• Ralph (8/5): Eine nette Pension mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zentrale Lage - Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Teenager und hat genug Ablagefächen und Stauraum fürs Gepäck. Zimmer war tiptop sauber, freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht sehr geschmeckt, könnte mehr frische Speisen vertragen.

• Martina (7/5): Super Basis für Sightseeing und City feeling. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Allerdings muss man sich auch bewusst sein, dass dies nicht die allerruhigste Lage ist. Wir waren Mo-Do da und hatten alles in allem ruhige Nächte. Was das Zimmer bedeutend aufwerten würde, wären lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge. Nachts ist es im Zimmer leider sehr hell. Wir hatten uns am zweiten Tag dann Schlafmasken im DM besorgt. Das ging dann auch ;-)

• Océanne (5/5): Hôtel correct mais sans parking - La chambre était très grande et confortable. L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking. Étant en situation de handicap, nous avions choisi l’hôtel justement parce qu’il était indiqué un parking intérieur. Le parking public le plus proche était à 45€ pour une nuit. Les rideaux ne sont pas du tout occultants donc la chambre reste éclairée toute la nuit avec l’éclairage public. La salle de bain est très rudimentaire.

J'y retournerais avec plaisir. Tout le principal est bien présent. J'ai pas grand chose à dire car tout était très bien. J'aurais aimé 2 petites choses : la première, c'est d'avoir dans la salle de bain, à côté du lavabo par exemple, un endroit pour faire sécher une serviette. La seconde remarque concerne l'absence d'une poubelle dans la chambre. Une simple poubelle en plastique serait parfaite.

• Raul (10/5): Value hotel in the heart of Munich! - You absolutely cannot get a better location for the money than this hotel! The breakfast wasn’t bad, but what made it more special was the staff. The morning staff lady welcomed me in politely and also was very helpful in getting me anything I needed for breakfast. I would definitely come back to this place. A major plus was them having an iron and board for me to get my stuff ironed. The bathrooms were also cleaned daily and I never had any problems with cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Check out was also amazing and the front desk lady even gave me a little bit of extra time when I needed. There were only very minor things that I would improved although for this budget I can’t complain too much. Prices were a little bit elevated for OKtoberfest, but nonetheless cheaper than most in the old town. Although this isn’t something that they can change the rooms were a little smaller so if that’s an issue, then this place isn’t for you.

• Teti (5/5): Too much money for all those problema/Troppo cara per tutti questi problemi - English Positives: Comfortable bed and pillows, consistent hot water, good heating, and high standards of cleanliness. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the city center. Italiano Lati positivi: letto comodo, cuscino comodo, acqua calda duratura, riscaldamento buono, pulizia buona, location a due passi dal centro. English Negatives: - Shower curtain: The flimsy shower curtain clings to you the entire time you're showering, making it impossible to relax. - Housekeeping timing: While the cleaning itself is good, it usually happens around 2:00 PM—exactly when most guests want to be in their rooms resting. This forces guests to adjust their schedules and get tired out just to allow the room to be cleaned. Furthermore, I specifically asked the reception to have the room cleaned before 1:00 PM; they assured me it would be done, but it never was. - Security issue: The main entrance door was broken and remained unrepaired for my entire week-long stay. Since the reception is located far from the entrance, any intruder could potentially reach any room without being seen. Italiano Lati negativi: - la molle tenda della doccia ti si attorciglia tutta addosso durante la doccia impedendoti il relax; - la pulizia è buona ma viene fatta verso le 2pm quando l'80% dei clienti vorrebbero essere in stanza a riposare e quindi i clienti devono stancarsi cambiando i loro orari per permettere la pulizia (inoltre ho chiesto alla reception di fare pulire la stanza prima dell'1pm e mi ha detto che sarebbe stato fatto invece non venne mai fatto); - la porta d'ingresso sarebbe rotta e in un'intera settimana non l'avrebbero riparata (siccome la reception è lontana dall'ingresso qualsiasi criminale potrebbe raggiungere qualsiasi stanza senza essere visto).

• Günter (9/5): Genau die richtige Unterkunft im Zentrum von München. - Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles war picobello sauber. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. 15 min Fußweg vom Hofbräuhaus entfernt. Gutes Frühstück. Alles war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir haben ein zentral gelegenes Zimmer zu einem bezahlbaren Preis gesucht und dort gefunden. On top waren die super netten Hotelmitarbeiter. Gerne wieder.

Not so far from main train station (15 min by walk) and right on the pedestrial street that leads to the town center and Marienplatz (5 min b walk) .Underground or tram stop very close (1 min by walk), good enough to carry our luggages without effort. There were nothing that I didn't like.

• Dagmar (1/5): Wucherpreis für geringe Qualität, wir sind gleich ausgezogen - nichts Warnung, es ist kein klassisches Hotel, es ist eine Pension. Ganz primitiv eingerichtet. Es erinnert eher an ein Hostel. Alles ist vom einfachsten und billigsten. Es ist abgewohnt. Kein bisschen Komfort in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wir haben am Wochenende über €200 pro Nacht/Zimmer bezahlt. Nachdem wir gesehen haben was das für eine minderwertige Unterkunft ist, haben wir sofort in ein anderes Hotel um die Ecke gewechselt. Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht, sogar etwas günstiger. Normalerweise muss booking.com seine Kunden vor solchen Unterkünften schützen. Die extem positiven Rezensionen stelle ich in Frage. An den Wänden direkt am Bett waren Fettflecke, was extrem ekelerregend war (siehe Fotos). Ich will mir nicht vorstellen woher die Flecken an der Wand neben dem Bett kommen. Auch die Klimaanlage sieht so verdreckt aus, dass ich diese Luft garnicht einatmen möchte (Foto) Es gibt unten keinen Empfang. Man kommt unten über eine Glastür direkt ins kalte ungemütliche Treppenhaus, der Empfang ist im ersten OG. Alles neonhell erleuchtet wie in einer Klinik. Vor unserem Zimmer lagen verstreut Teppichfliesen herum. Überall an den Türen und Holzmobiliar war der Lack abgesplittert und verkratzt, ein Zeugnis dafür dass sehr lange hier nichts mehr investiert wurde. In dem Hotel rechts um die Ecke, das wir dann bezogen, war alles warm, sauber und komfortabel für das selbe Geld. Mir tut jeder leid, der in diese Falle reinläuft, und ich bitte darum, Bewertung abzugeben, um nachfolgende Gäste vor diesem Haus zu schützen. Es gibt in der Umgebung mehrere Pensionen im gleichen Stil die aber dementsprechend angemessenes Geld verlangen.
• Wenxuan (10/5): I will totally come back next time - The location is absolutely perfect: in a very safe area, on a main road in the old city, and right next to a subway station. The ladies walking there are also super nice. The rooms are antique style. They are very comfy and already warmed up when I arrived. There was something off about my toilet. Probably the water pressure was a little bit low -- it was very hard to flow anything, even a piece of toilet paper, down. I eventually had to pick the toilet paper out of the toilet so that it doesn't stay there.
