• Yuliya (5/5): Passable - It was written that the hotel has a swimming pool It was a very important thing for choosing a hotel,I have an autistic daughter and when it's going not by plan,is very difficult When we came,we found out that swimming pool doesn't work!!!!! Why do you write wrong information? Second,we asked about early accomodation,got the approval,came earlier and found out that our room is not ready and nobody knows about our early accomodation... We had to wait in a lobby while our room was cleaned You have so good location, with good attention to people you could be a pearl, but.....

The desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The air-con in the room was amazing! The shower head in my room wasn't very good with some of the holes being blocked or broken.

The hotel and our room were clean, the view from the balcony was beautiful, especially at night when you can see the bright lights of the surrounding towns and the old city.

The pool was stunning and I used it after swimming in the Mediterranean. Views of the old city of Akko. We will be back! Having to leave after spending one night at this hotel. We will be back!

• Galyna (9/5): Relaxing and charming - The hotel has a great location next to the beach, close to the city center and Old City. There is free parking if required. The hotel has its own swimming pool that we enjoyed during our stay. Since it was May, it was quiet and cozy to stay here. The room and bathroom are spacious and cleaning was done every day. Overall, the stay here was relaxing and pleasant. The breakfast could be definitely improved, including both food and drinks.

Close to the beach, close enough to the old city. The door jammed. My safe didn’t work and was non functional. The staff didn’t provide a number for how to phone in an emergency situation. The fire alarm went off at 3 am. I needed to move rooms due to my door breaking. In my second room I heard the toilet next door.
• Chialun (8/5): The only hotel in Acco - It’s fine to stay there. Overall is good. The private beach was good. The hair dryer was not provided. And there is no desk in the rooms so not so easy to use laptops. The bed and shower room are good, But there was a thunder storm coming and the electricity was down for hours. The breakfast is ok.

It was about 1,5kms walk, mostly along a lovely boardwalk on the beach to the old city of Akko. Rooms were lovely and a quite spacious with a little balcony view of the beach. Friendly staff. Breakfast very limited.

• David (8/5): A very good hotel in a fine location outside one of the most fascinating cities in Israel. - Wonderful view of Akko and also Haifa from small balcony on first floor. Very good food (though more fruit would be welcome). Lavish breakfasts and dinners. Easy access to a long, quiet beach. Generally good facilities and very pleasant manager. Akko is wonderful and deserves more than the couple of hours most vistors spend there - there's a lot to see, and the best hummus in Israel! As I say, fruit at breakfast rather than pasta (who eats spaghetti for breakfast??). It's a15 or 20 munute walk to the old city, but that's not the fault of the hotel - the direct route is partly blocked by a naval academy and building works.
• Anping (9/5): Superb - surprise good value hotel. our room face ocean and sand beach. it is very quiet and comfortable bedding. we had a good night of sleep.

• Carlos (1/5): Regret I chófer this hotel (one star) - The room we got at first has the door to the terrace that dont close so the room remains always open to anyone. After claming that to the manager he sent us a Maintenance guy, thatt after a while recognized the door was bad and broken. In spite of that the Manager told us was the only room and if we dont want it, he could rutern funds, living us no where to go, so after claiming again, suddenly a room appears and we took it althoug it has no view was smelly and has a very noisy air conditioner. Im resume it is a one star hotel, not to recomend.
