The supply in the 2 rooms were a bit random, 2 glasses in one room, but none in the other room. Only one rope in one of the rooms, but 2 in the other. Only tee and no coffee in either rooms.

The property itself is stunning – elegant, beautifully maintained, and with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was nothing short of world-class; every staff member was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was incredible – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making every meal a real delight. The wellness area was another highlight: relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely returning!

• Amanda (10/5): Incredible views - incredible staff!! ♥️ - There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff! The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus. Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas. Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here.

Der var en fin lille spa/wellness afdeling. Og udenoms arealerne gave rig mulighed for afslapning og solbadning. Morgenmaden var også rigtig lækker og ned stort udvalg. • Sule (4/5): - Dont stay in the penthouse!!! We booked a penthouse for three people via Expedia, with over 75 m², two beds and a sofa bed, separate bedrooms, soundproofing, daily cleaning, and a surprise for my sister’s birthday. Upon arrival, the hotel thought we were only two guests. A staff member was sent to prepare the sofa bed for the third person. The room was much smaller than described: one bedroom, one sofa bed, and no separate rooms. The staff member acknowledged something was wrong and attempted to move us to another room, but it was already occupied. What we got looked more like a studio than a penthouse. The balcony was almost the same size as the room and shared with two other rooms – far from private. The walls were thin; we could hear the neighbors clearly. No cleaning was done during our three-day stay, and the promised birthday surprise was never delivered. At the reception, we received no understanding. They insisted this was the correct room. When we expressed dissatisfaction, they told us (at 10:00 PM) we could leave and find another hotel ourselves. No effort was made to find a solution. The stay was disappointing, and the communication was poor. We did not receive what was promised. Even worse, Expedia has taken no action regarding our complaint. The listing is misleading, and what we got was definitely not a penthouse. This damages trust in both the hotel and the booking platform. only the view was amazing

• Ben (10/5): - Great quiet family stay. Spa was nice but needed a little care in places but was still very enjoyable experience. We had a penthouse room which was lovely, excellent views and a private huge patio. There were things like a TV but we never even switched them on. Parking was generally a breeze and very accessible. The kids stayed on a sofa bed which looked comfortable (obviously a premium sofabed) for kids, but as it is a sofa bed, so as adult i wouldn't want to have slept on it. Overall a wonderful stay which I hope to come again. The skiing locally was great dor a young family on their first/second season ski school integrated on the main slopes. But was nothing challenging fora more experienced skier.

Der Service und alle anderen Mitarbeiter inkl Masseur und Koch arbeiten gewissenhaft und gast- und kundenorientiert. Direkt am Hotel fährt der Skibus zum Skigebiet. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone
• vasilisv (4/5): Poor value for money, problematic location - Well appointed, sunny, decently sized room. Good breakfast, very good dinner. Nice wellness area with sauna, hamam, solarium, and pool. Polite owner/ receptionist/all around person. Some of the staff are very helpful. But: The hotel is clearly understaffed, and is not terribly well-maintained (peeling paint, microwave in room didn't work, stick-on room numbers missing digits, spa lacks any staff). Common areas are small, very plain, and in disarray (the rec room). The rec room had a TV with zero channels, not even broadcast. The receptionist explained that they only got it to show ski and football events, and nothing else :) We didn't have hot water when we arrived, it started working after a half-hour and two calls (after we'd showered with cold water.) The hotel, being in a village with zero restaurants, offers no food (room service, bar, anything, not even sandwiches or salads) between breakfast and dinner. We were stuck in our room for two days and had literally nothing to eat (see below on Telfes). The first day we had to beg for a plain pasta dish. The funniest thing is they appeared surprised and inconvenienced that we asked... It's very far from being a true 4-star property, and it is very far from justifying 500 euros a night, or even 300 euros a night, for a 27-30 sq m double room with a small kitchen area (a studio, it's called) in an out of the way village (even if it's close to a nice, smallish ski area). Location is terrible unless you have a car. There is literally nothing in the village of Telfes, especially over a weekend. No restaurant, no one in the extended area delivers, no doctor or pharmacy, infrequent buses, taxis that can take an hour to arrive from two villages over and cost 25euros to go 5-6 km. I would not go back. For said skiing areas, I'd stay in another village, a bit more visitor friendly.

• Pablo (2/5): - We booked this hotel last minute through Expedia, and the listing mentioned nothing about breakfast. During check-in, the front desk staff told us about the breakfast hours, giving us the impression it was included. The next morning, we had breakfast, but at check-out, we were surprised with a €17 per person breakfast charge. At no point were we informed that breakfast wasn’t included or that it came with an extra fee until the moment we checked out. When I expressed my surprise, the front desk attendant awkwardly pointed to a “hotel policy” sheet, which only listed various hours for amenities and a charge for EV charging. Nowhere did it mention breakfast as an additional charge. I have stayed at numerous hotels, and typically, if breakfast isn’t included, you’re asked upfront if you’d like to add it. Here, it felt like they were trying to take advantage. The breakfast itself was disappointing. If you don’t arrive early, they don’t restock, so options run out quickly. I was asked if I’d like scrambled eggs but never actually received them. The spa facilities were outright unpleasant. The pool was cold, not heated, and had clumps of hair floating around – I personally removed three large strands. The steam room smelled strongly of chlorine, making it feel anything but healthy, and the only decent part was the Finnish sauna, which at least maintained a good temperature. They offered “fruit water” in the spa, but the fruit looked like it had been there for days, with strawberr

Mancano alcuni utensili in cucina ma ci siamo arrangiati. Si trova in posizione panoramica, molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La SPA ha piscina, sauna e bagno turco aperti fino alle 22. I letti sono comodissimi, non abbiamo provato il ristorante per colazione e cena.

There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk. We loved our stay here! The area was great for outdoor activities like paragliding and hiking.

Receptionist var mycket trevlig och kom med bra tips. Rummet var rymligt. Hade ett litet pentry. Var kanon när man har med ett litet barn. Utsikt kunde varit exceptionellt om det inte varit för en byggnad som skymde en del. Lyhört. Grannens balkong ligger lite väl nära och man får inte riktigt det där privata. Men överlag är vi nöjda.

• Mikki (10/5): Super lækkert & hyggeligt hotel. - Jeg havde en fantastisk oplevelse på Hotellet, Fra det øjeblik jeg ankom, blev jeg mødt af et venligt og imødekommende personale, som fik mig til at føle mig hjemme med det samme. Værelset var rummeligt, rent og meget komfortabelt, med en dejlig udsigt over byen. Hotellets indretning var både moderne og hyggelig, hvilket gav en varm og afslappende atmosfære. Morgenmaden var en af højdepunkterne, med et bredt udvalg af lækre retter, der passede til enhver smag. Faciliteterne på hotellet var fremragende, især spa-området, hvor jeg nød en afslappende massage. Beliggenheden var også ideel, med kort afstand til byens seværdigheder og gode restauranter. Alt i alt var mit ophold på Hotellet super godt og hyggeligt. Jeg kan varmt anbefale det til alle, der søger en afslappende og mindeværdig hoteloplevelse.

The rooms are nice and clean The restaurant and breakfast buffet was good and the spa/pool area was clean and relaxing. The service was overall excellent! Would definitely stay here again if we are in Telfes am Stubai.
• Cary (10/5): The views are beautiful! - The views at this hotel are exceptional. Our beds were comfy and we loved the sauna. The restaurant was closed so we were sad about that, but I don’t think it was quite their busy season yet. We loved having coffee on our porch and the views were so very memorable.
• Monika (8/5): - Sehr nettes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Neubau mit relativ großen Fernseher, gute Betten und kleiner Terrasse. Jeden Tag sind wir im Innen Pool geschwommen Panorama Bergblick. Den Saunabereich haben wir nicht benutzt darum kann ich keinen Bewertung dafür abgeben. Kostenloses parken in der Tiefgarage.

• AR (10/5): - Goed verblijf in een appartement met extra slaapkamer. Geen afstandelijk verblijf maar echt aandacht voor gasten van begin tot eind. Heel erg schoon met goede medewerkers. Goede kwaliteit van materialen, douche, handdoeken en zeep in het appartement. Een mooie en complete wellness en een prima zwembad met een goede temperatuur. Helaas geen gym fitness ruimte. Wat opvalt is dat het een combinatie is van oud en nieuw. Dit geeft bij aankomst enige twijfeling maar dat wordt goed gemaakt door de kwaliteit van al het andere. De ondergrondse parkeergarage, wellness, zwembad, ski droogruimte en ruime kamers zorgen voor een ontspannen verblijf. Sommige details zoals een schuifdeur bij de badkamer, een open douche zonder deur en bij de wellness een paar koude douches kunnen beter maar in zijn geheel hadden wij een prima verblijf.
• Sascha (8/5): - Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zum Skifahren optimal, direkter Halt des Skibusses vor der Tür (leider nur einmal am Tag). Mit dem Auto in 5min. an der Talstation Schlick 2000. Wir hatten ein großzügiges Studio. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider kann man die Heizung nicht regulieren, uns war es fast zu warm. Tolles Frühstück mit viel frischen Obst. Uns hat es gefallen.
• Athanasios (10/5): Amazing experience - Hostess was very polite and service was perfect. Everything was clean. Pool and Sauna were available all day. Ski rental and slopes were just next by. Totally recommend!

Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer, auch in der Nacht und Fenster gab es nicht (nur eine Schiebebalkontür). Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung. Danke für die schönen Tage
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Unter "hervorragend" stelle ich mir was anderes vor. Das Essen war sehr gut, allerdings hat es in unserem Zimmer gerochen. Farbe? Schimmel? Oder eine Kombi aus beidem? Das Hygienekonzept der Sauna sollte nocheinmal gründlich überdacht werden. Kinder unter 14 Jahren sind in der Sauna nicht willkommen, aber Handys, Flipflops, Badebekleidung dürfen mit in den Saunabereich bzw. die Sauna.

• David (6/5): - The hotel room was a little different being on two floors with the bed up some steep stairs with the bathroom below so not so good for getting out at night. The room was a good size. Staff were generally OK but a bit hostile when we arrived early but we could leave our luggage and then went to visit friends nearby. There was a problem at checkout when they tried to charge for the room again which was previously paid to Expedia but that issue was easily resolved.
• Tanja (10/5): Recommendable place to stay - Good hotel with super friendly staff. Great breakfast! I travelled with my dog and cat and also pets very welcome to stay. Also nice spa area with good saunas. Definitely will book a room again if I travel to the area in the future.
• Victor (2/5): Please next time if your close dont rent rooms. - Horrible, arrived in the evening hotel was closed called the phone number. No one answered tried bell no answer. Called customer service at hotels they said i they couldnt reach the hotel to get another one. Nothing was avaliable near by drove 2 plus hours to fussen DE. To find a place at 5am. Worst experience.
• Sébastien (10/5): Superbe ! - Très agréable séjour. Nous avions deux nuits en appartements et une en penthouse. Nous avons de suite été surclassés en penthouse. Le personnel très agréable. Le ménage n’était pas hyper bien fait quand nous sommes arrivés mais dans l’ensemble nous recommandons évidemment ce lieu. C’est un peu éloigné d’Innsbruck (comptez 20 minutes pour aller dans la vieille ville) mais la vue est magnifique !!! La piscine était un peu froide à notre goût mais tout était top !

• 118andrzejp (10/5): Outstanding Hotel !!! - My 4th time in this area for skiing on Stubai Glacier. This hotel probably offers the best value you can get in the entire valley.  It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and communicative.  I had booked the cheapest room they offer, and it  looks much better in reality than on the website pictures. It is very spacious , has a comfortable bathroom and separate toilet.  Glass wall to the balkony offers views that will take your breath away. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Hotel has a great SPA worthy of a 5+ star hotel with 4 types of sauna and a medium size pool with stunning views. Again the SPA area should be photographed better as in reality it looks much better than photos I saw on Booking. If you dont mind a little driving to skiing areas, this hotel is an awesome choice to spend luxury time and relax after time on the mountains. I will most certainly try to return and can recommend it with clear conscience to anyone.
• Beninyorkshire (8/5): Wonderful stay - Fantastic hotel with lovely, spacious rooms and helpful friendly staff. The sauna and pool were wonderful. Great views and plentiful parking. Fresh fruit available in reception and very large Reed diffusers made for a memorable trip.
• alberts956 (8/5): Modern, very well built - The hotel seems to be brand new and everything in it is very high quality. It is a very modern building but done very well. There's free parking in the garage, which unfortunately has no direct access to the rest of the building but it does have one free charging spot to charge your car. I did not try the onsite restaurant but it seemed to be rather high-end with very good service. My room had a great with a living space downstairs and the open bedroom on the mezzanine level. Interior was spacious, very clean and comfortable. There's a very nice wellness area with big sauna and a decent indoor pool with direct access to the hotel garden. I think the rooms with balcony/terrace have one clear downside. There are no dividers between the balconies, which means limited privacy. But also, it means neighbours can easily look in your room through the huge glass wall. The only way to block that is using the light-blocking curtains which completely dark the room. I think they should install semi transparent curtains and dividers between the balconies.
• 67mll (8/5): +++++ - Hotel located in a really calm area, out of the village. Super service. Clean and Spaceful bedroom. Bed are quite ok and confortable. Only negative point: there are nothing sufficient to black-out the room. Clean and nice wellness area. Really good food (even excellent sometimes) served in a quite calm restaurant room. People are really friendly and efficient. It’s the 2nd time we go in this hotel for 1 ski week and it’s again really positive. You can park your car in a inside park place, use the ski room and take the bus shuttle that drop directly at the skilift. Really good price /quality level.
• BernatDesclot (8/5): Good option for a family stay in the region - Nice, modern apartment style hotel in Stubai, a beautiful valley in the south of Innsbruck. The hotel offers quite a lot of amenities and facilities, ideal for a ski or sports stay. Rooms are large and comfortable and the restaurant is also nice. Pity we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the place and the location.
• PeteJaffray (8/5): Great location and amazing breakfast - Rooms were great, kids loved the pool and we were blown away by the selection of the breakfast. We have arrived during off season and the signage was not up, so it was adventurous to find our way around.
• Shahram01 (10/5): Fantastic hotel with great value for money - Very clean room with comfortable beds. Our room was perfect as it had access to the front garden convenient for children to play in the snow under our direct supervision. The hotel has a very nice and good size swimming pool along with sauna and steam rooms. The staff specially Moniq and Michael were were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive to Schilick 2000 ski resort so having a car would be convenient. The hotel has a plenty of parking space. I would definitely recommend the hotel and give it a five star rating.
• behrade2017 (8/5): Dr - Simple yet very clean and friendly hotel. Car transfer to ski resort takes about 10 minute. Very good swimming pool and sauna. Best to rent a car. There is a free parking within a few minuted from the ski resort lift.
• fardipsf (8/5): Good 3 star Hotel - - Good bed and ,mattress, actually this hotel is the only hotel with a memory foam mattress I have ever been, very comfortable - Actual real hair dryer - Actual real hangers, that you can remove from the rail, I hate the ones that you can't remove! I had read reviews about the hotel's staff bad behavior before hand, and unfortunately it was true. Nice manger I don't know why she lets this happen every time!
• Elena_133 (2/5): Good hotel- let down completely by terrible staff and customer service - Unfortunately, we had a very poor stay at Hotel OberHofer, as a result of the very poor customer service before, during and after our staff. On the surface, the hotel is lovely. It’s as per the pictures. However the service at the hotel is appalling and lets down the whole experience. - We arrived at 15.30 to check in. Not a single member of staff was there for at least 30 minutes (despite check in being from 3- 8pm). We'd emailed in advance to tell the hotel what time we were arriving, and had no reply (to several emails). After searching the hotel, we were finally checked in by staff who told us breakfast was included in our stay, and the times for this, and for dinner. - We happened to stay at the same time as a large coach party- I would certainly avoid staying here if this is the case with your reservation. We were treated as second class throughout our trip. Despite taking a seat and drink for dinner, we were then moved from our table (which was not otherwise reserved) from a mountain view to one in the corner, facing the wall. The food was good (set menu, 35€ a person) however the coach party took priority when it came to service over dinner. There were also several large flies in the salad bar- off putting to say the least! - Again at breakfast, instead of a seat in the main panoramic breakfast area, we were seated in a completely detached area, with a view of the coach party’s bus. After complaining, and an unnecessary argument with the waitress (who agreed the coach parties were taking over the hotel!!), we eventually got a space in the main breakfast room, as the coach party left. - The room. The hotel is very nice however room 313 is the most poorly located and you should avoid this. It over looks the kitchen doors/ area where staff have their cigarette breaks and has no balcony (the main hotel has panoramic balconies/ views which we did not experience). To its credit the bed and the shower was great, however the hair dryer was broken, there were live sockets either side of the bed (very dangerous for children) and the sink was blocked. The spa area is included- it’s very nice and we’d recommend using it. - At check out, the hotel tried to charge us for breakfast- the breakfast we’d been told was included (and which we would not have had if we had told it was extra). We complained about the service, requested a discount off the dinner (given the catalogue of issues) and requested to speak to the manager who took 20 minutes to get hold of. She (Monique) proceeded to shout down the phone and tell us we were in the wrong for complaining and that our opinion didn’t matter as her hotel was "superior". Her attitude was appalling and reflects on the poor service given by her staff. We didn’t even receive an apology so decided to leave before she ruined our day! In summary- a lovely hotel but in the wrong hands, especially if something goes wrong as it did during our stay. The customer certainly is not right in this hotel! It is completely let down by its staff who have a terrible attitude towards customer service. Avoid room 313. There are lots of "Wellness" Hotels in Austria, run by much more deserving people so I would encourage you to spend your money there instead (unless you're part of a coach party!!).
• BernardoKruger (6/5): Hotel ok - We booked a room for 4 people, but when we arrived(in the evening), the room wasnt set to we all. We had to ask for all the stuffs and after 1 or 2 hours they provided. The structure of the hotel is nice, with good views, swimming pool and a good area to stay, but the service is not good at all. The staff is not too much friendly and helpful.
