si sentiva tutto sia appunto le conversazioni, sia la TV, l'acqua che scorre ecc Purtroppo l'ultima sera è stato veramente un incubo, avevamo un gruppo di maleducati che urlavano cantavano schiamazzavano, sbattevano e giravano con i tacchi, che hanno fatto confusione sia in camera che nel corridoio (credo fossero di stanze diverse che si erano riuniti in una sola) fino all' 1 di notte. Non contenti, un paio degli stessi la mattina alle 5 sono rientrati in camera ricominciando il caos e facendosi perfino le docce con conseguente rumore di acqua e asciugacapelli. Altra nota negativa il bagno, minuscolo senza finestra e con la doccia a pavimento. La posizione non è così centrale come avevamo letto dalle recensioni ma quello è stata colpa nostra che non abbiamo visto i km indicati da booking

- Geneviève (7/5): - Leuk hotel wat wordt gerund door een jong gezin met hulp van onder andere de ouders op een fijne locatie. Ze helpen je graag en geven tips over wat te doen enz. Erg lekker, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Kom graag terug De bedden. Wij hadden van die springveren matrassen waarvan je de veren echt voelt. Tip: een topmatras, al zou het een wat dunnere zijn scheelt al een heleboel dan. En dan de douche. Die is echt wennen. Er zijn 2 vouwdeuren om het douchegedeelte af te schermen als je doucht, maar evengoed wordt de vloer praktisch overal nat. En dat is niet fijn. Zeker niet als je in de nacht naar de wc gaat. Wellicht zou een vloerwisser dan prettig zijn om erbij te hebben. Airconditioning is afhankelijk van de buitentemperatuur. Buiten fris dan doet hij weinig. Kamer was wel erg warm toen.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Milano Marittima e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata discreta. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di prodotti, ma si percepiva che molti fossero di tipo industriale, non fatti in casa né artigianali, cosa che ha un po’ deluso le aspettative.

The value for money was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful breakfast included in the price. Although we don’t speak Italian, the hotel staff went out of their way to help us with everything – from calling a taxi to booking a table at a restaurant. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area, with bars and clubs just 1-2 km away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the hotel is older, it has been renovated, so it feels fresh and well-maintained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach is just 300 meters away with easy access. Bike rentals are available 400 meters from the hotel, and e-scooters are everywhere for short private trips. There's also a bus stop just 50 meters from the hotel, which made getting around even easier. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

- reisi40 (7/5): - Das wirklich saubere Hotel, mit dem wahnsinnig freundlichen Personal. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt.. . Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung vertragen. Vielleicht mal etwas Gemüse...nicht nur Ananas und Melone, jeden Tag.

- luigi (10/5): ..Già ospite 2 anni fa.quest anno mi sono trovato altrettanto bene... Lo consiglio... Luigi da Como. - Tutto... perfetto...i gestori..lo staff.. colazione super abbondante..e varia... ottima idea di mettere a disposizione il frigo...del bar...la stanza ampia... essendo single.. davvero comoda pulita...la spiaggia vicina a 200 metri... inoltre il parcheggio è nella stessa struttura.. Non ho trovato niente fuori posto
- Bohdan (9/5): Беліссімо - Сервіс орієнтований на клієнта. Номери чисті і доглянуті. Найголовніше, що порадувало влітку у італійську спеку це холодильник і кондеціонер!!! Також є балкон, і це плюс. Поблизу є все що потрібно, магазини, ресторани та кафе. Єдиним мінусом є ванна кімната, але на третій день перебування привикаєш 😉

- Galuzzi (10/5): - Struttura molto accogliente da parte del gestori dell'albergo sempre pronti e disponibili a darti indicazioni di ogni genere. Buona la colazione molto vasta tra dolce e salato. Camera ampia e pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura c'è l'ascensore e comoda perché vicino alla spiaggia libera e privata

- Jonas (7/5): - Freundliches Personal Bequemes Bett Sauberes Zimmer und Hotel Sehr nah am Strand der selbst zur Hochsaison nicht zu voll war. Man muss keine Liege mieten sondern kann einen eigenen Sonnenschirm aufstellen. Frühstück : schlechte Brötchen, kaum Vegetarische Auswahl, Kaffee aus dem Vollautomat schmeckt wie Instant Kaffee Kein Kühlschrank oder Safe im Hotelzimmer Wenn man nach 24 Uhr ins Hotel will muss man das Personal per Klingel wecken damit man ins Hotel kommt Dusche lief schlecht ab und kann das Zimmer überfluten da sie ebenerdig ist

- Alessia (8/5): - Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione ricca e con ampia scelta, possibilità di noleggio biciclette. Bagno un po’ piccolo e con il box doccia non fisso, frigo non funzionante in camera ma con possibilità di utilizzo di un frigo comune.

- Valentina (5/5): Personale accogliente ma rapporto qualità - prezzo non equilibrato. Troppo costosa trattandosi di una struttura datata. - Struttura in posizione centrale e personale accogliente e cortese. La stanza assegnata era dotata di un bagno veramente piccolo, dove era quasi impossibile utilizzare il bidet. Inoltre, la doccia non era un vero angolo doccia ma c’erano dei pannelli da chiudere all’occorrenza senza piatto doccia e direttamente sul pavimento con relativo scolo. Insomma, veramente a rischio di scivolare in bagno. Si vede che è una struttura datata che andrebbe rimodernata considerando che è un 3 stelle.

- Marina (6/5): - Местоположение неплохое, близко к морю. Бесплатная парковка Многие писали про душ. Да, душ стоит особого внимания. Это просто дырка в полу за ширмой. Воды соответственно по щиколодку во всей ванной комнате. Очень неудобные матрасы, пружины чувствуются всем телом. Скудный холодный завтрак, много сладостей. Если вы привыкли к яичнице, то её там вам не подадут. Кондиционер и холодильник практически не работали.
