Repülőtérről /Chiampino/ akár vonattal és kis gyaloglással elérhető . Kb. 100m-re van EuroMarket bolt , itt szinte minden van kedvező áron . Csendes , csugodt környék . Mikró nincs , helyette agyon égetett használhatatlan edények vannak . Kapszulás kávéfőzőhöz biztosítva volt folyamatosan a kapszula is . Ágynemű , törölköző tiszta , lakás tisztaságára sem lehet különösebb panasz . A házigazda barátságos . A kis szobában foglaltunk helyet . A matrac nagyon puha , kényelmetlen , de legalább az ágyszerkezet annál jobban nyikorgott minden mozdulatra . A fürdőszoba kissé szakadt , a zuhany nem marad a helyén ha egyáltalán beférsz az ajtón. 90 kilómmal alig tudtam bepréselni magam a nagyon szűk ajtón .

• Bethany (9/5): A clean, good value stay at a very reasonable price - Location was very good for visiting the Vatican (18 min walk) and for the train station which goes directly to Roma termini. The host was lovely and helpful. You have use of the balcony and a kitchen too. The room was clean and spacious. A great value place to stay in Rome. Shower cubical was rather small and the pillows quite thin.

Bathroom could use some upgrades. - The location was very convenient to all the top sites in Rome. The host Emanuele was very responsive and friendly. Very easy to talk to and helpful. Bathroom needs upgrading. Very dated. A fresh coat of paint in the room would definitely help.

• Guzman (7/5): Good location, clean, friendly staff, enough for a short stay. - The hotel is a decent walk away from Vatican City, although to get further into the city, it might be best to head to the nearest metro station and buy a ticket. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and I had no problems getting in contact with them. The room was clean and decently sized for 1-2 people. The lock can be a bit tricky to get shut, but you just have to find the right depth, and it'll work fine since the keys are old fashioned. It has it's own AC, Wi-Fi, and bathroom. There is also a TV for those who care for it, though it is a bit small. Shower gel/ Shampoo is provided and there are towels and an extra blanket as well. The bathroom, especially the shower, are rather small and the showerhead is rather difficult to get into place. The toilet is also a bit weak with flushing so do consider throwing the toilet paper into the bin provided. The pillows can also be a bit thin but it's honestly up to preference.

Perfect for my needs, clean room with mini fridge, and balcony. Mini fridge/outdoors is a little noisy, but I found this okay. Shower is a little small but I managed fine.

• Paula (9/5): - Enmanuel fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. La habitación era grande y espaciosa, la suerte de poder utilizar la cocina también es muy cómodo. Tienes un mini frigorífico en la habitación por lo que te da más privacidad. Incluso un balcón, aunque lo comunica con otras habitaciones. El barrio está a 10 minutos del vaticano y el aparcamiento para quien lleva coche es gratuito en todo los alrededores. Tienes un supermercado económico justo en la puerta. Si volvemos a roma volveríamos sin duda. Quizá la cama y las almohadas son un poco incómodas.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and everything felt well looked after. The host was very welcoming and accommodating, and kindly took into account our requests, which we really appreciated. Aside from that, everything was great — clean, comfortable, and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. Just a small note for improvement: there was a little bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the air conditioning unit appeared quite dirty, so we chose not to use it. It might be worth addressing these to avoid any issues in the future.

Ottima posizione anche se a piedi è un po difficile raggiungere le varie attrazioni. Noi ci siamo spostati con i bus, facendo un abbonamento, e ci siamo trovati bene così.

• Claudiu (10/5): Very nice apartment - The apartment is very close to the Vatican City, one bus stop away. Downstairs just 20m away there is a supermarket, the buliding has an elevator. Very clean, and every day someone cleaned the room after we were gone. The bed is confortable, we slept very well. There is a kitchen available with everything you need to cook, we shared the kitchen with the other people that stayed in the room next to ours. The bathroom is big and clean, the hot water works well. -

• Слуковська (8/5): Чудове розташування, безпечний район, чисто. - Чудова кімната з власною вбиральнею і спільним (на дві кімнати) балконом. Душ дійсно маленький, але у нас не було проблем. Є велика кухня з балконом. Кімната та постіль чисті. До стін Ватікану 10 хв пішки, до входу у Ватікан 20 хв. Поряд з апартаментами декілька дуже хороших ресторанів і супермаркет. Інтернет з гарною швидкістю. Дуже привітний хазяїн. Дочекався нас з пізнього рейсу і при від'їзді дозволив залишити речі на пів дня. Заплатити можна картою і готівкою. На балконі, поряд з нашою кімнатою трохи шумів чи то кондиціонер чи то насос води, але нам то не заважало.

• Shahrazad (2/5): - The place was close to the S. Peter's station by walking around 10-15 minutes. Also, close to the bus by walking around 5-10 minutes. The furnitures were old and not comfortable. Especially the bath was too small, I wasn't able to shower, they provided me with an external bathroom, the water was freezing. Each time I had to reach out to them for different things. If you want no shower and only sleep with no Comfort, then you can book.

• Mykhailo (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay in this warm and welcoming apartment in the heart of Rome. The location is excellent — right in the center, close to major attractions and public transport, yet still peaceful and comfortable. The apartment feels more like a small guesthouse, with a shared kitchen and several private rooms. Our room had a spacious double bed, a couch, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs, and a small fridge. We also had a private bathroom and access to the shared balcony — but with our own table right outside, it still felt very private. The large wooden-framed window and solid shutters provided light during the day and perfect privacy at night. It’s worth noting that the walls are a bit thin and you may hear other guests, but in our case, everyone was quiet and respectful, so it didn’t disturb us. There was also a TV in the room, though we didn’t use it. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. As a bonus, there’s a good supermarket nearby open until midnight. All in all, a comfortable, well-located, and pleasant place to stay in Rome. Recommended!

• Elaine (8/5): My experience - It’s a 3-bedroom apartment. Each room is being rented. The room is big. With elevator. Daily trash out. Emmanuel is so nice and did my request. He waited until 1:30am to give the keys to us. I know he did not mind it but I hope there is a way to get the key without disturbing other people. Good ventilation. AC is good. Fridge is working. Free 1L water. Small TV but we did not use it. I was surprised that the uber driver knows the place. We were having a hard time looking for it when we arrived and he showed us the way. Bed squeaks on the side of my partner. He’s a big man BTW. Balcony is connected to other room. Thin walls. I can hear people in the other room talking. I was looking for a microwave, I did not see any. I’m not sure if there is one in the property. Wifi is so-so.
