友岡 (9/5): ホテルの立地が良かったです。観光ではなく、帰省の為に利用する為、電車通りまでいかなくて良かったです！ - 金曜日の宿泊だったので、ゆっくりと過ごす事が出来ました。高齢の母が同伴だった為、フロントに近い部屋のリクエストをした所、エレベーターの近くに部屋を準備して頂き良かったです。また機会があれば、利用したいと思います！夕食のレストランの接客が寂しかったです。

Hajime (9/5): - スタッフの方がとにかく親切でした。子どもが旅行中にケガをしてしまい大幅にチェックインと食事の時間に遅れてしまったのですが、急かすことなく子どもの身を案じてくれました。感動しました。お陰で食事も美味しくいただけました。あと、とにかく価格が安い!!今回2回目の宿泊でしたがまた宿泊したいです!! 気になることは特にありませんでしたが、しいて言えば朝食のバイキング時に食器や食事がきれた時に補充が遅かったかなと感じました。

Steve (8/5): - A decent hotel with its own public bath. I didn't get the food options but booked this as I needed free parking. The room was cosy and had everything I needed. Though it is an inner building, it is clean and well maintained. Overall, a decent stay. The hotel is on top of a mountain so there is lots of stairs. You should only book this place if you have a car. Getting to and from town via foot can be challenging.

YUKI (9/5): また泊まりたい宿です - 建物全体に古さは感じますが、お部屋も清潔でとてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。バルコニーが付いていたのですが虫が入ってこないように網戸があればいいなと思ったのと冷蔵庫の上の棚のところに鏡があればいいなと思いました。スタッフさん全ての人がとても親切で感じがよく、夜景もスタッフさんもとても輝いていました。
H (7/5): 桜がとても綺麗だった。 - 夜景地下で行われている宴会の終わる時間と大浴場から上がる時間が重なり、かなり長い時間エレベーターが使えず大変困り、最終的には階段で部屋に戻ることになった。それに、すごくタバコ臭く、不愉快であった。それ以外は何も悪いところは感じなかった。

KAMINAGA (8/5): 又、お世話になりに行きたいです - スタッフの方が丁寧で好感をもちました。食事も、コースで運んでもらえる食事を家族で頂くのは久々で贅沢な時間でした。ご飯をおかわりしまくる息子に、どんどん運んできていただいてとても嬉しくなりました朝からバイキングに甘エビやお刺身なんかもあって子供が大喜びでした。ホテルの展望台から見える景色も絶景でたくさん写真が撮れました。

Rie (10/5): 長崎に宿泊の際はまた利用したいです。 - 古いけど清潔感のある施設バス停が目の前でフロント、レストラン、部屋からの夜景が素晴らしかったです。展望風呂がちょっと狭くて、びっくりするくらい人がいたこと。ただみなさん良い方で譲り合って使用しました。

洋子 (10/5): 食事が良かった。 - 食事がとても良かった Googleマップで、駅から徒歩12分と書かれていたけれど、山の上にあって歩くのは無理だった。近くの人に、バスに乗るように言われた。とても遠かった。
一ノ瀬 (10/5): 良かったです - 居心地が良かったです。準備されていた浴衣のサイズが合わなかったのでフロントに連絡したら、すぐに持ってきていただきました。
RIE (7/5): 昭和にタイムスリップ - レストランで夜景を見ている時、丁度港に豪華客船が停まっていて、スタッフの方が親切に説明してくれた。朝食の時も、女性のスタッフの方が親切にしてくれた。夕食は、少し品数を減らして、一品ずつにもう少し工夫しても良い気がする。グラタンや饅頭は、なくてもいい気がする。ちゃんぽん鍋があったので、味噌汁は小さめのお椀で出したほうがいいと思う。お米があまり美味しくなかった。スタッフの方が忙しくしていて、お刺身の次がなかなか来なかった。一つのお盆に小鉢でたくさん盛り付けたほうが、何回も行き来しなくていいような気がする。南館から本館への道が寒すぎた。

Koutarou (8/5): サイコーだった！ - 展望台から見る夜景が良かった。空き状況次第で広い部屋にしてくれる。安い。夕食も美味しかった。部屋の水道が飲料水ではない。冷蔵庫の音がうるさくて、就寝時気になった。朝食バイキングの種類が多少少ない。

Yumiko (8/5): 坂の街長崎を感じる場所に立つ宿泊施設で広さと景色の美しさで気持ちも和みました - スタッフの方々が穏やかで優しい大浴場がある朝食ビュッフェでのんびりと食べて過ごしたロビーがすでに高台なので窓からの景色が良い希望制でチェックアウト後、長崎駅前まで送ってくれる部屋内洗面台が微妙に汚い空調機が寒くなるか暑くなるかで風量調整しにくい朝食ビュッフェのメニューによっては保温してあると美味しく頂けるのに、と感じました(特にウインナー、スクランブルエッグなど) パン派なので、パンの種類と美味しいコーヒーが欲しかったです(アメリカンコーヒーの機械があり、おいしくない)

rumiko (9/5): 思い出に残る旅 - ロケーションが素晴らしい夕食が思ったより良かった　美味しかった特にお刺身✨ 展望浴場が良かった　温度もちょうど良い露天風呂が使えなかったのが残念だった風呂場にタオルが無かったので　2回目に入る時に不便だった。

Aimona (8/5): il bagno con vista vale il viaggio.. scegliete alba o tramonto - bagni termali con vista da sogno, struttura dotata di tutto il necessario la posizione è abbastanza decentrata ma i bus sono a 100 metri e alla reception vendono abbonamento giornaliero. Se volete mangiare al ristorante interno vogliono la prenotazione almeno 24 ore prima

Kimiko (9/5): 最高でした^ ^ - リーズナブルに宿泊させていただいたのに、とても広いお部屋を用意して頂き、とても綺麗なお部屋で感激しました｡夕食はレストランでしたが､窓際で夜景がとっても綺麗で感動しました。個室かんがあり､ごちゃごちゃしていなくて､またお料理も､手際良く､順々に熱々が出てきたので､ありがたかったです。チェクインがもう少し早い時間にできたらありがたかったです。
Youngkyun (9/5): - 初めての長崎旅行でしたが、ホテルの部屋からの眺めが良くて満足しました。また、泊まりたいと思います。特にありません。

Jonas Alexander (7/5): Gut gepflegtes Hotel, aber nicht sehr modern - Personal unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich Kostenfreier Shuttle Bus von und zur Nagasaki station Ausblick über die Stadt Authentisch japanisches Essen (Abends Gängemenü) mit der Möglichkeit, viele verschiedene Speisen zu probieren (allerdings kann es für Europäer auch gewöhnungsbedürftig sein) Traditionell japanische Zimmereinrichtung, gute Ausstattung im Zimmer (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee usw.) Öffentliches Bad Sehr Laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer, mussten wir nachts ausschalten, dadurch war es sehr warm (Reise im Hochsommer) Insgesamt ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen und an manchen Stellen relativ abgenutzt, man merkt aber, dass sie so gut wie möglich gepflegt und sauber gehalten wird, die ganze Gestaltung der Innenräume erinnert an die 70er-Jahre, das ist wie eine kleine Zeitreise :)

Thomas (9/5): Top Ryokan - Sehr schönes Ryokan mit relativ großen öffentlichen Bad und spannenden Buffet. Guter Ausblick auf die Stadt, aus dem oberen Restaurant bzw. kleinen öffentlichen Bad. Etwas abseits vom Schuss, es fährt zwar ein Bus, aber der ist von der Stadt aus zu finden schwierig. Taxi aus der Stadt zum Hotel kostet rund 200 Yen.
