Marcin (3/5): Nie polecam ! - Pokój totalna porażka łóżko duże dwu osobowe łączone z dwóch małych, hitem jest smierdzaca kanializacja nad krótą zwieszonono samochodową zawieszke typu wunder baum, aneks kuchenny to jeden wielki mit!!!. Odradzam !!!! zdjęcia nie oddają realizmu.

Uszynski (4/5): Byłem i jużtam nie wrócę. - Lokalizacja i restauracja w pobliżu obiektu. Łóżka dosyć wygodne. Dość twarde materace są dla mnie zaletą. Bardzo wątpliwa czystość, dźwięki i zapachy przedostające się do pokoju z aneksu kuchennego. Kiepska ergonomia pokoju.
Patryk (10/5): Wszystko bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, dzięki czemu w czasie naszego pobytu mogliśmy naprawdę wypocząć w górach. - Bardzo ładne obejście, w kuchni komplet akcesoriów - nie trzeba nic zabierać. Nie jest to sama Polanica, ale odległość jest bardzo mała, a położenie obiektu wyżej daje piękne widoki na wschód słońca z kuchni.

Byłam zdziwiona,że pomimo rezerwacj pokoju z balkonem, został nam przydzielony inny pokój. Po zdjęciach to nie był ten sam pokój. Troszkę to nie fajne 😔 należy uważać na stopień po wejściu do pokoju,bo mój partner wykręcił sobie nogę..

Zuzanna (9/5): Taras = Balkon? - Wyjątkowo czysto, pachnąca pościel, pomocna obsługa i cicha, spokojna okolica, darmowy parking bez problemu z miejscem, darmowe wifi Wykupiliśmy dodatkową opcję do pokoju "pokój deluxe z balkonem", okazało się na miejscu, że obiekt nie posiada pokojów na piętrze, o czym zostaliśmy poinformowani dopiero po przyjeździe. Owym " balkonem" okazał się wspólny taras z wyjściem na ogród. Mimo, że nikt poza nami z niego nie korzystał, oczekiwaliśmy czegoś innego po "pokoju z balkonem z widokiem na góry", a nie do końca wspólnego tarasu z kanapą, z którego zamiast gór widać ogromne drzewa (żywopłot obiektu).

Peter (4/5): Disappointing - Nice garden. On a cold wet night we had to wait one and a half hours for the heating, despite requests. Shower taps were wrongly marked, so my wife didn't get a shower. Cold tap in wash basin did not work, so had to fill kettle from shower. Otherwise fine.
