• Mara Luisa (6/5): Très belle vue et bon petit déjeuner, mais service et entretien décevants pour le prix. - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi que la magnifique vue, qui constituent sans aucun doute les principaux atouts de cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner était également de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel agréable et courtois. Malheureusement, notre expérience globale a été assez décevante. L’accès à l’hôtel est difficile à trouver et manque clairement de signalisation. Le parking extérieur, pourtant payant et relativement cher, donnait une impression d’abandon malgré la présence d’un portail sécurisé : jardin peu entretenu, herbes hautes et environnement peu soigné. L’accueil à la réception n’a pas été à la hauteur. Le personnel ne s’est montré ni particulièrement chaleureux ni vraiment disponible pour nous orienter, notamment concernant l’accès au parking. Même constat au bar, où le service manquait d’amabilité et de professionnalisme. Enfin, dans la chambre, l’eau de la douche débordait jusque dans la pièce, ce qui est difficilement acceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Cuando pasa alguien por el pasillo es como si entrara en tu habitación y esto de madrugada se siente muy molesto. Lo mismo con la habitación de arriba, al andar se oye mucho.

Pues no repetiria nunca y el mas sucio con diferencia , ya que sus 4 estrellas se estrellaron bastante

Will be visiting again for sure The room was too small which is no big deal if you don't spend too much time there. There's no vanity in the main room which means you're restricted to the bathroom. I personally like the options of having a vanity table and mirror in the main bedroom.

• valerie (7/5): Si voulez une literie très dure c’est le bon hotel. Je susi déçue. - L’emplacement, chambre spacieuse, moderne, propre, petit déjeuner bon. Possibilité de venir avec son animal de compagnie. La literie extrêmement dure et inconfortable. Malheureusement je trouve le rapport qualité prix très élevé.
