• PIERRE-JEAN (9/5): Charme et authenticité - Tout est fabuleux dans cet hôtel qui dégage un charme incomparable, mêlant luxe et authenticité, dans l'ambiance surannée des places d’autrefois. Le souvenir d’Hemingway est omniprésent, à travers des portraits de l’écrivain et les livres de l’auteur parsemés un peu partout, dans plusieurs langues, notamment dans les chambres. L'accueil d’Eva, qui s'exprime dans un français parfait, est inoubliable et tellement chaleureux ! Nous avons eu la chance d'occuper la chambre 10, l'une des plus agréables car, faisant l'angle, offre une vue magique sur ce village blanc parmi les plus beaux d'Andalousie. La chambre n’est pas immense mais la décoration soignée, le confort et les équipements proposés justifient pleinement les 4 étoiles de l'hôtel. La salle de bains est spacieuse et lumineuse. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans le bar de l'hôtel. Il propose un buffet et un service à la carte, de très bonne qualité. Merci au personnel, partout accueillant et chaleureux. Rien, vraiment.

• Nicole (10/5): Un rapport qualité prix gentillesse accueil merveilleux - Excellent accueil, d'une grande gentillesse et en français pour nous aider à atteindre l'hôtel en voiture car le GPS n'y arrive pas. Un rapport qualité prix excellent à deux pas de l'attraction touristique phare de Ronda. Un lieu qui ne fait pas de l'exploitation du touriste. En fait il est facile d'arriver à l'hôtel en voiture alors que ça semble compliqué à cause de l'interdiction de rouler dans la vieille ville et les GPS qui ne s'en sortent pas. L'hôtel devrait envoyer une carte numérique avec le tracé à suivre à tous ses clients.

• Paul (9/5): Excellent hotel in a great location - we will definitely stay again. - Fantastic location and accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room very comfortable. The adjoining tapas restaurant is lovely - we ended up eating and drinking there every night. Lack of on-site parking is a bit of a nuisance, but that's the downside of a central location in the old town. The staff were very helpful working around it.

Schlafzimmer für 4-Sterne zu klein, keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit (außer Bett). Zimmer im 1. OG und zur Hauptstraße und damit leider sehr starker Straßenlärm.

The restaurant Pura Cepa is fabulous as well, with a wide-ranging wine list of wines by the glass. As hard as I try, I can’t think of one thing that I would change or improve.

The staff, the breakfast, the bar, and the details are all top-notch. It’s a little stressful to load and unload in the historic center. Parking is a ways from the hotel.

Breakfast was on the terrance served by the adjoining restaurant and served and excellent full a l carte breakfast. Our window opened onto the busy street and terrace and was noisy if left open. When closed the conditioning worked well and it was quiet.

Not the fault of the hotel but there is little or now soundproofing would assume due to the age of the hotel - just something to consider
