• Markus (6/5): Ordentliches Zimmer, Geschäftsgebaren merkwürdig. - Zimmer waren soweit ok. Nichts zu meckern. Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten, obwohl dies ausdrücklich in dieser App so beworben wurde. Nächsten Bäcker mit vernünftiger Sitzmöglichkeit als Ortsunkundiger erst nach 15!!! Minuten Irrfahrt zwei Stadtteile weiter gefunden. Absolut unakzeptabel, zumal Hotel angeblich ausgebucht. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Auch bisher keine Rechnung erhalten. Preise werden offenbar gewürfelt. Eigentlich schade, da Zimmer für den Preis absolut ok war.
• Rumu (8/5): Good hotel, worth for money. - Their staff service was very very good. Other facilities were also good. Beds were clean. Heating system was good. There is a good restaurant in front of the hotel. The bathroom was not adequately clean. There was a kitchen but no utensils to cook. During self check in we could not find our apartment, it was on the back side but no direction was given. We first went to a single room which was occupied already and we disturbed them. They were friendly and showed us the way.

• Hannelore (9/5): - Guter Service, kleine, aber saubere Zimmer. Alles ist vorhanden, auch im Badezimmer. Auch das Frühstück ist reichlich und von guter Qualität. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Kann dieses Hotel für einen Kurztripp nur weiterempfehlen. Keine Beanstandungen

• Sabine (10/5): Alles super - Bequemer Check-in rund um die Uhr, freundliches Personal und ein sauberes Zimmer. Insgesamt eine angenehme Unterkunft.
• Marion (4/5): Comfortable place except quite cold. No personnel to help and breakfast was not available. - The reception was closed when we arrived and we did not get any help to find the place. A window was openned in one of the room of appartment and the heater was not working so it was very cold. There was not extra blanket. In the morning, I was informed that there was no breakfast while it the reason why we chose the place, so we were quite desappointed.

• Sabine (7/5): - Lage in Ruhrort und die Nähe zur Straßenbahn und ganz besonders das Frühstück und die persönliche Betreuung durch die Dame, die für das Frühstück zuständig war. Das Alter ist nicht spurlos am Hotel vorbeigegangen.
• Pessi (1/5): Forget it! - nothing There was the noise of the fan in the bathroom and no way to stop it. So the first night was with that noise. In the morning I wanted to ask someone to solve the problem, but the lady speaks only german! I tried to explain the problem with gestures and she apparently understood and said it was ok. Nevertheless, when I came back for the second night the noise was exactly like the day before. Moreover, the position is very uncomfortable. Some 5 km from the railway station. Finally, I was at the second floor and, besides not having the lift, the stairs are incredibly small (large about half of my foot).

• AH (5/5): OK für die Durchreise - Spontane Ersatzbuchung für eine unerwartete Absage war möglich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Die Lage günstig für den Grund der Reise. Wegen Bauarbeiten auf der Straße gab es nur Sackgassenverkehr und keinen Straßenbahnbetrieb - also war es verhältnismäßig ruhig trotz direkter Straßenlage. Altes Gebäude in "interessanter Nachbarschaft" mit steilen, kurzen Stufen. Sehr kleines Zimmer (Nr 4) im 2.OG mit ausgedientem Schreibtisch mit abgeplatztem Plastikfurnier als einzigem Möbel (außer zwei Betten mit harten 80cm-Matratzen). Schmale Türen und Wege - Thermostat der Heizung verhindert zB das weite Öffnen der Badtür, defekter Wasserhahn im Bad. Eins der Betten steht direkt unter den Fenstern. Deutlich zu teuer für den gebotenen Komfort.

• Miia (8/5): - Kleine Pension mit freundlicher Führung. Die Frühstücksdame ist sehr aufmerksam, das Frühstück sehr gut. Fahrräder können sicher im Innenhof verstaut werden. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, nur eine Nacht, das war sehr passend.

• Bettina (9/5): Sehr kundenfreundliches Hotel - Der gewünschte frühere Einchecktermin wurde problemlos erfüllt. Die Reaktion war zugewandt freundlich. Die Tram zum Hauptbahnhof hält vor der Tür. Zimmer und Bad sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben gut geschlafen, obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße lag. Das Frühstückbüffet umfasste alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Wir durften sogar Wegzehrung mitnehmen. Wir wurden von der Frühstücksfee überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend umsorgt. Alles gut.

• Jack (8/5): Enjoyable for the duration and price, but lessened by other guests' loudness. - Polite and helpful staff, great proximity to nearby city centre and transport, and a very comfortable, safe, and spacious place to rest with friends after an exhausting day and evening out in the nearby city. Lack of sound dampening and the size of the rooms meant that it was rather difficult for my friends and I to fall asleep on account of the family of children running around and shouting loudly on the floor above us.

• Thomas (8/5): Good value - Super friendly staff, located in an older building there are large apartments with a kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms as a standard room. The hotel is located in not the nicest part of town. It’s a bit away from the center of activity and it’s across the street from a late night Gyro stand and bus stop so there is a fair amount of noise. The tram also comes right down the street so it’s best to wear earplugs:-)
