- No me gustó nada fatal Me dejaron tirado

- Philip (6/5): OK, but make sure you bring breakfast with you - Location, price and a good shower Before arriving at the hotel, we'd emailed them to add breakfast to the booking as Booking.com stated it was available but got no reply. Got to the hotel to check in and discovered there was no breakfast available and not even a vending machine for a coffee! The room had sloping floors, which were very disconcerting as it made you feel like you've had far too much to drink!

- Kathryn (4/5): - Our least favourite hotel on our two week Andalucian cycling trip.
Staff didn’t seem very interested, room was poor and breakfast was dreadful. Coffee terrible. Great location in a beautiful town.
It was cheap but I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Herman (8/5): - The WiFi was only available in the lobby.
- nickyportugal (6/5): Perhaps better from the outside - It looked like an elegant hotel from the outside but the rooms are very simple. No frills, no toiletries, very old fashioned television. We were annoyed the dining room was shut except for breakfast, especially as it was quite a way to go to find anything serving dinner at night. Parking can be paid for but there is free parking a short walk away. For the price it was, however, value for money.
- M (4/5): Central Arcos - The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were too Spartan. We were in room 216, and all of the rooms in that section faced a brick wall, we could have been offered a front of hotel room. No tea/coffee making facilities
- susandbisme (6/5): Nice place. clean and comfortable. Not all that interesting of a city to visit. - Parking provided and good reception with English speaking agents.
Basic room with twin beds and average lines and towels. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just disappointed in the town. I would stay in Ronda the next time or tell others to skip Arcos. Felt Rick Steves did not provide the best information about the town or area.
- 921iang (8/5): Park the car, walk up the hill - Nice hotel, very close to the start of the main walk up the hill to the old town; you can find hotels closer, or in the old town, but the underground car park at 6/7 euros is a bonus.
Modern interior, with wifi, is all you would expect from a room ; our room looked onto an interior open space, but some rooms do look out to open countryside beyond the cliff.
Solarium on the roof with some loungers, but chiefly giving superb views.
Typical spread at breakfast - nothing fancy, as hotels go but friendly staff and would return should we be around here again.
- FransM378 (6/5): Simple but sufficient - Small, simple and quiet hotel. Rooms are pretty basic but everything works, good beds, small balconies. Plenty of eating places in the historic center on walking distance. There is a garage but parking can be done free further down the street. There is quite a lot of traffic through the road but that may be because we were there in a weekend.
Breakfast is simple, toast, coffee and a smile.
- patlliber (10/5): pleasant hotel - We stayed 2 nights in this hotel last week The rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were also very nice.
We had menu of the day in the restaurant both evenings. For €9 it was very good value. It was also very tasty.
I would recommend this hotel.
- the_calvinator (8/5): Nice clean hotel in a good location - This is basic, clean 3 star hotel rooms are comfortable and well sized. Nice roof top terrace, good breakfast and friendly staff. Well located just below the main old, only a 10 minute walk away. I had a room over the street and did not have any noise problems
- iberia9 (10/5): handy location and good value - this hotel is near the lively bit of Arcos for bars and restaurants. The old town is a fair walk away but a bus stops near the hotel and takes you to the centre of the old part of town which is the intersting area. The hotel has an underground car park which is a benefit as parking can be a headache due to the number of businesses around the hotel. Staff are very pleasant and efficient, the bar is a decent size with a large tv for watching the football! The hotel food is good and the restaurant at the rear of the hotel. Rooms on the front of the hotel overlook the main road in Arcos and can be noisy although they have a small juliet balcony which would be nice in the warmer weather.
- mandcWestMidlands (4/5): The noisiest hotel we've ever stayed in - On our first night we had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the street. The noise from locals drinking in the local bars and from car-horns was awful and we were awake until 1.30am. We moved rooms to the back of the hotel for the other 2 nights which was better but the walls are paper thin and we could hear every noise in the hotel. They open the bar to locals and there is a giant TV screen there which was showing football one night - the result was another night with no sleep until the early hours. Noise wasn't the only problem. On two mornings we did get the buffet breakfast that we expected but on the third we were told that it was not available because there were not enough people staying in the hotel so it was toast with a choice of toppings! No wonder not many people stay there! The location is excellent for visiting Arcos and the surrounding area but the level of service and the noise problem make this a hotel to avoid.
