• YIJU (10/5): 是一間有年代的溫泉旅館，可以到一樓的大浴池洗澡，女浴室還附上寶寶洗澡椅，很親子，接待人員超級親切，雖然設施有點舊，但是都維持的很好，很有傳統的味道。謝謝 - 有風呂可以泡，櫃檯人員很親切。地點很好，離纜車站很近。 馬桶有點老舊有點異味。

• Su Sung Ling (10/5): 藏王住宿的最佳選擇 - 住了兩晚, 超豐富的會席早晚餐料理, 吃得好飽! 而且很貼心地幫不吃牛的人換成豬肉 (有預先通知). 員工服務有溫度, 不管是入住還是用餐時. 超感謝員工幫我們在停車場車輪陷入雪地時, 想盡辦法脫困. 真的超超超級感謝的! 旅館地點也離樹冰纜車站很近, 如果還有機會再去看樹冰的話, 一定會再次入住! 戶外溫泉維修中, 可惜了.

• Lee Carina (8/5): - 温泉源泉水質很優秀，佈滿湯之花，水温也夠熱，沐浴用的花洒很猛，女任洗頭舒適！還有這酒店的早晚餐很美味，份量超級豐盛，種類很多，3個晚上也未有重覆。有酒店shuttle接送往滑雪場 Ropeway，Check-in Check-out 也接送到巴士站。由酒店小路往Lift 1 或 23其也不太遠，如沒有裝備，6分鐘步程左右 大浴場與源泉風呂分開，有少許不方便；大浴場有4個風筒，但有2個壞的未來得及替換，源泉風呂那邊沒有風筒；距離主要街道要步行6-8分鐘，晚上天冷時外出找吃或想到便利店比較遠。

• Hiroshi (9/5): - The location is a little far from ski slopes, but the driver of a mini bus of the hotel kindly gave us a ride to remote slopes (Uwano-dai) in the morning and then picked us up there in the late afternoon. All staff members were kind and flexible. Facilities looked a little old. The outdoor bathtub of the main onsen was tentatively closed (because of heavy snow?).

• Vincent Biodegradable (8/5): Leuk voor een paar nachten. - Alles op wandelafstand, ruime parking, ski materiaal opslag, verschillende onsen. Japans ontbijt. Comfortabel bed. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer aan de krappe kant. De badkamer is klein, al maak je in de praktijk vooral gebruik van de onsen. Er is een klapdeur, een verdieping lager, die tijdens het opdienen van ontbijt en avondeten voortdurend open en dicht klapt — behoorlijk storend, al gelukkig niet ’s nachts. De kamer is lastig warm te houden, wat een terugkerend fenomeen lijkt in Japan. De prijs is aan de hoge kant (€230 per nacht) voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt.

• Alex Pler (9/5): - Personal amable que el último día se ofrecieron a llevarme a la estación para que llegase a tiempo del autobús. Habitación amplia y un reconfortante baño caliente. Desayuno correcto. El hotel queda algo lejos de la estación. Mejor si vas en coche, porque andando son 15 minutos, la mitad por carretera sin luces.
• KOUKI (8/5): 家族連れにスタッフの方が最高のおもてなしをしてくださいます。 - スタッフのサービスや心遣いがありがたい。小さい子供二人いて食事はなしにしていたが、子供分のご飯やデザートもサービスいただいた。食事場所は個室のお座敷で、子連れに配慮していただき感謝である。 部屋の照明に夜用の小さな電球があるとよい。全部消すと真っ暗だし、真っ暗すぎるから、廊下の電気をつけて少しだけ開けて寝たらちょうど廊下の洗面所の電気が隙間からちょうど寝るときの目元に届き眩しい。トイレの電気をつけて寝るとちょうど良いことが朝に発見した。

• Hy (10/5): Exceptional - Meals here were exceptional! Local specialties were used and the staff would go out to explain each dish and also check in on you from time to time. Shuttle services to the bus terminal and ropeway are provided too so it is a nice touch. They would also put in local snacks in their room after each day so we got to have a taste of them. Staff here were really responsive and helpful too! Wifi is only usable in the hotel lobby area, the reception/signal is really bad if you try to use it in other areas such as your room/dining area

Very plain and brutal look. - level of English of the staff. But we always get to understand each other one way or another.

• Mira (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved this place! Everything was great, the traditional japanese room, amenities, onsens, food... And the people! They were incredible, it was like having a new family! I am extremely grateful to all of them for taking such good care of me, the foreigner. They made my stay wonderful and memorable.
• Ellen (9/5): Exceptional food & services, pleasant stay for a ski trip - A traditional Japanese hotel with tatami futon mats. Wonderful staff who were super helpful and always making sure that I was taken care of. They even had English instructions on how to prepare my sukiyaki / shabushabu. The food was awesome, I stayed for 3 nights and the courses were never repeated. They offered discounted lift pass and rental so just ask. They also had shuttle service to the bus terminal & ski lift, but it was just a 5-min walk to the ski lift anyway. (The lady at tourist information at the bus terminal was nice enough to call the hotel for me for pickup when I was asking for a phone booth.) Walking to the main streets wasn't too bad as well so I took a stroll out there every day. Loved the onsens especially after a long day of snowboarding. Overall a very pleasant stay for a ski trip. The wifi wasn't working very well. The dressing & shower area at the big onsen bath was kind of cold, and you had to dress & undress twice if you were to try out the 2 different onsens as they were apart
• Angeline (4/5): Not worth the price. - Good I chose the hotel which was expensive because I liked the look of the outdoor onsen. But it was closed. Reception said was too cold during winter. That information should be included in the booking information, I felt shortchanged. All other hotels all over Japan opened their outdoor onsens during my last 14 days in Japan, except this one.

There is a free shuttle from the Bus Terminal to the hotel without which the walk is quite far in snowy condition. Bus sent is back to the terminal after check out. Nothing

• Ziqing (10/5): Strongly recommend! - The staff there are super nice and friendly, answering all the stupid questions from us. The breakfast (pre-ordered) was sooo good with a lot of specialities. We regret not reserving for the dinner as the breakfast was way beyond our expectations. The onsen was good and comfortable as well! Will consider stay here again if come to Zao Onsen next time.

• Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional - The location and bus access was extremely convenient and one of the primary reasons in choosing the place. The hotel also offers their own shuttle service to get you around faster if your in a pinch.
