- yumi (9/5): 自然も遊びもホテルライフも満喫 - 平日利用でゆったりとできました。 ホテルもロケーションも写真スポットがたくさん。 星は見えなかったけど、無料貸出のベンチコートやマット、懐中電灯を持って、大人がキャッキャと楽しんで、夜の安全な星空観察に行けました。乗ってないけど、玄関前のバギーで記念撮影。 朝のノルーウェイの森の散策もすてきでしたよ。どこまでも続く木立と小川のせせらぎの音、木の橋に小鳥達のさえずり、癒されました。 朝食時に中庭の芝生に出てくるアナグマ君の姿もかわいいかったな。音を出さずに窓越しに近づくのがポイントです。 お部屋も広く、随所に子供が遊ぶ遊具やスペースもあり、孫と来ても楽しそう。お部屋も施設も清潔でゆったりとして、気分良く過ごせました。 お料理もおいしく、セルフの飲み放題(アルコール類も)で皆喜んでました。廊下の無料の珈琲や紅茶等もリラックス効果ありました。 お風呂も素敵でしたが、温泉ではないのが残念でした。薬湯でもあればという感じ。

- 優 (5/5): 子連れには少し物足りないかも - スキー場が近くてよかった 和室でしたが布団を自分で敷かなくてはならなくスキーで疲れたあと幼い子がいる中メイキングを各自でっていうところがきつかった。 子連れで荷物多くても声かけしてくれずだったので自分でなんとか自分で運んだ。

- Yamada (10/5): 来年もまた宿泊したい! - 露天風呂の開放感は、今まで行った露天風呂の中でも開放感のレベルは高かったです。 標高が高い場所にあるホテルにもかかわらず、朝夕の食事内容は良かったと思います。 魚釣りやバギーなどのアクティビティーも併設されており、ファミーリーで行くには最高のホテルで、子供たちも大満足した しいて悪い点を挙げるようなところはありませんでした。

- MORIMOTO (7/5): - 星を見たいと思い予約しました。あいにくの曇空で満点の星空に見ることはできませんでした。露天風呂から星を眺めることができたら最高だなと感じたので、また機会があればいきたいと思います。 スタッフはこちらの質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいました。 枕が高く、布団（ベット）も私には合いませんでした。 部屋の電気を消すところがわかりにくいかったです。

- Naka (8/5): とても、楽しめた - ゆっくり、星空を観れるよう、グッズ、椅子など、用意してあり、よかった。 朝食に行く時間が少しおそくなると、ビュッフェスタイルなので、無くなってる食べ物があり、残念だった。
- シル (8/5): 景観は抜群！山の上の癒しのホテル - 清潔で景観もとても良かった 夜、晴れていて星空が最高だった 冷蔵庫が自由に使えるので保冷剤を凍らせたし、飲み残しのペットボトルなど冷やせて良かった 冷水やコーヒー等が無料で自由に24時間利用できる事の案内が無くて、薬などを飲むための水を自販機で購入してしまった その他、星を観察する為のマットやグッズの無料貸し出しなど、案内や説明が足りないと感じた 部屋の明かりの調節が分かりにくいのと、全体に暗かった ベランダスリッパが無くて靴に履き替えた

- Verified traveler (8/5): Access to Mineyama Hogen Relexia hotel. - Get to and from the resort was challenging as we were not driving so I wish the hotel communicated more clearly that we should take the shuttle bus and the specific timings. It could have been helpful also to ensure we understood this at the point when we checked in.
