Teníamos que dejar la habitación muy temprano y nos prepararon el buffet del desayuno mucho tiempo antes de su horario habitual, atendiendo y dando solución rápida a la situación.

El mobiliario incómodo y poco funcional. La WiFi no funcionaba. El desayuno poco variado. No es un cuatro estrellas ni en pintura.

Camere ampie, letti comodi, bagno pulito. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Un'ottima scelta per chi vuole visitare questa bellissima città.

- PILAR (7/5): Hotel que no merece 4 estrellas - La ubicación y amabilidad del peesonal Las instalaciones del hotel están obsoletas, el baño pequeño, no hay ninguna estantería para dejar las cosas del neceser, tampoco en la ducha (hay que dejar el gel y el champu en el suelo), no hay portarollos, el papel está encima de la cisterna, ninguna banqueta para apoyar la maleta, no hay luz dentro del armario. No tiene servicio de cafeteria por la noche, ni servicio de habitaciones. El hotel no merece ser un 4 estrellas, sería un 3 estrellas justito.

Perfect location just right where all the monuments are , the service was the best, they really make you feel comfortable from first contact. Room was spacious, clean and cosy. En mi opinión al menos la habitación que ocupé le faltaba un mantenimiento. Los marcos de la puerta del baño bastante deteriorado y el mobiliario una mano de barniz no le iría mal.
