• Sharon (7/5): Gutes Hotel für den Wanderurlaub im Mai - Die Lage und die Menschen vor Ort waren super nett Hätten und ein bisschen Abwechslung bei den Beilage gewünscht. Es gab es irgendwie immer nur Karotten und Brokkoli. Die Salatbar bestand auch eigentlich nur aus Salatblättern und fertigen Salaten mit Mayo. Hätten uns gewünscht das Gurke,Paprika,Mais etc immer einzeln sind für ein selbstzusammengestellten Salat zur Verfügung stehen. Man hat aber immer was gefunden :)

Die Lage ist top Am ersten Abend gab's in der Bar (für uns unverhofft) Live Musik, das fanden wir auch toll! Jetzt kommt das jammern auf dem höchsten Niveau... Der Kaffee beim Frühstück,- wir trinken gerne Cappuccino und der war leider nicht gut..

A medence elég kicsi, de nem igazán hiányzott a rengeteg látnivaló mellett. Egészében véve nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Ha mindenképp kell valami kedvezőtlen mondani, a medence lenne az. A vacsorák nem igazán a mi ízlésünk szerint voktak, de nem maradtunk éhesek este sem.

• Alina (9/5): Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub - Super Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen, top Bedienung, wunderschöne und cool eingerichtete Aufenthaltsräume. Die Saunen waren klasse, ebenso die Ruheräume. Einen so gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum habe ich in noch keinem Hotel erlebt. Als Begrüßungsgetränk gab es Sekt und Apfelsaft. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Zimmerausstattung schien mir nicht besonders hochwertig. Im kleinen, aber feinen Poolbereich war es etwas zu kühl. Das ist aber schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
• Olga (8/5): - La colazione era varia per tutti gusti e anche molto buona! Il personale in sala molto professionale e gentile! Qualsiasi richiesta va sodisfatta e cercano fare anche di più! Il materasso non er amolto comodo e i cuscini o troppo alti o troppo bassi. Le prese non esistevano vicino al letto. Alle 7 del mattino hanno cominciato di fare i lavori in camera sopra! Non accettabile epr chi viene li a rilassarsi e dormire di più. Tra l'altro ho specificato nella richeista che ho bisogno di una camera silenziosa! Quindi ho dormito male... La welness è carina ma gli orari della sauna sono molto scomodi, solo dalle ore 14 fino alle 19. Noi che siamo arrivati alle 17:30 in hotel, prima di accomodarsi e tutto, siamo riusciti a godere la sauna solo 30 minuti! il giorno dopo il chek-out è alle 10:00, quindi la sauna non te la godi mai.

• Benjamin (9/5): - Wir waren für eine kurze Auszeit in den Bergen dort. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei was mit 20 € pro Tag veranschlagt wird. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bequem. Das Buffet war Früh und Abends sehr gut bestückt und lecker mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt viele Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, sollten diese belegt sein braucht man nicht verzweifeln da sich in unmittelbarer nähe ein großes Areal befindet wo genügend Platz ist. Eine Reifeisenbank, Sparkasse und Tankstelle befindet sich nur ca. 500 meter entfernt an der Hauptstraße.

• Elisabeth (6/5): Schade - Sowohl Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Buffet am Abebd war lecker mit guter Auswahl. Das Zimmer: Einfach nur lieblos. Viel Platz aber kein Flair. Schuhabdrücke gingen einmal quer durchs Zimmer. Im Bad habe ich die nicht genutzten Bohrlöcher in den Fliesen nicht gezählt. Viele. Die Verbindung des Duschschlauchs zum Duschkopf war kaum vorhanden. Das Wasser hat überall hin gespritzt. Habe das beim Auschechecken an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Antwort: Sie haben ja trotzdem geschafft zu duschen. Fazit: das Zimmer hat nicht zum Status des Hotels gepasst.

• Silke (7/5): Ein durchaus schönes Hotel - Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Anbindung zu Skigebiet ist super. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. An der Rezeption hat man gemerkt, dass man als booking-Gast anders behandelt wurde als ein Direktbucher. Alle anderen Gäste haben zur Begrüßung ein Glas Sekt bekommen, bei der Verabschiedung erhielten die anderen ein kleines Geschenk des Hauses, etc. Es ist zwar für uns nicht notwendig, aber trotzdem gibt es ein komisches Gefühl. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein.

• Stefanie (6/5): Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen beim Personal - Gutes Essen, tolle Lage, ansprechende Zimmer Kein herzlicher Empfang bei Ankunft, der Rezeptionistin musste man alle Informationen aus der Nase ziehen, war sehr zurückhaltend eher desinteressiert, das gleiche im Restaurant, der Servicechef begrüßte uns nicht mal, servierte die Teller einfach ab ohne mit uns zu kommunizieren, ob wir noch essen, was zum trinken wollen etc, gleiche Zurückhaltung auch bei weiblichem Servicepersonal, wir fühlten uns nicht wirklich willkommen. Schade um dieses schöne Hotel.

When we walked in at the front desk the guy wasn't very welcoming. It seemed theyve had this parking issue for a while because he showed me a printout of where I could park. And said if all of these spots are filled you can park in 1 of the 4 handicap spots since we were only staying for 1 night. So after checking everything I had to park there. After our stay I went to my car and it was blocked in by red and white tape for some reason. When I was taking the ice off of my car 1 of the workers came up to me very rudely and said that the handicap spot is not for me and I need to move. After explaining the situation (which he should have been aware of already) He told me to just leave now because some of the spots of the normal parking were open. Just a very strange and rude way to treat your guests.

Delicious food for breakfast and dinner using half board. A nice pool and very friendly staff. Shampoo would have been nice. Shower screen insufficient to prevent flooding of the bathroom floor. Otherwise excellent.

• Martin (9/5): We were positively surprised and we were expecting less based on other reviews - We read many reviews on Booking and Google before our stay and, to be honest, the hotel pleasantly surprised us. Some of the negative reviews felt too strict and didn’t match our experience at all. We booked full board and were positively surprised that beer, wine, coffee, tea, and soft drinks were included, which is not always common. The room was very nice and spacious — we had a separate bedroom and a living room where our twins slept comfortably. The bathroom was clean and modern, and we also appreciated having a separate toilet. Breakfasts were very good with a wide buffet selection, so everyone could easily find something they liked. Dinners were tasty as well, with enough variety throughout the stay. A special highlight was the New Year’s Eve dinner, which was really well done. What we found especially relaxing was that each guest has their own table for the entire stay. There was no rush to the restaurant and no stress about finding a place to sit — a small detail, but it made a big difference. We didn’t use the lunch option since we were skiing all day, every day. The ski room is a good size, and there is enough space for ski boots to dry on special radiators. Storage space for skis themselves is more limited, but we kept ours in the car, which worked fine for us. We also didn’t use the ski bus, but the stop is only about 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider coming back. The stay was overall very nice, but there were a few points that affected our comfort. For us, the mattress was extremely soft, to the point where it became uncomfortable. Even though everything else in the hotel was very good, this alone would make us think twice about returning. The combination of very soft mattresses, pillows, and a relatively smaller bed made recovery after long days of skiing quite difficult. Just for context: we travel a lot with our twin boys and have slept in many different hotels, apartments, and bed/sofa combinations. We are definitely not the type to complain about beds easily — but in this case, it was genuinely very uncomfortable. Parking can also be a bit of a hassle, especially when the hotel is fully booked. If you use your car daily, you often need to park in a lot about 3–4 minutes’ walk away. Not a big issue, but carrying ski boots after a full day on the slopes can feel tiring. One more thing we noticed was the heating in the mornings. During the day and in the evening the temperature was comfortable in the room, but in the early morning it felt a bit chilly, as the heating seemed to be reduced or turned off. Same goes for restaurant,. when there were not a lot of people - when they do open the restaurant - we have small kids so we are usually the first in morning and first in evening, its little chilly in restaurant,. later on, it gets better. These points may not be deal-breakers for everyone, but they did have an impact on our overall comfort during the stay.
• Ilka (9/5): Familienfreundliches Hotel mit sehr guter und abwechslungsreicher Küche - Das Hotel liegt mitten in Gosau und man kommt mit dem Skibus schnell zur Piste. Das Hotel war schön: nettes Personal und gutes Essen. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und haben das Nötigste. Wir hatten Pakettboden, das war super. Das Schwimmbad ist eher ein Kinderplanschbecken, der Saunabereich zu Stoßteiten voll. Das konnte man jedoch gut einplanen, wir haben uns gefreut, dass es zwei Saunen und zwei Infrarotsaunen gab.

• Marek i Marzena (7/5): Jedzenie mało rozmaite chodz pyszne - Hotel jest sprawia wrażenie czystego chodz na basenie zdziwiło mnie pare rzeczy które wymagają natychmiastowej interwencji jak naprzeklad brudne leżaki i lampa sufitowa pełna much . Śniadania i obiadokolacje są naprawdę skromne. Jedzenie jest świeże i pyszne, ale wybór jest naprawdę mały, a jedzenie poza jajkami sadzonymi, które są robione na bieżąco, nie jest w ogóle dokładane, więc przychodząc na kolację w późniejszej porze, nie masz już prawie nic do jedzenia. Na śniadaniu jest tak samo. Kolejna kwestia to łazienki, które wymagają już odświeżenia, oraz pokoje, które swoje już przeszły. W hotelowym barze kiepska obsługa i brak możliwości zamówienia jedzenia wieczorową porą, co sprawia, że jeżeli jesteś głodny, pozostaje ci wytrzymać do rannego śniadania. Basen, sauny i reszta strefy spa czynne jedynie do 19:00, co sprawia, że nie masz możliwości odprężyć się po powrocie z nart lub zwiedzania. Ogólnie polecam hotel dla ludzi nie szukających luksusu, bo jest on całkiem OK. Dla wszystkich innych polecam szukać czegoś innego, choć z tego, co widziałam, w okolicy nie ma pięknych hoteli i luksusu, którego można by się spodziewać po Austrii. No cóż, pozostaje nam luksusowe Zakopane, które gastronomią i ofertą przewyższa te piękne krajobrazowo regiony o 1000%.

• Daria (5/5): - Красивый вид,горы за окном. Питание хорошее. В комнате холодно: когда мы заехали, все батареи были выключены, но комната всё равно не нагрелась достаточно. Бассейн холодный; на ресепшене сказали, что уже три недели не работает подогрев бассейна. В сауне я абсолютно нигде не увидела персонала; никто не следит за подогревом углей и чистотой чашек для чая.

• Bernhard (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit bestem Essen - Sehr attraktive Ausstattung mit auffallend viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück und Essen vom Buffet war sehr vielfältig und ausreichend. Die Qualität ist 1a. Der Indoor-Pool ist eher klein, die Wassertemperatur war eher frisch.

• Angelika (10/5): Familien Urlaub - Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Vitalhotel in Gosau. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Es gab ausreichend etwas zum Essen und es war für jedem was dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Balázs (9/5): Der Service war großartig - Der Service war großartig, das Personal war sehr nett Für den Betrag, den wir täglich für die Hunde bezahlt haben, kam die Putzfrau nur zweimal (und selbst dann hat sie nicht gesaugt), obwohl die Hunde nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer waren.
