• Klaudia (4/5): - The location is perfect! The room is definitely too small, as well as the bathroom, which is extremely cramped and the door doesn’t fully close, so there’s no real privacy. The space has only two tiny windows. The air conditioning helps a bit, but there’s no way for the towels to dry after a shower, which quickly leads to a musty smell. If you’re looking for a budget place to stay for one or two nights, it’s a good choice because of the location. But for a longer stay, it can be quite uncomfortable.

• Karen (4/5): Great location, but misleading listing - The location was great , very central and close to everything. It was easy to walk around and access the main attractions in Split. The listing is completely misleading. When I made the booking, it clearly said it was an apartment, and even after paying, the confirmation still showed it as an apartment. However, when I arrived, it turned out to be just a very small room, with a tiny bed for two people and almost no space to store belongings. The bathroom flooded easily, the hot water only lasted a few minutes, and there was a damp smell. I felt deceived because, for that price, I could have booked a much better place. I chose this one trusting the description that said “apartment”.

Domaćini fantastični, sve čisto i savršeno, u centru..minutica do trga Gaja Bulata, trgovina na nekoliko metara, pekarnica na još nekoliko, u sobi max tv, kuhalo za kavu, hladnjak, voda za tuširanje uvijek topla..Doista je bilo sve izvrsno, vraćam se svakako i za Advent.

• Dana Baravaglio (8/5): the size matters - The photos are misleading because they show other, larger apartments. The one we stayed in was very, very small, and for two people, it was a bit uncomfortable, especially because the bathroom door doesn't close tightly, so there's no privacy at all. The bathroom is also really small. Everything else was great: super clean, the bed comfortable, and the location is excellent. I recommend it, but I'm aware of the bathroom door issue. the size.

• Noah (6/5): Pleasant - very good central location in walking distance to the whole city. a little too expensive for what it is. was difficult to enter/exit but luckily they had padded edges to the ceiling if you are taller.

• Sarah (8/5): Comfortable, serviceable one-room apartment in a central location—great for solo travellers! - This studio apartment is functionally but fully furnished, clean, and properly supplied with essentials like dish soap, paper products and even extra toiletries. The location is about a 7-minute walk from the old city, just tucked away from the main streets so there is less disturbance from traffic noise or pedestrians. Convenience store and cafe both steps away along this pedestrian street! Not negatives so much as things to know in advance: limited hot water capacity, so keep your shower short or turn the water off when not needed; shutters over the windows help keep the heat out but limit views; the place is smaller than the photos make it appear.

• Tarik (9/5): Quite a pleasant stay, I will be glad to come again. - The apartment is located near the city centre, noise from the street is noticeable but one can always close the windows. It's in an old house which was reconstructed to a holiday rental apartment, quite succesfuly for such a property. Quite a comfortable place, only the mattress is too soft. The stairs from ground level are rather narrow and steep, but one can manage. The hosts are very kind and helpful - I thought that I've lost my keys and they immediately provided spare ones. Fortunately, I found them later. Too few cups and glasses in the kitchen cabinet.

Two apartments are in the same building, and the photos online are a mix of both of them. I thought I was getting a cheap 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen etc but I got bedroom with en suite bathroom,. It was still fine but just a little confusing

• Jessica (8/5): Great for short-term stays, great location, as pictured - Great location, walkable to the old town and 15-20 minutes to beaches. Everything was clean and exactly as in pictures Bathroom was incredibly small, there was no space to hang anything like beach towels or bathers which was hard for a coastal location and such a small room, so the room felt very cramped and was hard to dry our stuff. Also one of the windows for fresh air was near a backyard of a smoker so room smelt of cigarettes if we wanted the window open.

• Erin (10/5): Great visit! - Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and utensils, and essential cooking items, which meant we could cook dinner and breakfasts. Bathroom had a range of toiletries and had plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. the TV had English and Croatian channels. The host was lovely and so easy to get in touch with if we had any issues. This apartment gave us everything we needed for the week, it is a small studio but perfect for couples and at an affordable price! We had a slight issue getting hot water in the shower on the first day, we contacted the owner and the issue was resolved straight away.

• Wojciech (10/5): Great choice if staying in split - Fantastic location, it was close to the city centre (only a 5 minute walk). We had a small store a few metres away. The apartment had working ac and warm water in the shower. It was also very clean. The owner also left toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Nothing, I think everything was good.

• Chi (1/5): Not an apartment it’s a room! Bad quality of facilities and bad attitude from landlords . - 1. This is not an apartment. This is just a room. The bed is really small. Not enough for two people. 2. At the first night, The room went out of electricity and the gas in kitchen is not turned on. 3. At the second night, The room went out of warm water. I used cold water to shower. Even waiting for 24 hours the water is still cold. 4. The landlord husband and wife is blaming people and finding excuses. When I found out the water was cold, I try to contact them. They found lots of excuses to say that ‘I bothered them at night’. They didn’t check the facility nicely before people moving in,. 5. They came to the apartment together when I was leaving and blamed me on ‘not knowing other country’s culture’. It’s really weird that they came even when I was leaving and they asked me to be quiet to listen to their excuses and weird blaming. They are like elders to give a lesson in my opinions. To be honest, I don’t think their behaviors can represent any country’s culture. The husband even said shit happenstance and blaming that before you move in there’s not problems . For a single female traveler, it’s really scary that they came together. I’m not okay 6. They kept sending messages even when I have moved out from the room. They kept assuming I had done something to make the water cold. For example, I didn’t wait for enough time . Or I unplugged the charger. I swear to god I didn’t do anything just turned on the faucet to shower. And they kept blaming, trying to find excuses to accused of people is really uncomfortable and feeling unsafe for me. And they kept sending messages to assume me doing anything wrong also makes me feel really uncomfortable. So I won’t recommend this room at all! I think for what they have charged, is not reasonable and they tried to give traveler a lesson when they didn’t do their responsibilities. Also, they try to turn things to travelers when they didn’t check their room well. And the worst part is their attitude. 1. This is not an apartment. This is just a room. The bed is really small. • Nina (10/5): Highly recommend. - Everything was excellent: location, size of the apartment and hosts. Delightful couple, always there to help. We had a minor problem with a safe when we arrived and they solved it in let than 30 minutes. We had a great experience in Split. --

• Ni's (1/5): The owner open my door with the key when I was topless on last day. - At the day I check out (10 A.M.) the owner use her key to open my door without knocking. and I was topless, she clearly heard I was screaming when she was using the keg to open my door, but she ignored it , pretend she heard nothing. Then she came inside the room and Very Rudely to tell me : Check out 10 o’clock ( with her angry bi*ch face) which was very unpleasant. Maybe her mom never teach her to knock the door first before entering someone’s room. At the day I check out (10 A.M.) the owner use her key to open my door without knocking. and I was topless, she clearly heard I was screaming when she was using the keg to open my door, but she ignored it , pretend she heard nothing. • Ferrariam (8/5): Overall a really nice place and AWESOME location! - The host was great! Super helpful and gave us some really nice recommendations. Good tea option, and a great location ! Just 2 minute walk from the old tow, quiet street and good amenities around it (supermarket, pizzeria, etc). Good air con! Well, when I booked it by the photos it looked like it had a kitche that I could cook breakfast however the room we got was so so so small that even the bathroom loo was very uncomfortable. No kitchen, small fridge, no coffee option and just a small sheet for us to cover ourselfs. It was a bit too cold on the last few days. Bath towels were also tiny.

Don't recommend for those with big bags because the room is kinda small. The drain of the shower didn't work very well then the water took a long time to be drained.
