- soniac644 (8/5): Honest review - Lovely holiday, exceptionally clean,manicured grounds, lovely rooms, very nice staff, reception staff were lovely, plenty of sunbeds ( not sure this would be the same if hotel full) , a bit out of the way but free shuttle service daily so you cant complain, taxis inexpensive in the evenings, we would never usually book an all inclusive holiday, but our usual hotel was fully booked, so our only real gripe was the food, by golly there was more than enough, but it was cold !! Salads were plentifu but I am convinced the toms and cucumber were cut with a machette, no prensentation, but maybe its just us being a little fussy, most people had their plates overflowing . I would not return purely because of the food quality .
- Yvonnethijssen (6/5): Ok but no Lopesan standard - It was an ok stay, but for Lopesan standards not good. The food is not for a 4 star resort, and also the furniture is not comfortable for a Lopesan resort. If you have a buffet then the quality has to be the same from start to end, that was not the case, a lot was already finished when you are late. Chairs to low and wobbely, no cushions in the chairs. Plastic furniture outside. The sunbeds are not comfortable. The rooms small, beds short. We are both tall. Coffee, showercaps etc never got a refill in the rooms. Animation was very bad, the singers omg. If the weather is not so good the hotel has no inside facilities. If you are all-in it is all from the draft and postmix, why ? If you are halboard like us, you get real brands. Reception was very friendly. We were here for three wweks had an avarage stay, but we were out a lot. If you want to have the Lopesan name then a lot has to improve.
- 652owenr (10/5): A pleasant, relaxing place to spend a week. - Very clean everywhere. Plenty of loungers round the pool. Suite was comfortable and spotless and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. A really nice, relaxing place to go. The only disappointing thing was the location..difficult walking to get to the buses, with broken pavement and lots of weeds. However taxis were excellent and not expensive to get into the town. The buffet meals were good and the choices changed every day.
- 461sallyannew (6/5): Give this hotel a miss - Rooms were great. Pool area was perfect. Access to golf - well just brilliant! A MASSIVE shout out and a HIGH FIVE to Cynthia, the singer on our last night. I asked the receptionist if Cynthia was a regular performer and he said that Cynthia was 'a stand in'. All I can say, is that Cynthia should be a regular. The entire room was up dancing, singing and having a fabulous time. I did say thanks to Cynthia on the night, yet I hope the management team recognise her talent. It made our week. Bloomin fab, Cynthia. Thanks a mill. To the food, drinks and service. 1. Breakfast was great. Good choice of options for everyone in my opinion. 2. Lunch and dinner, definitely not! Probably the worst AI lunch and dinner that I have had the "mispleasure" of trying. The food was bland, samey, barely warm, unappetising, with a lack of choice. Sorry, yet you need to up your game. (We decided to eat out for one dinner and a lunch in Maspolmas and Mogan Marina - I am pleased that we did). Thank you though to the team who always managed to sit us 12 together at dinner.👏👏 3. Drinks - a nightmare to get a drink delivered to your table when eating. It felt like the hotel only wanted you to have one drink. If you wanted another, then you had to queue at the outside bar, mid meal. Very annoying/distracting/ unnecessary/less than chilled/not one for us to repeat! Thankfully, as we were twelve, we were able to take turns in walking to the bar "mid meal' and ordering drinks The lobby bar was only open if you fancied paying for a drink. Really? I mean REALLY?!!! It is meant to be an all inclusive resort. We weren't surprisesd to note that there wasnt anyone using the lobby bar. Why would you? Totally ridiculous. I guess the hotel was trying to save money on staff attendance? Weird as they could have placed one of the downstairs bar team there. Definitely not condusive to a chilled experience. I was questioned a few times when I went to the bar and asked for drinks for the twelve of us. The bar people asked me for whom I was requesting drinks. Well, pretty damn obvious.l!!! We were sitting right in front of them. They kept asking if the people were 'guests' and entitled to inclusive drinks. Oooh, we have wrist bands! Yes we do. No words. Would I revisit this hotel. A BIG NO!
- larsbH8803LG (10/5): Perfect intimate hotel! - Such a lovely place. We had a perfect stay: lovely pool and the rooms were very nice. The all-inclusive board was also very nice with a broad menu of (local) drinks and the meals were good as well with every day a different cuisine. Special shoutout to Salah (front desk) who made our stay even more special. We will be back!
- KLM820 (6/5): Okay for a short winter break - This hotel is a little remote so no where to walk to. However taxis can be ordered easily at reception and cost about 7 euros into maspalomas. The room is clean ...take a travel kettle the coffee,/tea machine gives minimal water and not hot enough for tea. We were lucky and close to the restaurant so walked down each morning and fetched a coffee. The food ...breakfast is okay ...lunch and dinner average at best ...food wasn't hot enough for me. The place is very quiet and in march it was very cold in the evening and there's no inside space to have a drink...we found ourselves back in our room watching a film on the iPad. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kobe 96 in maspalomas worth a visit for dinner. Would we come back...no probably not
- PhyllBristolUK (10/5): A delightful week in a wonderful hotel. - What a wonderful hotel! Well-designed, spotlessly clean, good facilities in every room, delicious buffet meals, helpful bar staff, plenty of sun loungers in sun or shade, regular shuttle bus service to the beach - I really can't find anything to fault.If I spoke Spanish I would have relied less on the staff but everyone was very efficient. I'm already considering returning next year and I've only been home 48 hours!
- Onlinebabe (8/5): Give it a 4 star but was a few niggles - Nice week however there is a few things that bugged me. On arrival the reception staff were lovely, however we where presented with some additional costs that we might occur which surprised me for all inclusive: - sun towels - if you want to change them you have to pay a €1 for each towel, each time, never had this at any other resort. - in the Junior Suite we booked there is coffee machine with 4 pods, if you want any more you have to buy from reception. No kettle, but did discover near the end of our holiday they have kettles (no doubt to rent) but then would have to purchase milk and coffee. I know you can get coffee from the bar but if up early before it all opens you are having to wait. - there was one small glass bottle of water with a top that needed a bottle opener, there was no opener in the room. Reception said you had to pay for more water in the room. But you can get cartons from the bar on all inclusive, so not to much of a issue. - the hotel has luxury loungers, but you have to pay to use them, which I understand in busy times of the yeae, but it would be nice to be offered one free day to use them as part of all inclusive. As it was out of season and not busy there was lots of others to use. I think they where €10 a day. - room safe - guess what you had to pay €2.50 a day. I expect this in cheap accommodation (when we go to benidorm we pay €2 a day but expect it as its budget end accommodation), again most all inclusive accommodation provide this complimentary. It might only seems a few euros here and there but it all adds up when you have already paid £2600 out of season for 2 for a week. The other issue is that its quite a walk to beach, on not brilliant paths, so its either a taxi or the hotel do offer a FREE bus (yes free) a set times. If you are wanting to go out on a night for a stroll or night out you need to get a taxi. Food was ok, just what you expect on an all inclusive, however if you don't eat meat be careful as the signage for food is poor and I picked up a couple of things that had meat in, but no indication of it on the sign. There is fish and eggs at most meal times, but if full vegetarian or vegan you could struggle. Most of the staff were very polite, especially the staff that clean the rooms and reception staff. However, my husband did find that some, not all, of the table/bar staff where almost questioning when he went for drinks. Giving half a glass of cava, asking if he was all inclusive even with wrist band showing and knowing they had served him all week. We did not abuse the all inclusive side of the drinks, but at times did feel we had a cheek asking for drinks. My husband always tips the staff and for the sake of the staff that were ok he still did this. There was a different singer on each night and some entertainment during the day, we didn't get involved but others appeared to enjoy it. The junior suite was clean and well presented, reception said you had to ask for towel changes, but we left ours on the floor in the bathroom every few day's and fresh were left. There is shower gel, shampool, conditioner, hand wash and hand cream in the bathroom (all free). The bedroom opened up onto a grave area that was not set up to sit out on. It was a shame that they have not put little patios on this area at the back of the suites upstairs. By teatime we had no sun at the front of suite or at the pool, but it was lovely at the back.(we took the plastic patio chairs and sat out on the uneven surface). Not sure what the adult only area was like. Final comments would be that its a nice complex, bit far from the sea front, even to go for golf you need a taxi/transport to course. Could do with rethinking some of the little extra charges.
- mwkim91 (10/5): Great food and gym! - I loved my stay at Kumara. I did the all inclusive meal deal and it was nice to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has snack times in between so you will never be hungry. The gym equipments are the best and brand new.
- C2211OLkatiep (10/5): A lovely peaceful hotel - clean, good food and excellent service - Me and my partner had a lovely stay at Kumara Serenoa. We thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn't have asked for anything more. The location was great for us - I can understand it may be a little remote for some people but we really wanted a relaxing week away so it was perfect for us. We made use of the free buses to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles, all of which were on time and efficient. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. We were given an accessible junior suite which was bigger than we had anticipated which was a really nice surprise. There was a fee for the safe which we were told about upon arrival, and wasn't expensive. A bottle of water is provided and there is a small shop which sells essentials so you can buy more. The pool area was quiet - no struggle for sunbeds - and there are Balinese beds available for an extra charge. We really enjoyed the food! We had the all inclusive package and there was a great selection at all meals. Everything was fresh, hot and well-prepared. Cocktails were great and there was never a big queue for the bar at all. You can pay extra for certain cocktails included in the all inclusive premium package but there is a discount if you are on the normal all inclusive package like us. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault the service. We had a minor issue with our fridge not being cold and this was fixed very quickly. We absolutely loved Fran who was managing the entertainment during our stay. He was so friendly and really made our visit. I organised a Valentines package for me and my partner which was absolutely lovely and the staff were super helpful. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely come back! A few tips: - Download the Lopesan app for all the info you could possibly need! Includes bus timetable and mealtime info, as well as giving you the option to contact maintenance or order anything you need without having to go to reception - In the app there is an option to request that your room isn't cleaned (part of an environmentally friendly programme) and you can get premium drinks vouchers in exchange. Be aware this doesn't include cocktails, but it's a great idea - The prize for the daily bingo is a day on the Balinese beds which is a lovely treat and is lots of fun anyway :) If anyone has any questions I'm happy to answer!

All areas of the hotel immaculately clean. Staff helpful and charming. Plenty of sunbeds beside the pool. Beautifully landscaped.
- EspenA135 (6/5): Beautiful hotel with a pleasant atmosphere - We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were several things we genuinely liked, there were also some issues that affected our overall experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff who always tried their best to help. The location is close to the beach, which is a big plus. However, you cannot walk directly to the beach because a golf course blocks the way, so you either have to take a long walk around or use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The road leading to the hotel also looks quite rough and run‑down, almost like driving through a slum area, which gives a poor first impression. Regarding the food, we were disappointed with the limited selection of gluten‑free options. When we asked for guidance, the staff gave us a quick tour and pointed out items that were supposedly gluten‑free, but several of them clearly contained gluten. Even though they tried to help, the knowledge of gluten and cross‑contamination was not good enough for us. The presentation of the food looked okay, but the labeling was unclear, and it was difficult to tell which label matched which dish. It also seemed like some dishes were missing information altogether. In the room, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the air conditioning did not work well, making the room warmer than comfortable. In summary, the hotel has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good location, but there are several important areas that need improvement—especially gluten‑free options, food labeling, room facilities, and the general condition of the surroundings leading to the hotel.

Restaurant very clean and never felt too crowded. Loved the food , good choice for salads and trimmings and change of main courses, plenty of fruit. - Twixxy2607 (10/5): Hotel I would recommend! - Well maintained and spotlessly clean the Kumara is a lovely place to be. The staff are all helpful and friendly, with a special shout out to Jesus who organises the entertainment and activities during the day. There is something for everyone, or if you prefer you can just relax on the plentiful sun beds around the beautiful pool. There is live music every evening which is quite varied and most enjoyable.
- davidtR3556JL (4/5): questionable choice - The hotel is split into two parts. one being an adults only area with rooms, a pool, beds and cabanas and a bar, not always open. This area is entered by a remote locking gate. The other is the main pool and remaining bedrooms, bar and restaurant. On arrival, after registration with no drink offered, one had to carry your cases, however old you are to your requisite bedroom. in our case the furthest point in the adults only , and we are old. The room was very nice, clean and well prepared with bottled water and coffee capsules. The towels were small and thin, the toilet and shower super. After the first day, if you require more water or coffee, you have to purchase it, and this was the best room in the hotel, with the gold wristband! The cabanas outside looked comfortable and attractive, BUT you have to pay daily! whilst we stayed 80% of them were un-used. The restaurant is small, and one often had to wait for a table, but there is an outside area which is also the bar, where you can eat, but in January its not conducive. The food is poor. There are many choices, but very little is appealing because of the appearance, great chunks of melon, tomato etc. Very little finesse. What is certainly not appealing is the lack of hygiene. The table mats are just brushed off after every use, no matter what has been on them before, and re-laid. The tables are cleaned with the requisite cleaner, but the mats are not. What is farcical is that the paper serviettes are laid on top of the table mats by the staff holding them with tongs. Why they have mats at all is a question. I questioned why there were charges on the beds, coffee and cabanas, and was told there was a notice at reception explaining this. I felt that after travelling many hours to the resort, one needed to be told these points, not expect guests to read a small notice themselves. In my opinion Jet 2 should be explaining these charges in their description of the hotel to give potential buyers the whole story. The weather was fabulous so salvaged some of the disappointments we had with the hotel.

We were here for the Christmas Gala dinner which was exceptional. The animation “team” (Jesus) a one man bundle of energy and made the entertainment fun. - uniform1 (6/5): 8 night stay - Reception all went well.. In adults only suite, Nice and big, air con not so good if you wanted it cool.. went down to 18 degrees only...now the fun begins... Bathroom wall tiles are black so overall a dark bathroom, rain shower not very powerful, whb large but pointless, looks good but the worst one I've ever used, Bed was comfy for me and slept well.... Now what's the point of having a coffee machine with one pod and no drinking water provided for a room for 3 people...and u have to pay to have them replaced.Oh yea management want U to hire a kettle , more money to get out of U... The grounds for the adult area is quiet good but very quiet..we never used it... Main pool was not heated for the first 4 days there and then all of a sudden it's warm enough to get in without a fuss...oh yea, u have to pay extra for the Bali beds even if you have paid extra for the adults area... We went for the better drinks package... Nothing special...higher branded gins not included.. Food, well. For us not very good...out of the 8 nights 4 nights were good...partner can't eat fish or red meat and quite a few night that's all there was in the way of hot dishes.. Our last 2 nights you could see there was not enough staff to cope with queues into the restaurant and for drinks at the bar..... It's a well done to all the hard working staff who keep the place going... Only hope management looks after you.. Overall it's a nice hotel... Away from the hustle of the large hotels...in my opinion it's not really a child friendly hotel either.. So I doubt we will come back..

- debbietY3064IG (8/5): Lovely hotel but very secluded location. - Despite reading the reviews regarding the location, I can only say it was in a Very remote location, we didn't expect it to be so remote, reception were very good at calling cabs for us and they arrived quickly, we eventually decided to hire a car, which enabled us to have the freedom of getting out and about as we like. When we arrived reception tried to get us to upgrade to the adult section, even though we had upgraded our rooms when we booked, but the room in the adult section was smaller than our booked room so we declined. I cannot complain about the room but it seems daft you are only given 2 coffee pods for the duration, and water had to be purchased from the shop after using the small bottle that was supplied at arrival. Water can be purchased from the very small shop on site, but I do think water should be included as the shop shut at 6.30pm you were without Unless you purchased a bottle at the bar, we did take a travel kettle tea bags sugar etc and mugs. Breakfast in our opinion was the best meal with choice, we were half board but if we were eating out of an evening they allowed us to have lunch instead of the evening meal which was helpful. The hotel was very quiet and so no sun bed wars. The staff were all helpful overall and always gave a greeting with a smile and reception smelt lovely! Most clientele seemed to be golfers or cyclists and for them the location was probably perfect. We didn't go to the evening entertainment as we went out most nights to eat in playa del ingles or maspalomas. I think a family with children would struggle to keep them entertained at this hotel as there is only a small play area and pool table. No where to have a game of ball etc. I think if a bar/restaurants were built in the wasteland close to the hotel it would get a very good trade also a spa. We travelled as a party of 4 older ladies we are certainly not party animals but we did find this hotel a little too quiet for us. I would recommend if total peace and quiet, and not being bothered by not going out for a walk of an evening just to walk dinner off or get a change of scenery is what you are looking for. Lovely hotel just not for us.
- T3SSU (6/5): Remote location - Although the hotel is very nice, it would not be one that I would return to. It is a fair distance from anywhere with public transport quite a trek away. So unless you are considering hiring a car or are here for golf (course next door) or have full board then I would not recommend this hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful as are the room maids but I can’t say the same for the majority of restaurant staff they are quite brusque in their attitude and not at all helpful. We were half board and on arrival were offered an upgrade to the adult only area, having looked at the upgraded area and room we thought our original room was bigger and better value. Everything here appears to be an extra cost, extra cost for cabana beds and there are two prices, (one price includes a cocktail) if you want to change your sun bed towel it’s an extra cost, if you want water you have to pay for it. There is no water station. It was very quiet during our stay with a high percentage of German guests. Who appeared to be full board. It isn’t made clear but if you are half board you can swap your evening meal for lunch, reception will give you a piece of paper for the restaurant there is also an a la carte menu at lunch time with prices listed at the bar where you order. We did have difficulty closing our door when we arrived and the lock had to be adjusted, our bathroom door also did not lock and our shower door did not stay closed, we had a toilet roll blowing around and a couple of takeaway boxes outside our back door all during our stay and wasn’t cleared. Toiletries (shampoo/shower fell, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion) are provided, the hairdryer is the type attached to the wall with flexible cord, you can pay to hire an iron and board
- lesleyh327 (8/5): Petty extras marred the experience - The accommodation and staff were very good, however there were certain little issues which took the edge off the holiday. Firstly we were charged 2.75€ per day to “hire” a kettle for the room even though coffee making facilities were included in the room. Secondly there was a charge of 2€ to change the pool towels. For a stay of 12 days these charges could easily have been incorporated into the price of the holiday instead of being a nasty surprise Also the advertised 3 pools did not mention that the stay had to be on an “all inclusive plus” basis to access the adults only pool. There was no fly screen on the bathroom window and the wash basin was totally impractical. I would hesitate to choose this chain of hotels again due to the petty extras.

I’m never one to write a review but needs must at this point. Positives: - cleaning staff were always around and were very friendly everytime we saw them - reception staff also friendly and were always available to help with whatever you needed - Good amount of sunbeds available, although we came in November so could be an issue in Summer months - Great coach service to take you into Maspalomas & Playa de Ingles - resort is kept very clean Negatives; - Restaurant and bar staff seem really moody and had a problem with everything you did, it put me and my partner in a really bad mood the way they spoke and treated you. Maybe some training on customer service and how to be more friendly and approachable? There is no need for their attitude to be the way it is. - not a good selection of food. Lunch is primarily pizza, pasta and chips every day. Dinner is primarily fish or a piece of meat. There is a large section for salads but made me ill after i had some. Wouldn’t recommend here if you’re a vegetarian/vegan. - resort is smaller than the pictures, especially the pool. I don’t know why they bothered with the tiny pool, it’s pointless if i’m being honest? - location is a bit awkward, you’re practically in the middle of a golf course and need transfers to take you anywhere really. - no point getting premium all inclusive.. no massive difference as smoothies, frappes and ice cream not included and have to pay separately to premium all inclusive which defeats the point.. - No advertisements of the entertainment, only a smaller A4 paper at the bar which we only noticed when we were sat next to it outside on our last day. I personally wouldn’t return purely because of the restaurant and bar staff which spoiled many days for us here and the poor food choices
- mikehill102 (10/5): Great hotel, fantastic holiday!! - Fantastic holiday!! We've just returned from a week at the Kumara. Everywhere was very clean, both in our room and all of the communal areas. It is an ideal place to stay if you want a relaxing time. Never any hassle getting sunbeds; always plenty spare. The food and drink were more than acceptable, your typical all inclusive. No problem finding something to eat; always plenty of choice. Never much of a queue at the bar, with a good choice of drink You could upgrade your drinks package for premium drinks and / or you could get premium drinks on an individual cost basis. The staff are all super friendly. I suppose the potential downsides of the hotel could be the position of it; nothing much to walk to, however there is a regular free shuttle bus to the beach and Playa del Ingles. I also feel there is a lack of comfortable outside seating, for an evening, except for bar stool type seats. The seats in the bar / restaurant are very hard, with no cushions. A small point, but worth mentioning. Overall a fantastic week and we would return and recommend.

The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean in all areas. Rooms are perfect cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and hard working. Cant fault the food either, always hot and a nice variety for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is in a quiet area but you can get free bus in to town. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully return in future.

We also had an adaptive room for mum and it was perfect on bottom floor and everything she needed was there for her! All the staff members are lovely towards you and will do anything to help! The food was nice and always hot when we had it no problem with the food at all! The only thing that we would change would be letting the children have inflatables or balls in the pool for them and maybe some entertainment for them at night or in the day, a part from this the hotel was lovely and definitely will be returning.

Our room was a suite and could not fault this at all, it was cleaned early each morning and to a high standard. Pool area was great lots of places to sit whether in the sun or shade. Only downside was no inflatables or ball games allowed in the big pool Which wasn’t great for kids. The baby pool wasn’t big enough for games Food was great cannot fault the quality of this at all. Only request would be to vary this up as at times was very repetitive Hotel grounds were beautiful and great for the morning and afternoon walks to get my baby boy sleeping. - Haylzz2 (10/5): A Fantastic Stay in Gran Canaria – Highly Recommended - We had a wonderful holiday at Kumara Serenoa, everything exceeded our expectations. Our junior suite was outstanding, spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning was silent yet effective and the shower was powerful. We loved having a fridge and coffee machine in the room, robes and pool towels too. The food was lovely, with plenty of variety and themed nights. I especially appreciated the range of milk options and the clear attention to allergy-friendly choices. As someone with a severe latex allergy, I specifically chose this hotel because they don’t use latex gloves - anyone with a latex allergy, this is a good choice. Always plenty of sunbeds available and the nightly live music until 11pm. The hotel itself was superb, beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. All the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout out to the reception team, always so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. To Daniel in the restaurant and bar who brought great humour and energy and to the lovely cleaning staff who kept our room spotless. We hired a car during our stay, there is plenty of parking spaces at the hotel which made exploring the island easy and stress free. We initially booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive towards the end of our trip, a decision we didn’t regret! We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. - 729sianw (10/5): My 50th birthday holiday - Firstly I would say what a very friendly professional and wonderful stay I had. I came on my own for 2 weeks and all the staff were very kind and welcoming to me. I noticed at meal times that the staff knew what I liked to drink with my meal and that was a real touch. It was a quiet resort and yes it was perfect having the shop beside the hotel especially for water. There was a shuttle bus that took you down to Maspalomas beach and dropped you back as well, or if you wanted to venture to playa de Inglas you could get a shuttle bus from outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the stay was outstanding from the rooms to the whole internal hotel Staff were cleaning every day the pool, grounds, even the sun loungers were clean as well. If you want a couple holiday perfect there was aqua aerobics daily, darts in the afternoon and in the early evening a quiz and bingo. There was a singer every night so I sat outside my room and read. On my last day I checked out of my room at noon and there was a room for my case and I reserved a room for later to freshen up for my return journey to the airport. From being picked up at the beginning of the holiday and collected by coach I was notified which was amazing. A taxi from the hotel either to Maspalomas beach or up to the jumbo centre was 8 euros and you just had to ask at reception for the taxi. If you have mobility issues then that isn't a problem as there is a lift thankyou. I would like to say that my stay was so relaxing and the bed was so comfortable and I have sleep issues due to my health. All in all a wonderful 50th birthday holiday to myself and a massive thankyou to all the staff.
- Cbtroth (10/5): Fabulous relax. Food let it down - Kumara Lopesan, wonderful resort! Only issue, the food, however it was genuinely one of the most peaceful weeks away I’ve had this year, and I’ve had many. My 3 year old loved it. There was no crazy entertainment or even a mini disco, but we knew this before arrival. It’s a very chilled resort, all low level buildings, with bungalow style rooms. Ours was on pool level, so perfect for going back and forth to the room. We opted for the AI PLUS, which for us was perfect, it meant real (plastic) shaped glasses at the pool, the extra cocktail (aparol &more) and the white wine (Rioja) was fab. The pool was spotless & WARM, which is a game changer when you have a child who loves the pool, and the whole resort was neat and clean. There was a singer on every night from 9, nothing crazy, just nice chilled music. And there was no music on at the pool in the day (which we loved) except on a Sunday where there was a live guitarist in, who was fab. THE FOOD! Was the only thing that let the place down. For such a small, almost boutique feeling resort the food could be so much better. Having said that. It would not put me off coming again, the staff were great and the relaxing vibe was just perfect.
- dereknic (6/5): Its ok...but not amazing - Check in, was fast, we were early but our room was ready, thanks to housekeeping staff that are on the ball and hard working, I would say the housekeeping staff are about the best I have come across, and we tipped them generously for this, they were just great, In fact the staff in general were very good, the odd thing that was poor.. but more often than not the staff were good. Rooms, adult only area. We had a junior suite, it was fine, enough space, very comfortable beds, mini fridge, decent shower etc. and step outside and the Adult pool was there, it was nice. Adult pool area Nice and quiet most of the time, even if it's full, it seemed quiet, nice little pool, garden area with plastic grass, but actually really nice to hang about in, we never used the main pool as it was quite a bit busier and didn't seem worth using. If you have kids or want a busier area the main pool is nice, large and clean The pool areas are clean and tidy, and kept well, plenty sunbeds and towels provided, if you want the towels changed its 1 euro each change, but that's acceptable. All inclusive Food was fine, can't complain about it, except maybe the lack of an omelette cook at breakfast, and the fried eggs cooked in advance and left out, which ruins the egg, I have never actually been to a hotel that cant offer a fresh omelette or fresh fried eggs until this one. One other thing I will mention, if you have any allergies.. be careful, we found that things like shellfish were scattered all over the food serving area, and as its an allergen it should have been confined to one area, one day even having Crab Meat Pizza, beside the standard pizza, meant we could not eat the Pizza due to the risk of cross contamination. We upgraded to the premium drinks, which was OK, I prefer bottled soft drinks and bottled water which was included with that upgrade, Couple of things that are terrible! They give you a good list of cocktails, using premium spirits with ice etc, how ever if you want that blended into an ice drink you need to buy and pay for the frozen cocktail which was expensive, 10 euros to get the same cocktail blended... so they won't blend the cocktail you get included ... they will charge you for frozen cocktail absolutely ridiculous, this penny pinching has put me off Lopesan, Strangely they also don't do a single bourbon in any all inclusive, even the premium which is another ridiculous thing, I went to the supermarket and bought a bottle for 16 euros, and poured my own and basically only took the mixers .. I drink Jack Daniel's. But would have had to pay 8.5 euros a drink, where as the bottle was 16 euros They did a few cheap whisky's which were 7.5 euro a shot, why not add Jack Daniel's? or at least offer one bourbon type, Seems another penny pinching money decision, and has made me think they are just trying to make money... on top of all the other money you already spend, this has put me off Lopesan, This is my third Lopesan hotel and I wont be using them again, we have travelled extensively, all over the world, usually 6-8 times a year, and I have often had to pay for upgraded drinks etc, but never have I had to pay for an upgraded all inclusive and then also had to pay to have a blended ice cocktail, or bourbon. Staff, on the whole are good Housekeeping are amazing Bar staff are nice and friendly, Adults only bar, 50% of the opening time they were off wandering about even when it was busy, which was annoying, and its a bit of a walk to the only other bar Restaurant staff are good, fast efficient and friendly Location, out of the way, not terrible, but it's a 10 euro taxi ride or a shuttle bus ride to the beach, there is a supermarket a 10 min walk away, and it was fine, It did not bother us, we walked a bit, got taxi's etc, and managed fine, on the plus side it's quiet, if that's what your looking for, then it's good, We like quiet and close to amenities it was a bit further than I would normally be, but wasn't a game changer and to be fair walking on holiday is actually really nice, we walk a lot in general, but it would maybe be a struggle if you had little ones etc. On the whole I would say the hotel is ok, but the bar costs and menu need sorted, breakfast cooking for things like eggs needs to be offered, in the last 3 years we have stayed in 14 different hotels, and this was the first that didn't offer fresh eggs, which to me was odd, but in all the drinks package annoyed me more,
- E8087QWmeganc (10/5): Amazing hotel - 100% recommend - Visited here in early July 2025 for my birthday celebrations. And i honestly haven’t had a better holiday, it was purely amazing and right up my alley. The food was great, the staff were amazing, the accommodation was beautiful and clean, the facilities were great and the atmosphere was so mature and calming. For the value of the holiday i’d definitely pay more to come back again, i think it would be well worth the money, i personally would rate this a 5 star hotel. There were 0 faults with anything, we had one situation where the lock to our room door was a little stiff and unpredictable, we told reception staff and within 5-10 minutes a handyman was there who was so polite, fixed the issue for us and also asked if there was anything else he could do whilst he was there. The location was very secluded and out of the way of all the hustle and bustle, so if you’re looking for a more out in the town holiday i wouldn’t recommend. But this was perfect for us as we wanted something a lot more chilled out, relaxing and not have to hear the town or any traffic. When we did want to go anywhere we just requested a taxi from the front desk, the taxi drivers were the best i’ve ever seen anywhere, they were so professional and friendly and drived sensibly so we always felt safe (they also only cost around €7-€8) in which all of them also accepted card payments which was really useful. There is a small mini market on the hotel site that was available if you needed any little bits so you didn’t have to go out of your way to get them which came in handy quite a lot. If you’re looking for something really chilled and relaxed with a mature environment i definitely recommend this place. It was truly amazing and made my birthday a whole lot more special, we will 100% be visiting again.

- KubaLegia (8/5): Quiet hotel , great for relaxing - We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s in a nice, quiet location, small and friendly, which made it feel really welcoming. If we came back—and we’re already planning to—I’d definitely upgrade to All Inclusive Plus. With the standard All Inclusive, you don’t get bottled water in the room, only at the bar, and the bar itself doesn’t open until 11am, which feels a little late. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. It’s away from the busy Maspalomas area, but it’s only about £5 in a taxi to get there. The hotel also provides buses to two different locations, which is a great bonus. Food was good, though my partner prefers her meals piping hot and would have liked them a little warmer. The upstairs bar area could also be made more inviting in the evenings, as the seating is only outside. Entertainment was excellent, with great singers at night and some fabulous daytime shows—particularly the acrobats and violinists, which were amazing. The bar can get busy at times, but service was still good, and we never struggled to find a sun lounger. Some people mention the extra charge for changing beach towels, but as the money goes to charity, we didn’t mind. Late check-out is charged by the hour, which is worth noting. There’s also a handy little shop next to reception that has everything you might need, and taxis ordered through reception arrived within seconds. We also noticed there’s an adults-only area, but it’s only available if you book certain rooms. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we’d happily return!

The layout allowed us to stay outside our room whilst being able to watch our little one in these areas. The hotel was extremely clean. Only negative we have is food could be better for small picky eaters, by no means healthy but suggestions would include eg pizza, chicken nuggets; (there was more variety for adults).

Staff were lovely and the food is amazing, I love that even though there is food that children like it’s not the usual frozen stuff, but properly made pasta, bolognaise, pizza etc. all feels really home made. Lovely salads and desserts. Unlike a lot of all inclusive hotels, the food choice was smaller, but was of excellent quality. You couldn’t get ice creams without paying, but it was available at all meal times. The animation team were very good. Entertainment on an evening was superb, singers and musicians performing in the bar area. In the day time there was live music some days. One day a guitarist another a violinist. Both were absolutely brilliant. Some people mentioned nowhere to sit after dinner. We always ate in the restaurant around 7.00pm as it was cooler. Then, because the tables outside the bar (where the entertainment would be) we’re all full, we would either sit upstairs on a balcony near reception or behind the bar, outside, on high tables with bar stools. Bear in mind there were 17 of us and we always found somewhere to sit. We could hear the music. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. I guess the only downside was the strictness about inflatables and balls in the large pool. Ok, perhaps not big lilos or big footballs. But children do need something to play with. Pool noodles, small rings, small balls should be allowed. Our children would play with a ball until they were told off. Not ideal. It’s a free bus to the beach at Maspalomas, which is lovely. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

- ab06122017 (8/5): Chilled vibe, not crowded but be aware of pool restrictions for inflatables etc. - We stayed at the Kumara Serenoa in July and had an excellent experience. There is a very relaxed vibe across the hotel, it's not too crowded, there are always loungers and the general vibe across the whole hotel is friendly and relaxed. The rooms were comfortable and having a patio/balcony area meant we could take drinks back to our room later in the evening whilst still listening to the live music. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and organised taxis very quickly. We stayed half board which was fine and allowed us to eat out at one of the restaurants at the nearby beach. We hired a car through the hotel which was very easy and also very cost effective (45 euros for 1 day) and the car was delivered and collected from the hotel. There was never an issue getting loungers - it's been mentioned in other reviews that some of the loungers were stretched and uncomfortable but a lot of these were changed the day before we left. The shop on site is really only good for drinks, sun cream and crisps - if you want sandwiches etc. you have to go a bit further afield. Something to note for those with younger children - there are no inflatables/balls etc allowed in the pool (and the life guards enforce this) - we saw a few families and groups being told to take their balls/inflatables out of the water. If you are looking for a pool that you can play in then you need to head to the beach. A relaxed experience with a wonderful vibe, would definitely recommend for a chilled get away.

Rooms were well kept, good air conditioning and clean. Beds were comfy with quality bed linen. Hotel is very clean throughout, including pool. No problem getting a sun lounger or using the pool. All staff were helpful and friendly. The bar staff particularly were efficient and friendly. We upgraded the drinks and I was glad of this as we had free water cartons. Would have liked water fountains to fill up bottles during the day. Food was repetitive but we managed to find something to eat even if it was often chips, chicken or pasta.

Location: ✅️Not too far from local shops and a daily regular shuttle bus to both Maspalomas and Playa de Ingles was helpful to explore the area. ❌️You do need to get the bus from outside of the hotel and this is advertised at the front of the hotel, in our eyes meaning the reception, so we missed the first bus. Only one evening bus so you need to get a taxi. Layout: ✅️ Small layout and easy to find everything. ✅️ The double story and circular shape of the hotel was really good. It meant it was quick to get to all facilities and no one above or below you to disturb as the rooms were not stacked in two levels. Facilities: ✅️ A small but well thought out choice of facilities ❌️ Sunbeds were bent or broken and some were moldy ❌️ Umbrellas were concreted into the ground so didn't provide big enough shade all day as they couldn't be moved or tilted ✅️ Variety of seating choices in the restaurant and bar ❌️ Seats were themed around a natural look but quite uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time Rooms: ✅️ Big enough for what was needed ✅️ Beds very comfortable ✅️ Sofa bed very comfortable ✅️ Bathroom good size and well designed ✅️ Air con reliable and worked quickly ❌️ Not enough storage for a family of 3 ❌️ Fridge could have been bigger as we had to buy bottled water to fill up our reusable water bottles (this was not allowed at the bar or restaurant) and no freezer for ice ❌️ 2 single beds instead of a double and these were on rollers so moved around easily. They needed brakes or castors. ❌️ When the cleaner came she normally took out the room card and so the air con would switch off so you needed to go back to your room to insert the card again Cleanliness: ✅️ Rooms cleaned every day and to a good standard ✅️ Overall cleanliness of the hotel was good ❌️ Pool towels were given but unlike in other hotels where these can be changed as regularly as you like you had to pay €1 per towel for each change Bar: ❌️ Only really 1 bar with not many seats for nighttime, if you eat outside then it'll guarantee you a seat for the entertainment ✅️ Service was quick ✅️ All inclusive options were good and a good variety ✅️❌️ Was a choice for Premium all inclusive but unsure how much more than was and other than Premium liquor not sure if there were any other benefits Restaurant: ✅️ Lots of seating choices ✅️ Staff helpful and at lunch and dinner table bar service ✅️ Small variety of food but good quality ❌️ Dinner was not as good, normally quiet as most people ate out. Very samey and similar food to lunch.
- 989vickyn (10/5): Couple holiday - The hotel was very modern and clean.The pools were also great, as well as the adults pool being heated.The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and when having drinks and food. I would highly recommend this hotel,we went all inclusive and the food was good.On the evenings they had a sushi night,Chinese and Spanish night,so plenty to choose from.The location was also great, as it was a 8 minute taxi ride to Maspalomas which cost around 7-10 euro. The hotel also has a free bus allocated at certain times to get into Maspalomas and Playa de Ingles.The only disappointment was the entertainment on the evening,as they only had live music for about 2 hours,which is why we used to go out the hotel on the evenings.

Shout out to the cleaners who must work 24/7 as there was always someone cleaning the windows, floors, pool area etc. Couldn’t fault it. Spotless! -Staff, reception staff went out of their way to help me when I needed to urgently charge my phone. They even offered to print our boarding passes so we didn’t have to rely on my phone. -On site shop owner, he also went out of his way to help me, when I purchased a charging cable for my phone, but it didn’t work. He gave me his OWN charger saving the day! -Rooms, very modern and spacious. Had own lounge area and nice bathroom. Had space outside the front of room to sit and relax. -Beautiful pool very easy access with slope and steps. -Food was amazing, always lots of choice and well cooked. Cons: -Entertainment, very repetitive singing every night for around an hour. Could have lots more going on as nowhere to walk to outside the hotel. Overall, would definitely return to this hotel. Great stay x

There is a bus that takes you to either Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles from the hotel, or the island bus service stop was only a 10 minutes walk away to take you to Las Palmas, Puerto Rico and other resorts or attractions.

- gallagherfamily (10/5): Relaxing holiday - A very relaxing few days in the sun. We had a room upstairs which was perfect to lay on the grass area without being disturbed. Air con was great in the room and the cleaners did a great job every day. You can top up your water bottle in the gym but no where else in the hotel- not a problem as you can access free water at the bar areas if all inclusive. The free bus to into town is a great addition if you want to go out and about. The location is very quiet but we knew that before we travelled so again wasn’t an issue. Lots of food options at the buffet area and we didn’t feel that it was repetitive. Probably not ideal for older children as there isn’t much to do other than the pool and one outside slide. There are quite a few wrist band options and some drinks are only available if you upgrade. We didn’t feel that this was an issue for us as we had the standard all inclusive and plenty of choice for us.

- 100devongirl (10/5): Excellent. - Having read reviews I was a little concerned before I went. I shouldn’t have been. It was an excellent week. The complex is small, clean, quiet and totally relaxing. Sufficient low key activities to stop any boredom but not ‘in your face’ animation team , as found in other hotels. The guitarist and violinist, who played around the pool were great. Meanwhile the evening entertainment was all really good and talented. Pools were heated and quiet. We had a suite . Everything was spot on. Bed superb. Particularly liked the fact that you could sit outside your own room in the sun. Food was very tasty, good ingredients and fresh. During the week the menu was constantly changing. Restaurant, whether we ate inside or outside was calm. No clattering of plates or staff rushing. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Jennifer, in the bar, is a particular star, as is Ricky on reception. Read reviews complaining about the access to drinking water. Yes, if I’m honest, I like to fill my own bottle but we soon adjusted to glasses. Also , the reviews about location complaints. Yes, the hotel is rather isolated but there are courtesy buses and taxis. I do naturally prefer a hotel with easier access to other areas but quite honestly I found that the quietness and calm of this hotel was a refreshing change from what I’m usually attracted to! Only negative I think was having to pay for a safety deposit box.

I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. The room was also clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and I definitely recommend it to other travelers. Thank you!
- 702kayleighh (8/5): 4 out of 5 - Nearly perfect! Stayed here for one week in March 2025. Got to say it’s the most spotlessly clean hotel I have ever stayed in. Stunning modern decor and polite and friendly staff. Reception staff and Mini Market staff went out of their way to help with our issues that came from me losing my phone charger (helping me get a new one and printing out boarding passes just in case!) thank you so much! Rooms modern and clean, only thing missing from the rooms we found were drawers for clothes and bits and bobs, and a full length mirror! Food was a little hit and miss, some days better than others. Lots of choice, but I wouldn’t say the quality is there for a 4 star resort to be honest, we expected a bit better. We always found something edible though. Overall a great stay, definitely a 4 out of 5!

- Mark (10/5): Lovely place - Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible.
- Jochen (8/5): - Schöne kleine Anlage. Alles noch recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und serviceorientiert. Das Meer mit den touristischen Spots Faro oder Playa Ingles ist fußläufig ein gutes Stück entfernt, da der Goldplatz das Gelände von den Dünen trennt. Es gibt aber kostenlose Shuttlebusse und Taxis sind auf GC auch günstig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, daher war das nicht relevant. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen haben wir nur ein mal getestet. Es war ok, aber keine kulinarische Offenbarung. Wir haben lieber die zahlreichen Restaurants in Maspalomas genutzt. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank für die persönliche Nutzung. Leider gibt es keine Liegestühle die zu den Zimmern gehören. Das wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, da unsere Suite in der oberen Reihe war und ein eigenes kleines Stück mit Kunstrasen davor war. Es gab aber sonst zu jeder Zeit ausreichend kostenlose Liegen am Pool. Balinesische Doppel-Sonnenliegen hätte es gegen Aufpreis (10 Euro pro Tag) gegeben, diese waren aber immer stark umkämpft und die normalen waren für uns ausreichend. Es gab ein kleinen Fitnessstudio mit einer guten Ausstattung (Lufbänder, Egometer, Kurzhanteln, Multipresse, Kabelzüge). Damit ließ sich ein gutes Training gestalten. Die täglichen Fitnesskurse (z.B. Yoga) haben wir nicht genutzt.

However, there were a lot of 'hidden' fees which I didn't like. You want to play ball pool - pay; want to use safety box in your room? pay. You need to iron your clothes? you need to pay for laundry service per each item you need to iron. Also, if you opt in for all inclusive a lot of drinks are not included in it. It didn't matter much for me as i'm not a drinker. Location wise - if we didn't have a car it would be tricky as the hotel is bit far from main centre.

Tampoco dan botellas de agua embotelladas solo vasos. El hotel esta genial muy tranquilo buffet bastante bueno y variado y personal super amable con unas buenas instalaciones. El hotel esta ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo con parking gratuito, pero no hay nada alrededor, lo que hace necesario tener un coche o taxi. El hotel dispone de autobuses gratuitos que te bajan a la playa y te suben y eso esta genial.
- Charline (4/5): - Das Frühstück war mager. Kein Wlan im Erwachsenen Bereich. Die Saubarkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Verarbeitung der Dusche sehr schlecht (das Wasser kam an den Seiten der dusche raus)somit war das Badezimmer nach dem duschen komplett nass. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, die kamen durch ein Loch und das Personal hat lediglich nur ein Insekten Spray gesprüht (hat nicht geholfen). Ich würde leider nicht noch mal buchen. Das einzige gute war die Klimaanlage und maybe der Pool. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

- JAY (8/5): Decent place with nice pool area - The hotel has a nice entrance and lobby area where you can sit and enjoy views of the rest of hotel. I got my room just after 2pm (check in time). There are lower rooms down at pool area level and upper rooms which surround the pool one level up. There is an optional secluded adults area which have same rooms and a small pool which you pay extra for if you want to be away from busy family area main pool. Junior suites were decent. Nice bedroom, small lounge with TV, and a nice spacious modern bathroom with shower. They forgot to put a coffee machine in my room. You only get water bottle on first day, rest of time you need water you've to purchase. I found the AC in room a bit weak, you don't feel it much coming out of vents. You have to put it on for sometime for the room to get to required temperature. Restaurant area has a bar near pool where you can have drinks and snacks. Service is ok... But some of the staff can't speak /understand English well enough in my view. You have to repeat yourself. Main restaurant area seating is ok, slightly small and congested compared to other hotels I have been. So you keep having to dodge people if the place is busy. Food is average in my view. Fish was terrible. Other dishes such as beef and chicken were good. Not a huge selection of deserts like other hotels. Service was friendly enough and efficient. Parking is available outside.

- Idayra (6/5): - Este hotel no dispone de animación infantil par niños no hay nada solo un pequeño parque infantil, la animación de adultos es muy pobre, la variedad de comida no es mucha y ya la limpieza de la habitación pues por encima la verdad que limpieza lo que se dice limpieza no hay mucha, tengo una niña de 3 años y claro cuando te vas a ir tienes que revisar todo por si ha tirado juguetes pies nos encontramos con que debajo de la cama no uan pasado un cepillo ni fregona en bastante tiempo por encontrarnos habia hasta un consolador que en su mejor momento fue como de color lila porque lógicamente ni me inmuté en moverlo de sitio. Estuve en la habitación 278. Se que a las chicas de limpieza les dan super poco tiempo para limpiar pero hay cosas y cosas.
- Carsten Bak (8/5): Lækkert hotel uden for byen - Super lækre rækkehuse med god terrasse til, dejlige fællesomgivelser med lækker pool og masser af liggestole. Super venligt personale, gode p-forhold for lejede biler. Eneste minus er kvaliteten på maden i restauranten. Udvalget til morgenmadsbuffet er stort og lækkert. Men kvaliteten er ikke så heldig, ost er helt gul og viser tydelige tegn på at have været skåret mange timer før, kaffen i kaffemaskinerne er Nescafé og smager forfærdeligt m.m. Spiste aftensmad på hotellet 1 aften ud af 14 og var glad for at vi ikke havde all inklusive. Det var ikke godt. Når hotellet ligger så langt fra byen er man næsten nødt til at spise morgenmad der og nogle er også nødt til at spise aftensmad på hotellet. Forbedre kvaliteten af maden, det vil gøre en verden til forskel.
- Phillip Joshua (8/5): - Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider im Service oft noch nicht ganz eingespielt oder unsicher an z.B. der Bar. Alles war schön, aber kleine Details waren leider nicht so schön, kaputte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen und die Klobürste war eine Zumutung. Auch defekte Waschbecken, Seifenspender an der Pool Toilette wirkt so als wäre es egal. Vegetarisches Essen war leider hauptsächlich Gemüse mit Aioli oder Salat nach über einer Woche sehr eintönig. Würden wieder hin, aber nicht für 9 Tage.

- Thomas (4/5): Dåligt läge och smaklös all inclusive - Bra för golf och trevligt poolomåde samt trevlig personal. Men har man ingen bil och vill promenera är området runtomkring riktigt tråkigt. All inklusive smakar samma, samma och är riktigt trist. Vi bodde här två nätter och ledsnade redan efter en dag. Kvällsunderhållning med tjej i Palestinasjal. Vi kommer tyvärr inte tillbaka.

- Sidsel (10/5): - Jeg var her i vinterferien med mitt barnebarn på 10 år. En jente. Et perfekt sted for oss. Rolig, trygt, behagelig og perfekt på alle måter. Restauranten var ekstra fin med de deiligste retter i buffeen. Frokost og middag valgte vi å spise der, selv om vi ikke hadde bestilt dette på forhånd.Egne busser fra hotellet til de nærliggende tettsteder var virkelig et pluss. Hotellet hadde en svært så serviceinnstilt personale. Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Renholdet var helt topp, både i hotellområdet og på rommene. Treningsstudio var godt utrustet. Vi var strålende fornøyd med apsolutt alt. Vi kommer så gjerne igjen og anbefaler stedet på det varmeste.

- Adrianus Christianus van den (8/5): - Prachtig uitzicht in het adult only gedeelte op de golfbaan. Heerlijk rustig. Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Prima ontbijt. Avondeten was ook wel ok, maar had nog wat gevarieerder gekund en soms wat logistieke probleempjes. Beetje onduidelijk in hoeverre de balinese ligbedden nu wel of niet inbegrepen zijn.
