• sethumadhavan (1/5): Stupid receptionist on nice location. - None .. Nothing.. scam place and receptionist.. asking additional amount of 700 rs per bed and no amenities.. complementary breakfast was marked on booking, but he refused on logging.. so have not taken the room .. similar incident were reported in the Google review but no action taken .. Please change the receptionist idiot 🙏..

• Mohamed (7/5): Average - Calm, Neat The complimentary breakfast served was very bad in quality. That made me feel bad to the whole staying experience.
• Nivin (1/5): Please avoid this hotel at all costs. - Absolutly Nothing. The rooms were not locked on entry. The tables and beds had Ciggarte stains and the lights were not functioning at all. The doors were covered with Cobwebs and hadn't been cleaned for a very long time, seeing the state of the rooms and doors.

• Mihraj (1/5): Bad - Completely unsatisfied with the staff behaviour who was sitting on the front counter. In the room it was mention that breakfast will be ready by 7:30 a.m. We planed our check out according to this time and we arrived on the account counter she informed us it's not ready it will be ready only after 8:30.am, And We Requested the staff to change the time mentioned on the room otherwise it will make confusion to the clients. The response from the staff was very rude and he is talking like he is just there to collect money. He dont have any responsibility about breakfast and all. He is telling us to complain to manager. He cant listen what we are talking to him.. Better change such behaviour staff from this kind of reputed firm. Otherwise it may cause negative impact

• Sunrita (8/5): Very good - The Hotel was on the National Highway and hardly any distance from Sultan Bathery town. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and freshly cooked. Nobody cleaned the room the second day when we had pressed the requeat cleaning button. The view from the windows in one room was non exiatant as it was covered by a shutter. In thw second room it overlooked a spectacle shop and the road not mountain view as promised.
• Frances (9/5): Superb - Treebo Trend was very comfortable and is in a very good position being in an easy walk into the middle of Sulthan Bathery. The staff were just amazing, very helpful and friendly.

• Satish (3/5): OVERALL DISAPPOINTED in BIG WAY - Nothing much.. the beds and bedsheets were fine.. We had booked for 4 rooms with King beds, where as the same was provided in two rooms only.. It looks like a small lodge, as against the photos on the Booking.com website.. I had to checkout after one day itself due to family emergency back home, but they didnt allow me to checkout, rather asked to wait till 11 next day to issue the checkout receipts etc. I paid for two days and left the premise. The staff available was a temporary staff we believe since they were waiting for a staff who had to arrive from the neighbouring state. The AC in two rooms didnt work properly, and the available staff couldnt do anything better. They couldnt even check the batteries in the remote controls, whether the same was in working condition or not. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and ants in the rooms. Overall the setup was jut a modified lodge without any further Hotel room amenities.. The funniest part was the place where they were supposed to serve the breakfast.. it was a small room with desk attached to the wall. not even matching the profile of a small lodge.. The response was that they had a working restaurant, but they gave away teh same to a third party to run a bakery cum coffee shop. we said we wont take the breakfast there, and took it from a nearby restuarant. We were forced to take the rooms (after seeing the conditions) since it was difficult to run around with 8-9 people -looking for 4 rooms, during evening. Finally, there was no Logo of Treebo - anywhere in the Hotel, lobby or the rooms. We expect certain experience from a Hotel, when we are paying money, and the Hotel owners and the OPerators shouldnt take the customers for a ride, by asking us to take or leave in difficult situations..
