- Kevin (10/5): Above and Beyond Service - The staff goes really out of their way for their guests. We missed the last shuttle of the day from the train station to the hotel. We decided to walk, since we also missed the last bus. When we were walking, a van pulls over to the side of the road: it was the shuttle, which was sent out to get us, without us even asking! The amount and quality of the food served is incredible! Plenty of variety, with everything plated and served by incredibly polite and attentive staff.

- Le (10/5): - It was a very exciting experience for my family. Staffs were welcoming , food was impressive . It has shuttles to/from Tobu Nikko/JR Nikko and could drop you off to Toshogu in the morning . If you have Nikko pass, you will be fine without rental car.

- AKINORI (10/5): 泊まって良かったです。 - 大変お世話になりました。サービスに関して大満足です。家族で伺いましたが、料理もお風呂も満喫できました。日光東照宮に行った後の宿泊でしたが道の混雑もなく、あっという間に到着しました。 環境も大変静かでゆったり過ごせました。 一点、御提案です。駐車場が広いのでどこでもどうぞと言われましたが、消えてしまったかもしれませんが、一定間隔でラインがあった方が良いと思いました。(蛇足です) 違う季節に伺いたいと思います。
- Verified traveler (4/5): お値段、相応です。 - シャワーカーテンに異臭がついていなくて、清潔に気をつかっている感じはしました。ただ、古めの建物なので、シャワー室は、１昔前のユニットバスタイプ。歯磨きセットなどは、トイレタンクの上に置くしかありませんでした。また、全館一括して冷暖房設備を切り替えるシステムで、宿泊当日、寒かったにもかかわらず、冷房しか入りませでした。フロントに言ったところ、電気ヒーターをすぐに持ってきてくれましたが、部屋が広いことが仇となり、なかなか暖まりませんでした。露天風呂と、お庭は、よかったです。

- NATSUKO (10/5): フロントもレストランも良い対応 - 母親の還暦のお祝いにと家族旅行で日光東照宮へ行きました。そこから車で15分くらいのこちらのホテルを予約しました。チェックイン時の説明も丁寧でした。部屋も和室ですが、テーブルと椅子、ベット、と膝に痛みを抱えている母親にとっては快適に過ごせる部屋でした。清掃もきちんとされていてます。 1階にあるレストランでの夕食も美味しかったです。 大浴場の外にも露天風呂が3つあり、紅葉がライトアップされていて綺麗でした。もちろん温泉も満足です。 宿泊部屋の窓ガラスがとても大きくて、朝カーテンを開けると紅葉が綺麗に見えて素敵なお部屋でした！！ 朝食も美味しくて、朝の8時から20時までセルフでいただけるコーヒーマシンがロビーにあります。満足できた滞在でした！、ありがとうございました！
