- LORENA (9/5): Me sentí muy cómoda en la habitación, muy amables el personal. - La habitación 205 es hermosa, cuenta con dos ventanas con vista a la ciudad, es muy espaciosa y cómoda. Muy linda la decoración. El hotel está a unas cuadras de la estacion de trenes, y también al centro histórico, se puede recorrer caminando. Simplemente una recomendación, me hubiese gustado que tuviera un hervidor de agua eléctrico para poder hacer un té o café a la noche.

- David (8/5): A "meh" first impression masking a very nice room. - The entry, ground lobby and reception area are all what you would expect from an older European hotel. A little worn out. Functional but nothing fancy. However the room I had was a very pleasant. Spacious, airy, and well furnished. Nothing drab, cramped or worn out. Very nice. After hours entry can be a bit cumbersome. Particularly if you are tired or suffering from a bit of travel brain fog. :-)

- Jayme (9/5): Bom custo-benefício com excelente localização! - Excelente localização, entre a estação ferroviária de Santa Maria de Novelle e algumas das principais atrações: Palácio Médici, Duomo, templos e museus adjacentes, além da ponte de Vecchio de onde vale apreciar um lindo por do sol! Próximo a bares e bons restaurantes onde se concentra parte do movimento noturno da cidade, incluindo o vibrante Mercado Centrale. Tudo acessível a pé, desde que com disposição e sem restrições de mobilidade. Boa sensação de segurança na região, ao menos até 22h, horário que costumamos nos recolher. De quebra, uma agradável praça bem em frente ao hotel onde os adeptos podem experimentar uma caminhada ou corridinha matinal ao som da passarada! O hotel tem portaria 7-23h no 1 andar, mas o acesso 24h é feito por meio de portões eletrônicos, automatizados, um deles um tanto peculiar pelo tamanho e tempo de abertura e fechamento, mas nada que comprometa! Tudo muito limpo, quarto e cama grandes e confortáveis, claridade, ventilação natural e ar condicionado que, no nosso caso, não se fez necessário devido às baixas temperaturas. Recomendável especialmente pra casais ou grupo de adultos, inclusive pela opção de terceira cama no quarto, que pretendam usar prioritariamente os meios públicos de transporte, inclusive os bate-volta de trem regional pra Pisa e arredores, ou ainda acessar as principais atrações e restaurantes caminhando! Negativo somente a falta de café da manhã no hotel o que, ao que tudo indica, parece ser padrão nos hotéis de mesma categoria em Florença, bem como o mobiliário do quarto um tanto antigo, o que não pareceu combinar com o excelente estado de conservação do quarto e banheiro, certamente recentemente renovados!

O koku ile uyumak gerçekten zordu. Odada buzdolabı yok, klima var ama kumandası yok. Gelirken mutlaka terlik alınması gerekir, odada bunlar da yok. Bir daha gelsem muhtemelen bu oteli tercih etmem.

- Fernanda Christina (7/5): - Fomos muito bem recebidas. O quarto é amplo, cama muito confortavel, bastante espaçoso, com a janela para a rua. O hotel é um pouco longe do centro da cidade, o que nos fez andar muito mais do que nos outros destinos. Gostamos muito de sair andando pela cidade, mas dessa forma se tornou cansativo. O caminho de volta para o hotel não era visualmente atraente e, quando de noite, parecia até ser perigoso. Outro problema que notamos foi que, ao retornar ao quarto, ele estava com cheiro de cigarro, sugerindo que alguém entrou no quarto para algo que não foi a limpeza.

- Calogero (1/5): - This hotel should be zero stars! The reception is closed at night, there are parties in the rooms and noise in the hallways, dirty and rough walls, the rooms are cold and heated with split air conditioning only. The bathroom is very small and there is mold on the walls!

- Elena (10/5): - La struttura si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro, staff molto disponibile e gentile. La camera era molto grande e silenziosa, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unica pecca per noi italiani... mancava il bidet. Ma si sopravvive!

- Dora (9/5): 整體說來還是不錯的選擇👍 - 地點很棒，離車站與各景點都很近 環境也舒服乾淨 房間裡沒有熱水壺，但可以請櫃檯幫忙裝熱水，要自備容器 吹風機是固定式的還故障，還好櫃檯還借我們一台。

Lo stato della camera trascurato, non adeguato al prezzo pagato Vorrei pubblicare le foto ma pare che booking non lo permetta..

- Arrate (3/5): - La habitación es grande. La ubicación esta bien, pero se escucha todo lo de la calle, y es una carretera bastante transitada por la noche. Cuando llegamos el suelo del baño estaba lleno de agua. Pusimos las toallas y avisamos, pero a pesar de avisar, no han hecho nada. Hemos pasado 3 noches y no nos han hecho las camas ni han limpiado la habitación ninguno de los 2 dias. El personal amable, pero poco resolutivo. Creo que para el precio que se paga, mal.
