Guest Reviews
- Pervin (4/5): Özellikle jakuzili odalarq extra para verip kalmaya gerek yok cunku gercekten temiz degiller - Tesisin sadece havuzu ve havuzdaki bari guzeldi Bize verilen jakuzili odadaki jakuzi asiri pisti, kullanamadik. Kahvalti cok cok az cesitliydi. Disarida oturup kahvaltimizi denizi izleyerek yapmak istedik ancak izin verilmedi ve kahvalti salonu cok kotu kizartma kokuyordu. Orada oturup bir sey yememiz mumkun degildi. Mini barimiz odaya girdigimizde yenilenmemisti, biz girdikten saatler sonra yenilendi ve yine ertesi gun oda temizlenmesine rağmen mini bar yenilenmedi.
- Meital (10/5): חופשה נעימה במקום נפלא - צוות אדיב מאד
מקום נעים ושקט
נקי מאד
- Ruth (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und großartigem Frühstück - Sehr nettes Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen. Schöner Pool. Nichts.
- 797nicj (10/5): Great experience as usual - Great holiday as usual. Our second time. So happy to see Sophia to catch up, always warm and friendly and so professional. Staff so wonderful and attentive. Cannot praise enough.
Food amazing.
- L8077PJclairec (10/5): 10 out of 10 - An amazing hotel. All the staff were attentive and cheerful, throughout the hotel, but especially the bar area and the restaurant. The restaurant staff were quick to get you seated and drinks served, always with a smile and a chat. The bar staff, well what can I say, Sabina behind the bar was amazing, and the serving staff were always there ready to serve, no waiting for drinks (a special mention should go to Sajan, Narayan and Lenka). We were also there when the large crowd descended for the music festival, as mentioned in a review below, the staff did there best to control the unruly behavior but it definitely upset the hotels peaceful atmosphere for a few days but it wouldn't put me off returning to the hotel. The hotel is very clean in both the communal spaces and the rooms. I did have a massage and facial in the onsite spa and can highly recommend going, Paul on the Spa reception is very helpful, but not pushy, in finding you the right treatment. Svetlana was excellent with both the massage and facial. I will definitely be booking to return.
- Almog (10/5): מעולה - Best מרחק מהים
- lornad997 (8/5): Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, shame about the noisy guests! - Overall the hotel is lovely and clean, and every single staff member we dealt with was friendly and welcoming.
As other reviews have said, the hotel is definitely suited to an older crowd with the entertainment and overall atmosphere. We are in our late 20s but wanted a relaxing holiday so this is what we were expecting anyway. However, during our week long stay, a number of groups of younger people arrived and unfortunately caused quite a nuisance with being noisy and disruptive, they were loud in the communal areas, blasting music from their balconies overlooking the pool, and banging/shouting in the corridors late into the night. From speaking to other guests who have been staying at the hotel for years, this is not the norm, and we were advised by the TUI rep that it only happened because of a local musical festival that weekend. The experience with these guests was the only real downside to the holiday, and I think it’s quite disappointing that the hotel allowed these guests to clearly disrupt the otherwise quiet environment.
The all-inclusive drinks were decent and they have other cocktails (espresso martinis, pornstar martinis, Long Island iced tea etc) that you can buy at a discounted rate of €6 if you are all inclusive. The food was nice and pretty varied, each dish was labelled with allergens although I would say take this with a pinch of salt - I am lactose intolerant so avoid milk, and I spotted a few dishes that clearly contained milk but weren’t labelled as such e.g. pizza. We asked if it was possible for the chefs to make a lactose free dessert for me, as there was nothing available on the buffet, and they made me my own dessert every night which was much appreciated.
I had the Cretan full body massage in the spa, I didn’t catch the masseuse’s name but he was very professional and the massage itself was great. We got a discount code from the TUI rep which gives you 25% off if booked before 12pm I believe.
I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday (hopefully the situation we experienced was a one off!)
- Panayiotou (8/5): - nice location and nice room and good breakfast! was looking for a quiet time as a couple but unfortunately we had noisy people in near rooms.....and then there was very loud music outdoors until late......

- ColinNicky (10/5): Can’t wait to return to the best hotel in Cyprus! - Atlantica Bay Hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
We arrived late after a delayed flight, there was Champagne and sandwiches waiting for us.
A nice warm welcome, easy check in.
Our bedroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, huge comfortable bed.
Kettle, tea, coffee, all provided, a free safe, gowns and slippers and good quality toiletries. Also, British type electric sockets.
Food was fabulous, varied, delicious, huge daily choice, with efficient table service.
The staff are all happy to look after you, and the bar service is wonderful. The evening entertainment was first class, also a special mention for Dan in the daytime.
In all, we found this hotel to be faultless and we look forward to our fourth visit in the future.
- Sabina (7/5): Good - Nice but very old Very old in and out
- Batchen (8/5): - את הארוחת בוקר היה חסר סלטים קצוצים טריים עוד ירקות
וכמה גבינות רכות שלא היה
- Pera (10/5): Perfect pools, room, breakfast, service, gym. Nothing to complain. - Perfect pools, room, breakfast, service, gym. Nothing to complain.
- charlottehm91 (2/5): SO MUCH WORSE THAN PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK! - Don't bother going anytime outside of the summer months, all we were told is "it's out of season" every 5 minutes. Cats everywhere, even if you like cats they are all over the outside dining area - so unhygenic. Our power went it the room several times. The air con doesnt stay on if the balcony doors are not perfectly aligned (ridiculous). Staff couldnt be bothered with us. Would never stay here again.
- VeronicaF682 (10/5): Lovely Hotel - Just returned from two weeks at this lovely hotel (12/4-26/4/26). It was only half full which was sad because of the USA/Israel War. Plane to Cyprus was half empty too, the staff said the government is helping out with their wages.
PROS:
British 3 pin plugs are what you use here so no need to pack a travel plug!
This hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and there are two swimming pools, one outside which was freezing, and a covered one which was slightly warmer, both had lifeguards. Plenty of sunbeds available, no mad rush as there was no one to beat you to them!
Staff were all exceptional from the cleaners, restaurant staff and the pool and bar staff, everyone friendly and cheerful.
Most notably Sabina in the bar, which rubbed off on the other bar staff too includingMr Valentino and Lenka.
The restaurant was well run and the food was superb, the desserts were extraordinary compared to other hotels we have been to, so fresh and well made with a great variety of available every lunch and dinner time. The staff here too need recognition for their hard work especially Vendula (Vendy)who was new to it all but had such a lovely smile and way about her, the bosses Yiannis and Dean seemed to be great role models for her. There were freshly cooked food stations at break, lunch and dinner which was nice.
The pool bar opens at 10am and music is played but not too loudly. Plenty of places to sunbathe, it could be a bit windy so we sought shelter by the edges where the glass surroundings were. The waiters by the pool were very efficient, calling by lots to take drinks orders and clear away empty cups. Suresh, Rana and Sunil stand out as hard working guys, always had a smile and chat with you.
Entertainment was most nights, very enjoyable. Lots of things to do during the day with Dan, entertainments guy.
CONS:
No toilets on the same level as bar which meant a trip down the stairs or in the lift each time you needed to use them.
Air con was not available until May, which one of our party really could have done with cool air as the sun warmed up the room during the day despite closing curtains and leaving balcony doors open all day.
Weather initially was hit and miss but by the time we left it was getting very warm and sunny.
All in all this would be a hotel we would return to because the staff were so lovely and the hotel very pleasant. There is an extra part across the road called Sands that is linked to the hotel, but that wasn’t opening until May so we never got to experience that. Go try this hotel, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
- MARIOS (10/5): - STAFF VERY HELPFULL AND KIND

Excellent location We were moved to the Miramare hotel, so this review is not for the Bay hotel.
Rooms are dated. New towels needed.
Clearer instructions needed for use of the sauna & steam rooms and the locker system in the changing rooms
- carolinecI6380JU (10/5): Amazing hospitality - highly recommend thank you Atlantica Bay! - Exceptional food & wide range of all inclusive drink. Incredibly friendly ,helpful staff . Stylish, modern, clean interiors. Quality entertainment probably best suited to older generation & facilities . Would have appreciated more exercise classes . No air con and beach bar closed as low season.
- Margarita (10/5): -
- MikeC856 (10/5): Annual Spring break. - We arrived on the 25th March on the day they opened for the season.
The Hotel was very quiet. (Due to the issues in Iran etc. although Cyprus is very safe)
All the staff are very helpful and friendly. My wife is Gluten Free and the Chef (Kostos) and the Food and Beverage managers (Stathis and Apostols) all went out of their way to help with her food selections. The buffet meals have a very good selection and variety. The al a carte is well worth a visit.
Two pools are available, plenty of beds around both.
The hotel is very clean in the general areas and the rooms are spotless.
The hotel is in a quieter area of Limassol, but there is a regular bus service into the city which stops outside the hotel.
- Marcellus (8/5): Nettes Hotel -
- 914daves (8/5): If you need anything ask - We arrive on25th March apparently the first day open for the hotel. This was highlighted by our first meal of which the choices and quantities of food were very poor ,we toldthe Tui rep Lisa who agreed and spoke to the hotel within a short time the Head Chef came and spoke apologised said it was all down to him and it will be put right the very next day it surely was the food improved and the service wasd excellent Thank you for that Chef.
Throughout or stay ALL the staff were excellent full of smiles and offers of drinks and assistance all which helped make a great stay as there was a lot of scare mungering with regards to the Middle East I just need to say we felt very safe and happy to be in Cyprus a lot of credit for this to the hotel and staff ,My only regret we asked for a sunny balcony which we got in the mornings however it was above the delivery bay so not the most restful of places
All in all a lovely stay in an Island we love and much to do with the people and hotel
Location is an hour from Pafos airport but a new location for us a very short walk onto the beach and the miles to walk either way if you are so minded . One sun bathing area overlooks a busy road but if you like to watch vehicles and people not disturbing at all .
All in all worth a visit
- CBMB97 (10/5): Amazing hotel, we cannot wait to visit again - We had such an amazing stay at the Atlantica Bay hotel in Cyprus and would happily return again in the future.
From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The bar staff, restaurant staff, managers, receptionists and housekeeping were all genuinely friendly, helpful and clearly wanted to please.
The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, with lovely views that made it a pleasure to wake up each day. The hotel is in a great location too. It’s close to the beach, a supermarket and some fascinating ruins - all set within a really nice, relaxed part of Limassol. The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and chilled, with a nice clientele which made it even more enjoyable.
One thing we really loved was how well the hotel looks after the local cats. They provide food, beds and even vet visits, which is amazing to see. They do rely on donations for this, but they’re doing a fantastic job and it really adds something special to the place.
The food was absolutely incredible. A special mention has to go to Stathis (food and beverages manager), Konstantos (head chef) and all the restaurant staff – they really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. As someone with severe peanut and nut allergies, I was really impressed by the level of care. All of my meals were personalised and cooked separately, with staff always checking ingredients and going out of their way to make sure everything was safe and full of flavour. Portions were generous and there was a great variety every day, including plenty of vegan and vegetarian options alongside a good selection of meats and fish.
Getting around was easy too, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The number 30 bus takes you straight to Limassol Marina and the town and also goes to a shopping mall – all for just €2 each way, which is really convenient.
Lisa, the TUI rep, deserves a special mention for how attentive she was throughout the holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she regularly checked in with guests to make sure everyone was happy and had what they needed. It was really reassuring knowing she was always available for help and support.
The all-inclusive offering was very good, with a wide selection of drinks and snacks, including cocktails and mocktails. The only slight downside was that non-alcoholic beers weren’t included, which felt like a bit of a miss but this is normal across many all inclusive in Europe.
Pool towels are provided free of charge and can be changed at the spa, which was really convenient. The only minor negatives for us were that the indoor pool could have been warmer (it would have been much nicer at around 10 degrees higher) and the spa treatments were quite expensive - even with discounts, they were still pricier than what we’d expect in the UK.
The only real issue we had was with the room temperature. It was very hot and as the air conditioning isn’t switched on until 1st May, the room didn’t get below 23 degrees even with the balcony door open day and night.
Overall though, this is a very welcoming, friendly and clean hotel with excellent staff, amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. We had a brilliant time and would definitely visit again in the future. I cannot fault it.
- AmandaP136 (10/5): Paradise - Maybe I don't have a lot to base this on as thus was my first adults only and my first all inclusive, but this was absolute bliss. There was nothing to complain about here. The food, staff, room, everything was wonderful. We loved it so much that we booked to come again later in the year!Point of note, there is nothing to do within walking distance and the beach was nothing to speak off, but this will obviously change as the season kicks in.
- BobCot (10/5): Great hotel - Another fantastic holiday at the Atlantic bay. The refurb it has had is superb and the rooms and all areas are superb
The food was very good and variable over the 7 days
One of the best things was that after an excess of 100 foreign holiday the staff, and that includes every member, were the best and I mean best we have ever had, all were very friendly and very helpful and nothing was too trouble
Would defo recommend and will visit again
Ps thanks Emilia for everything you did
- the_worrier1 (6/5): Slightly above average. - Nice hotel. Good food. Annoyingly they ask for your room every time you get a drink.

- Christopher (6/5): Nice but I wouldn't go back - If you don't take all inclusive, then this hotel may not be the best location for you.
This is the type of hotel where they would expect to stay there all day and night with the odd trip outside the hotel for planned activities.
Events in the evening mean people are up late so good luck having an early night.
Annoying doorbells on the front door of the room can be heard from many rooms away and were constantly going off.
It is far from restaurants, bars and clubs unless you're prepared to walk a long way, take a bus which is infrequent or pay crazy prices for taxis. The breakfast was terrible. The pool is freezing cold, the staff were stretch thin and this lead to poor services at breakfast when most of the tables were dirty or unmade.
- gachilleos (10/5): Recommend for Adult only experience - This was the first time visiting the hotel as I normally travel with the family. The staff were very friendly on arrival with a drink offered.
The room itself was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. On arrival, there was a red wine and fruit which were complimentary. The mini bar was also complimentary which was rare when I visit Cyprus. The amenities were also reasonable for the size of the hotel. The other guests were all friendly, mainly an older crowd (I'm 40 and felt young).
I did visit the spa area and have 2 massages with Olga. I would highly recommend her as she was very friendly and professional. I felt very relaxed after the massage which is what I required and the price was very reasonable.
Overall the stay was very good and enjoyable. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting without children or single.

- Tina (8/5): It was okay but would not stay again - Very clean, welcoming, friendly staff I have stayed at many hotels for business, I found that the the variety for breakfast was not as good and what was available was cold or overcooked. We came in from dinner out side the hotel hoping to get a coffee and dessert in the lounge but was met with sorry we do not have desserts in the lounge and was told we had to go down where they serve dinner and use the dinner buffet to get a dessert.

- SueWhit28 (10/5): Great Stay - Stayed for 11 nights in a superior sea view room on the third floor.
Had a great stay, the hotel, the staff, food and drink, all very good. Very good level of cleanliness overall.
Nice location with walks in both directions across the road from the hotel.
Enjoyed some of the activities and the daily quiz. Night time entertainment was varied.
The only disappointment was that the beach bar and restaurant over the road was no longer part of the all inclusive as it had been during a previous stay, we had spent a lot of time there but not this time given it was no longer included.
All in all a great stay and likely to return in the very near future.

- Sightsee02708448303 (10/5): An Absolutely Fantastic Stay at the Atlantica Bay Hotel - We stayed at the Atlantica Bay Hotel for two weeks in July as a family of five – myself, my wife, our 18-year-old daughter, a close family friend and her 17-year-old son. It was an all-inclusive holiday and, without a doubt, the best one any of us have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how stunning the hotel is. The entire property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed and welcoming, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. We also particularly appreciated the over-16 policy, which made the whole experience wonderfully peaceful and relaxing – no screaming children anywhere, just calm and quiet surroundings that really allowed everyone to unwind.
The five of us were spread across three rooms, and all three were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. Each room had a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival, and the mini fridge was stocked daily with water, beer and soft drinks – a very nice touch!
The food and drink options were exceptional. There was always a wide variety of dishes to choose from at every meal, catering to all tastes. If I had to offer one small point for improvement, it would be that some of the food could have been a little hotter, but this is a very minor comment in what was otherwise a fantastic dining experience. The all-inclusive drinks were equally impressive, with an excellent range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Cocktails were freshly made to order and served in proper glasses in the evening and during the day in the main lobby area, while drinks around the pool during the day were served in plastic tumblers, which was completely understandable.
The evening entertainment was good overall. The silent disco, held twice a week, was a particular highlight – everyone, including our teenagers, absolutely loved it. Some evenings featured outstanding singers, while others were a little quieter, but there was usually something enjoyable to watch. Only twice during the two weeks did we go to bed early, simply because the evening entertainment on those nights wasn’t to our personal taste. The entertainment team, especially Danilo and his colleague, did a brilliant job throughout our stay, and we especially enjoyed the daytime and evening quizzes they organised.
The hotel staff were excellent across the board, but special mention must go to Monika, who worked behind the main lobby bar during the day, and Martin, who worked tirelessly at the pool bar. Both were friendly, funny and always went above and beyond to make sure guests were looked after. I particularly liked Martin’s sense of humour, which was very dry – just like mine. I found him to be very funny and pleasant, and I honestly don’t understand some of the other reviews that have made negative comments about him. To each their own though!
All in all, this was an unforgettable holiday. For the first time ever, we are seriously considering returning to the same hotel next year – something we have never done before, as we usually prefer to try somewhere new. The Atlantica Bay Hotel truly exceeded all our expectations and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

- Ben (10/5): Great hotel would stay here again ! - Great warm welcome upon arrival. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean everywhere. Plenty of space and facilities. Adults only so not overcrowded everything at a nice calm pace. Get a lot more for your money than some of the other hotel’s. Room was beautiful and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice addition. Very easy and quick walk down to the beach. There is a beach club where guests can use the sun loungers for free.

- ijw30 (10/5): Great Hotel and Great Staff - We returned from 7 nights holiday on 24th October. Whilst the hotel is in a quiet, plush residential area with just a supermarket situated locally, there are frequent buses (number 30) every 15 minutes into Limassol at a cost of 2 euros each way. Depending where you get off in Limassol it is between 2 and 6 miles away. The hotel itself is well presented being modern and spotlessly clean. There were always plenty of sunbeds ( with umbrellas) available around a very large lagoon shaped pool. The dining room, Bar terrace and lounge bar are all large. We went all inclusive and found the food and drinks to be excellent. At lunch times, if anything, there was too many food options, in my humble opinion. The pool side bar is also really good. Throughout the day the young waiters come round asking if you would like a drink. The evening entertainment was the best I have seen at a holiday hotel, mainly singers each night. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis with towels changed as requested. You are supplied with two beach towels in your room upon arrival and these can be changed in the spa as you desire. The towels themselves are large bath sheets. All in all a relaxing, fantastic week.

- robertgU8437DI (10/5): Great holiday as usual - Returned to this wonderful hotel for the 2nd time this year and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us and the other guests. On day 1 we were allocated room 410, which we found far tooo small for a couple staying 2 weeks, spoke to reception and they gave us a new, larger room straight away. We did find out that rooms 210, 310 and 410 are all smaller and would best suit a single guest, not a couple.
Food was very good, always fresh, and staff always ensured there was plenty there. We had the A La Carte meal and it was excellent.
Pool staff work very hard, and sad to see some guests treat them poorly. Evening staff in the reception area are always on the go and so very polite, a credit to themselves and the hotel. The domestic staff do a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless.
Day time entertainment staff really struggle to get maximum support for the activities the organise, but what they did put on was very entertaining.
Plenty of sun beds and space around both pools, so no rush to get down in the mornings and reserve a space. My only issue, and i know it's picky, is people smoking and vaping around the pool and on the veranda of an evening. It's not what i want to smell and be breathing in all day.
brilliant holiday in an excellent hotel.
- lozz_tee_2005 (8/5): Lovely hotel! - Lovely hotel ❤️ get ready for a long review haha.
We have just arrived home after 11 nights at Atlantica Bay for our first visit and have already discussed returning next year.
The hotel itself is modern looking and inviting. All areas are clean from the reception, dining areas to the rooms. Rooms look fresh and modern. Plenty of hangers and cupboard space, probably most generous we have had in a hotel room in Cyprus. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily and cleaners very friendly. Air con works good, as although we went mid- late October, we had gorgeous 28-30 degree weather. Room is equipped with a modern large TV (we barely used but had a few English channels) USB ports, lots of nice lighting. Dressing gown/slippers. Coffee machine, and usual tea/coffee making facilities which were generously topped up. The fridge had 2 x bottle of 1L water on arrival and topped up with a fresh one daily. It encourages you to refill your bottles at the pool bar which is good for plastic. Also 2x cans of pop and 2x beers daily. We had a 'garden/inland' view on the first floor, not a bother to us as it caught the last of the days sun. Shower in the room was a walk in which i prefer.
The dining area was always very clean, and the staff were efficient in seating you, taking drinks orders and cleaning away plates. The lovely grey haired Greek man( sorry didn't catch name) taught us a few Greek phrases. Food was pretty good..a 4/5 as the lunch/dinners were perfect but the breakfasts were a little bland. The 'English' sausages were very tasteless/rubber like so we skipped breakfast quite a few days. But never struggled to find anything we liked the rest of the days. The Al la carte meal we had booked for our 10th wedding anniversary was outside, off the back of the main dining area. This was a lovely treat and the food was gorgeous.
All the staff work extremely hard from the pool bar, dining areas to cleaners. Everyone is friendly, happy to see you and some would become to recognise you as the week went on and ask how you were etc. The entertainment boys worked hard daily to get people involved (we were happy to just observe the day time activities) but they never pushed anyone to participate. The evening entertainment was pretty good most nights. The 'on Broadway duo' I loved the most. Again staff at the bar upstairs, especially Sajad (hope correct spelling) was amazing, always a smile on his face and very friendly. Drinks were local, non branded but a good standard (and very strong) haha. Some loud/idiotic behaviour was seen a couple of times from people towards the end of the week. They say brits abroad with all inclusive are bad...but it wasn't us for once haha.
The hotel is on a slight hill so gives a lovely sea view whilst around the pool area. The pool is pretty cold (we normally go to Cyorus in early May so we are used to the freshness) plenty of people used this though. And with 30 degree heats, it gave a nice refresh. We treat ourself to the 4 poster bed package for our anniversary to which for around €35 you get a comfy bed for the day, towels already on the bed to use, a bottle of fizz and a plate of lovely fruits.
If you love cats (we have 3 of our own) the hotel care/feed 'hotel' cats. They don't bother you but they can sense if you are cat people and lay on sunbeds with you haha.
The beach is a short walk across a small road and down some steps. The beds are free for hotel guests and the Sands beach bar offers free water and 20% off discounts on drinks/food. The food is gorgeous there and makes a nice change from the buffet in the hotel. Again staff are very nice. Beach is a pretty dark sand compared to other beaches I had been on in Cyprus and a little rocky until you get further into the sea, but water was a lovely temp and we enjoyed our day there.
I could go on singing the praises of the Atlantica Bay, and for our 10th Wedding anniversary we were sent a bottle of fizz to our room, compliments of the hotel.
We went into Limassol one day (taxi in from outside hotel €25) the Marina/old town/castle is lovely to explore. We caught the number 30 bus home which is air conditioned, runs very frequently and got us home for only €2. Bargin!
Thank you for reading and thank you to all at Atlantica Bay. See you next year!

I had moderate pressure but her hands adapt to your needs and this was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. The treatment was recommended by Maria at the Spa who gave a short back massage poolside and it was the right treatment for me
- kevinoutandabout (10/5): Highly recommended - We have stayed at the Atlantica Bay many times and it remains an excellent hotel. Rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard, with the pool area, terrace and lobby bar being excellent places to chill, relax and catch up with friends, old and new.
In addition to the main hotel site there is the Sands Bar, which is across the road and overlooking the beach. The Sands provides sun loungers for guests. supplementing the good supply around the main pool area. Subject to comments below, the Sands is not part of the all inclusive package but offers guests a 20% discount on food and drink. We always enjoy having a Keo (or two!) here looking out to sea.
The staff throughout the Bay are fabulous and are the hotel's greatest asset. They are friendly, efficient and helpful, making returning and new customers feel welcome and special.
The main dining room offers buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also snack menus throughout the day. Good quality meals here with plenty of choice. For that special meal all inclusive guests can have one free visit to the a la carte Nama restaurant and (new for this year) another at the Sands Bar. The latter is weather dependent and when we stayed limited to a lunchtime meal. Both a la carte options provided delicious meal, with excellent service, and we have no reservation in recommending them to others.
Entertainment is low key provided by Atlantica's own team. It was good to see that the evening entertainment was outside on the Terrace with the Ballroom also being used, especially when the weather was bad. This allowed guests who just wanted to chill to do so in the quieter lobby bar and was an improvement from our last visit in April.
Overall an excellent hotel stay fully deserving a 5 star Trip Advisor rating. All being well, we will be returning in 2026.
- jasminkE5567XZ (8/5): Nice hotel for a couple of days - Nice hotel in a very touristy area. No direct access to the beach but they have a big pool area. Clean, with everything you need, though not very authentic or original. If you are looking to explore Cyprus, make sure to book a rental prior to your arrival. There are restaurants within walking distance, but, again, quite touristy.
Shoutout to the super friendly spa team at the hotel - don’t miss to book an appointment! Thanks Anna!

- Judith (7/5): Excellent breakfasts. Dinner ok but glad we were just there two nights, as it would have become repetitive. - Beautiful setting and very well kept. We had a suite but the room was quite small with on chair or sofa to sit on.
Lack of hooks in the bathroom.

- 996glenng (10/5): Great Break away. - The room was exactly right and the service, house cleaning was also particularly good. The overall service, staff, and food was very well presented and extremely good. Will come back again.
- Zuzana (8/5): - Breakfast. Very cold water in swimming pool.
- Julia (5/5): - The rooms were very good, clean, modern, spacious Breakfast variety: The offering was the same each day and lacked salads and fresh fruit. A rotating menu would help.
2. Activities & evening entertainment: Daytime activities were limited and the live entertainment in the evening was below expectations.
3. Cats on site: There were many cats around the property, which raised hygiene and comfort concerns for some guests.
4. Dinner options: The menu felt limited; broader choices (including vegetarian/healthy options) would be appreciated.
5. Reception service: Several interactions suggested a need for customer-service training—particularly around welcoming attitude, problem resolution, and consistency of information.

Kahvalti biraz daha gelistirilebilir ama oda cok iyiydi. Kesinlikle yeniden kalmak isterim Kahvaltisi ortalama bir kahvaltiydi.
- T1894ADlaurah (10/5): Check out the Spa facilities - As a couple with no children Atlantica Bay was perfect for us. The location was close to the beach, not overcrowded with a easy drive to an other part of the island.
The atmosphere of Atlantica Bay is very friendly and hospital. The noise level is low, the rooms cleaned daily and the food was excellent.
One of my favourite services on site is the Spa, the team are very professional and very good (especially Olga who found every little niggle in my back) I recommend highly booking in as soon as you can because you will want to go twice.
Seven days has been too short and we definitely will be coming back to such a wonderful place.
- ellemS1454DF (10/5): Relaxing stay - Great hotel and location, relaxing place and lovely service. Rooms very comfy and nicely decorated and bright. Great stock of water and supplies in the room. I had a massage with Olga in the spa which was very relaxing and great service. My back feels a lot better! Thank you
