Guest Reviews
- Miles (10/5): Exceptional - The host is amazing and accommodating
- Graham (9/5): Superb -
- Samantha (10/5): Roberta is a fantastic host and she is super attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend staying here. - The property is in a fantastic location. Super close to the train station, the alibus service and all the tourist spots in Naples. N/A
- Konstantin (8/5): Perfect base for exploring Naples - Very central location on a surprisingly quiet street, the host was very kind and helpful, the room itself was clean and tidy and had all one may need for a few days stay. There wasn't much of a "view" (the street is very narrow and the room is on the first floor) or a "balcony" (about 10cm wide), but that's not really a problem. The decoration and furniture were rather basic (but comfortable and usable), and the "breakfast" consisted only of small sweets and self-made coffee (quite good though), but that may depend on the period / booking details.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable stay. Roberta, our host, was very welcoming. The location near the train station can be loud and busy..
- Estefania (9/5): Superb - Todo funcional 👍🏼 No es Bed and Breakfast
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriele (10/5): Cozy stay in Naples city center - I liked the proximity to the historical center and the kindness of the owner. The room is small but cozy. Overall good value for money.
- Martin (10/5): Great stay, easy to find and clean. - Great stay, easy to find and clean.
- Beatriz (9/5): Superb - The place was a 15 min walk from the centre of Napoli, and very close to the central station and another station which is very helpful. Very clean and the host was super helpful, always with a quick response and she let us do an early check-in to leave the luggage.
I'd recommend especially if you're doing day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum... The bed was squeaky, even just to roll and there is a club downstairs that on the weekend nights is fairly noisy, you can feel the pulse of the music on the walls.
- Đorđe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alessandro (8/5): Very good -
- Blukacka (10/5): Great place to stay in Naples - The facility was nice, clean and cozy, it was near the centre but the street was not too loud. The owner Roberta is a lovely and very welcoming person who advised us a great restaurant at the seaside. We liked the place very much and if we ever (or maybe WHEN we next time) visit Naples, we will definitely stay at her place again. Naples is a city with huge humidity, due to the proximity of the sea, which can be difficult to handle. But with the aircondition it was all ok at Roberta's place.
- Iva (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean room. Roberta is kind and strives to be helpful. There was a bar under our window with very loud music one of the nights, and the beds were not very comfortable.
- Thays (10/5): Cozy place in a great location in Naples. - Great location near the main station. Nothing
- Daniel (9/5): Just perfect for us :)) - The B&B is very nice and Roberta is an absolute delight. She was super nice to us and helped us a lot during our stay in Napoli. She gave us a lot of good tips for the city. Communication with her was also perfect - we had all the information we needed before we arrived in Napoli and she is ready to tidy the rooms every day if you want.
The Rooms are super clean and nice - not very big, but you have everything you need in there.
In a 5-10 minutes walk you are in the center of the city - so it‘s perfectly located.
All in all - recommend it!
Thank you Roberta! <3 :) can‘t tell anything bad about the B&B. What you need to know of course: it‘s basically in the heart of the city and Napoli can be loud ;) But if you want to take in the city as it is, you need this, trust me. ;)
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication from the owner, self check in was very easy. Had everything we needed in the room, great recommendations for things to see and do around Naples. The b&b is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk of all the tourist areas and train station. The room had good air con and shutters that blocked out all the light so we could have a nice lay in in the morning.
- Rodrigo (8/5): Very good staff service and cleaning service. However the location is not nice and the bar downstairs plays load music u - Cleaning service very good. Staff service really good. Location and Bar downstairs with load until almost midnight.
- Tamara (7/5): Good - room size and internet
- Ersi (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment with comfy bed, central located and a tentative host.
- Yangfan (9/5): Nice place for a short stay -
- Chris (7/5): Really enjoyed our stay; good value for money and a couple of things to improve would make it an excellent stay - - Good location
- Friendly host
- Good & clear communication
- very clean - noisy refuse collectors outside window during night
- WiFi did not reach room 3
- Urszula (8/5): Great location, very noisy family living upstairs - The location is very good, 12 minutes walk to the train station and close to historic centre and good coffee shops and restaurants. Small and simple room. Coffee (one capsule per person per day) and teas available. Very communicative host, even tho she doesn't speak English. There was not much noise from the street, but the neighbors from upstairs were very loud. We could hear children running and moving objects late at night. It was pretty hard to fall asleep because of all the noice.
No place to put your own soap and shampoo in the shower cabin, everything had to be on the floor while you shower.
No balcony, just the fake one.
Not much of the natural light in the the room
- Anetta (10/5): Exceptional - The room is located between buildings so you can't hear the traffic. Close to the metro station, train station and port. Roberta is a very good host and ensures that information is provided carefully and clearly. Room iż clean and you can use an espresso machine, a kettle and a fridge. Everything is ok.
- Martina (9/5): Superb -
- Andreas (9/5): Superb -
- Petra (7/5): Good - The communication with the host Roberta was great, we received all the information regarding the arrival on time and the apartment was cleaned every day. Roberta was very helpful. Coffee and tea are available in the facilities for all apartments. In appartement No. 2 the drains in the bathroom stink and because of the noise from the music club, which is in the same building, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs
- Przemyslaw (10/5): Exceptional - The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed. The location is safe and close to the historic centre and the Garibaldi train station (very convenient for those who, like me, want to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Amalfi Coast). All major attractions are within a walking distance of the property. There are also plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The communication with Roberta was excellent and she was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend the place..
- Giuseppe (9/5): Superb -
- Monika (10/5): Exceptional - this review is from my sisters behalf and she loved her stay. thanks again Roberta to make the stay so easy for us.
- Monika (10/5): short and sweet - the location was great. we really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Roberta 🙏. we arrived very late so we did a self check in that worked like a dream because the instructions are so good and you don’t have to worry about anything, was so easy. we loved the room, the aircon and the coffee in the morning, as we left really early. Thank you again for the stay 🙏
- Eglė (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, room simple but nice and clean. We didn’t feel good at the begining because we had a feeling that someone is tracking us until we found that the was a camera in the apartament coridor. We weren’t informed about that and it is not ordinary expierence for us.
- Liza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vasiliki (9/5): A very good experience overall! - The room was very clean and Roberta, our hostess, was very helpful with everything. The bed was very comfortable! The area is very central, close to Duomo metro station, next to many of the interesting neighborhoods like Spaccanapoli. It is really close to a very big avenue (C.so Umberto l) and we felt very safe to move around even late at night. The wifi was not working properly.
- David (9/5): Superb - The hostess was very helpful and diligent. Every day she came to clean, advised what was needed. The bed could be of better quality
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Carla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dimka (6/5): Tolerable, wouldn't go back. - Everyday cleaning of the room and change of towels after the second night.
Never saw the host, but she was very responsive through booking and later via WhatsApp. The place is in a busy and noisy neighbourhood, close to the historic centre. But when you close the door to the big window, the outside noise is almost completely gone. The neighbours were sometimes noisy. To clarify, because the host stated that the irregularities were because of the two blankets - they were NOT. There was one blanket and one cover blanket. None of which was in a double sheet, the blanket was over a single sheet. So, again - the double sheet for a blanket is a MUST in a hotel.
To clarify, because of the host comment, there were teas and one coffe capsule per day per person. Which is a normal thing to provide for every hotel, it is not something extra. One small bottle of water upon arrival per person.
The room is basic and a bit dark. There are no nightstands, only small shelf by the bed with a night lamp. The closet had a strange smell and we used it with the doors open, because there was no other place to store anything except for the table in the room.
The blanket was not inside a double bed sheet, but over a single bed sheet, which was not ok, the single sheet moves and at some point the blanket is over you without any sheet between. Double sheet for the blanket is a must, never experienced this in another hotel, the blanket is always in a double sheet.
No complimentary toiletries, only the minimum required hand soap.
No place to put your own soap and shampoo in the shower cabin, everything had to be on the floor while you shower. No shelfs in the bathroom, no place to store your own toiletries other than the sink itself, which had place for toothpaste and toothbrushes, so we also had to use the table in the room.
- K. (6/5): Basic room at a good location - Good location, walking distance to central station and other touristy checkpoints. High ceiling in the room to make it look more spacious. Basic facilities in the room, with a small fridge and a table. Quite excessive communication from the host before check in that makes it quite stressful during holiday. After check out and having already left the place, she called me nearly 10 times in 2 minutes to remind me to switch off the lights. Could have installed a smart switch to avoid the situation.
Room looks clean but perhaps the cleaning products/ washing liquid (strong scent on towels)/ duvet gave me very bad nose allergy on both nights once back in the room.
Ceiling/ walls are rather thin, could clearly hear people above chatting and moving chairs/ objects.
- Ilona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (7/5): Comfortable room 10 mins from historical centre and main transport hub. - The room was clean and bed comfortable. Roberta was a helpful host. WiFi was patchy in room 3 but ok in the corridor.
Photo misleading, I thought breakfast was included.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Gestore molto ospitale e cordiale.
Ottimo
