- millone (9/5): - Struttura carina, accogliente. Il ragazzo che ci ha ospitato è stato carinissimo e super disponibile. Stanza grande, molto ampio. Ci siamo stati solo una notte ma è andato tutto molto bene Nulla, struttura magari non nuovissima, ma tutto perfetto
- Zachary (10/5): Great value, all you need - Good location, good value Nothing

- Stefan (4/5): Old hotel - The only positive thing is that the bed was clean. Down the street at 150 meters, there's a free open air municipality parking where you can leave your car. The Holiday Hotel feels like stepping into a museum—specifically, a snapshot of a 1970s small hotel. If you’re curious about what a hotel from that era looked and felt like, this is the place to book.
The furniture and building are both old and outdated. Our room was freezing cold, and the radiator had a black, melted electrical plug, which was concerning. We couldn’t get the shower to produce hot water, though the sink did have hot water.
To top it off, the room offered little insulation from the noise and cold seeping in from the street.
- Joan (8/5): Very convenient - It was ideal for my stay and near to everything.
- Nathan (7/5): -
- Keira (8/5): - Great location in the heart of Salthill, everything on your doorstep, bars , restaurants, the promenade. Great value for money. Bed could be improved.

- Fergua (3/5): - Good location There is no hotel parking. Wifi lousey. TV non functioning and hanging dangerously from the wall. Issue not addressed when brought to the attention of the staff. Difficult to get a receipt from reception. I still haven't got it yet

- Orla (5/5): Faulty Towers - The location. The cold. WiFi not working. Guests smoking. Laundry in the corridors.
- Duffy (7/5): - It isn’t the best looking but it’s cheaper than most places for you if your not picky and it’s in a good area with lots of things to do like the aquarium only mins away, arcade next door and good food places You don’t get a ocean view your see a stair case at the back of building but the beach is only 1 min away so it’s not a massive problem with was a bit noise at later time from around 11pm -1am
- helen (8/5): - Basic clean good location friendly staff. Nothing good value for money
- Alan (7/5): -
- Mariia (1/5): -
- Bridget (1/5): - We left after 1 hour. We were on the top floor We taught we would go through the stairs they were so old no heating in the room just a plug in heater that made a noise and no heat, no iron in the room so I rang down with my own phone "no phone in the room" looking for an iron they didn't have any for us and it said on the website they had parking and when we got there no parking just park on the street the man said to me , So we left and went to another hotel,
- Lynch Grainne (10/5): Time to Relax - We loved that we got to book in our favourite hotel again we have only stayed in the holiday hotel when we used go to Galway before COVID we loved our stay The room no 7 is where we spent our honeymoon weekend and that has been the room we have been given on every stay
- Bentley (1/5): Worst stay I’ve ever had - Location is convenient Dirty, no shower working, no wifi working. Couldn’t sleep because of all the street noise
- Matus (10/5): -
- Katarína (8/5): - Páčilo sa mi dobré umiestnenie hotela a pekný výhľad. Vybavenie izby bolo fajn. Nepáčilo sa mi, že sa v noci prestalo kúriť a bolo mi zima. V kúpeľni tiež bolo veľmi zima.
Koberec je už dosť opotrebovaný.

- William (8/5): -
- Meghan (10/5): A great easy stay! - Great location, free beach front parking.
- FIONA (8/5): - The room was lovely & clean. I love location. It's so near to everything, like Cinema, swimming pool & lovely restaurants. Across road from salthill beach. It can be noisey from outside the window at times which you can't help it. It's a busy road. I would bring earplugs.
- Kathleen (5/5): - The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the property by phone or messaging

- Kenneth (7/5): - Karen was great at the front office and the pub too. I think there was an Irish wake upstairs. It went on all night . But I can sleep thru anything.

- Deirdre (1/5): Holiday Hotel Horror - Location was central No receptionist only a barman who was very abrupt. No trouser press as advertised. Couldn't access the plug sockets at either side if the bed properly as they were partially behind lockers which were bolted to the floor. Th ved was not a full size double only a 4 ft. You had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in. Room was very dark and there was an industrial fan on outside our window. The shower had dirty grouting at tge top and was tiny. I had to stand outside the shower to wash my hair. No hair conditioner only 2 tiny bottles of shampoo and 2 body wash. No full size bath sheets. Someone attempted to regrout over tge door of the bathroom b7t didnt bother to wash off the excess grout. No food served in the bar despite advertising. Very dissappointing we would not reccomend it at all.
- ian (5/5): Was alright for 1 night - Whiring noise from fan outside window annoying and bad pillows Was near to most things

- James (7/5): Competitively priced, great location. Perfect for a basic overnight - check in was fast and friendly. The price is very economical, and the location is excellent would benefit from a bit of a revemp/modernisation but for the price I couldn't fault it.
- Akhabue (6/5): - Hotel close to the road and bustop The carpet looks in the room
- Ross (10/5): -
- Esther (10/5): -
- Hackett (9/5): -
- Cunningham (1/5): - The receptionist was the bar man and quite grumpy. No receipt offered for my money. The room was cold and there was no heat for the month of January. Will not be returning.
- Jean (10/5): -
- david (6/5): I needed a bed for a night and it did the job - There was a good bar attached to the hotel It's was old and dated
- Blackie (7/5): - The location
Friendly reception Parking
Not clean under the bed
- James (7/5): Does what it says on the tin. Clean, with towels and soap/shampoo. It was decent value for the price - Just needed an overnight in Galway for a meeting. The location was great with plenty of free street parking along the seafront in Salthill. Loads of restaurants/cafe's around easy walk away. Room was clean with towels and soap/shampoo provided. Check-in/out was quick. Heating could have been a little higher (slightly chilly) and it was a little noisy in my particular room as it was close to active vents on the roof outside. No road noise though. The place is dated/needs updating, but I guess you get what you pay for, and it was decent value.
- Mohammed (10/5): - Everything Everything
- Mariana (5/5): - The location Very noisy, they want cancel me after the check in because I arrive later (8 pm) and the pictures aren’t real

- Gabriel (8/5): -
- caroline (5/5): - Was disappointed no breakfast was served No breakfast included
- Ali (3/5): -
- Christine (2/5): Very disappointing it felt as if management didn’t care serious lack of hospitality - Staff Cleanliness Proper working shower with hot water TV with more than 3 channels, decor was dated and dirty. The absence of basic room service ie room tidy on return and complimentary coffee tea replenished
- Brenda (5/5): - No hot water on arrival
- Marian (6/5): Fine for short stay. Bed very clean and comfortable. Tight space between bed and bathroom. - Stairs. We were up on top. Stairs narrow for older people but understandable for property.
- Cora (8/5): -
- Lorrainy (10/5): Lovely cozy place to stay for a night! - Everything was spotless clean and the sheets looked like they had been straight out of the wash.
- KATH (10/5): -
- Muhammad Saqib (1/5): - there was nothing to like in the hotel nothing was there to like instead of location
- Sharon (5/5): - Good value and good location The heating was off at night had to ask for blankets should be a heater in room

- Constantino (10/5): - Location
- Joyce (8/5): A great place to rest. - Cozy and warm for an exhausted traveller. It was very near the hospital which was important. Enjoyed the ocean view and opportunity to walk promenade. In morning, room was cool (but bed was warm)
- Robert (10/5): Quirky little hotel, perfect for an overnight stay and very reasonably priced. - Nice quirky little hotel with loads of character, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the Office bar at the hotel was very nice and cozy and the Guinness was excellent 👌🏽

- Chelsea (4/5): - The room was very out dated didnt look like any of the photos atall. You can hear everything. We were in room 6 and could hear every movement from the room upstairs, me and my husband are very heavy sleepers but we managed to still be kept awake all night. Not sure what the people were doing upstairs but it was like they were constantly walking around the bedroom for hours. I spoke to the cleaner told her I had no sleep she asked me what she could do to make it better I asked to move rooms but they was all full. She said all of the rooms are the same and you can hear everything.
- Alan (8/5): - Great location close to the beach/shoreline. Arcades restraints shops closeby
- Pauline (7/5): Ideal for a short stay. Walking distance to the prom -
- Herminia (5/5): - There is heating. The bathroom is so tiny.
