Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. In den oberen Stockwerken (Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Mit Dachterrasse) ist es zudem sehr ruhig. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist überaus freundlich. Alles bestens. Frühstück haben wir allerdings nicht probiert.

Personal sehr freundlich,vorallem an der Rezeption Monika Bette auch sehr bequem. Sie offerieren ganzes buffet am morgen, oder in der Cafeteria kann man essen auch gutes Früstück .Beide im gleiche Gebäude Sauberkeit ist optimal Die Türe und Wände sind insonorisiert, man hört alles. Sie müssen Sorgen das Gruppen ( vorallem Junge ! ) nicht alle in Zimmer sich treffen und Party machen. Das wichtigste : Nachtruhe sollte auf jeden Fall respektiert werden und schärf folgen. Vorhänge lassen am morgen das Tageslicht durch. Nicht echte Blackout, Vorhänge, was sehr nötig ist für ein gesundes Schlaf.

Está bastante cerca de Atocha y tiene una parada de metro justo delante. Tienen un salón con sofás y varias terrazas donde descansar. Además, puedes desayunar o tomar algo en el bar. Por la zona hay muchísimos lugares donde comer y cenar. Muy recomendable Todo estuvo perfecto, nada malo puedo decir.

En la habitación no había ni armario ni soporte para la maleta, por lo que todo acaba por enmedio. Para estancias de una noche puede valer, pero más de una noche puede ser un caos. Por otra parte la cama no tenía manta ni había ninguna disponible en la habitación. Supongo que por qué no había armario.

Volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel. - Lo que más me gustó del hotel es la ubicación, muy cerca de una estación de metro y con mucho comercio cerca. No está en la zona más turística, lo que hace que el comercio cercano no sea caro, pero a la vez es una zona muy cercana, mediante metro, a zonas de un alto atractivo turístico. El internet del hotel no es estable y se cae en los momentos en que más se necesita, que es cuando uno llega al hotel al final del día y lo requiere para trabajar o conectarse. Sugiero mejorar este servicio.

• Nathalie (9/5): Séjour globalement correct avec un bon accueil et un confort satisfaisant, malgré quelques nuisances sonores et un rappo - Accueil très chaleureux et particulièrement serviable, ce qui a été très appréciable. Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient bien équipées, offrant un bon niveau de confort. La présence d’un parking sur place est également un atout, surtout en ville. La chambre n’était pas très grande et l’environnement s’est révélé assez bruyant, notamment en soirée et tard dans la nuit en raison de l’animation extérieure. L’hôtel est situé en ville mais reste légèrement excentré, ce qui nécessite de marcher ou d’utiliser les transports pour rejoindre le centre. Enfin, le prix global du séjour, ainsi que celui du parking (environ 30 € par nuit), paraît relativement élevé au regard de la localisation et des prestations.

• Pablo (9/5): Buen hotel en Delicias - La persona de recepción fue súper amable con nosotros. Tiene buenas instalaciones y está bien situado frente a la estación de Delicias. Muy buena opción para quedarse en Madrid. Desayunamos a la carta en la cafetería y tenía muchas opciones. Lo único a destacar un poco es que no está muy bien aislado acústicamente, se escuchaba la limpieza desde temprano.

A great hidden gem. - I decided to stay at the Hotel Sancho based on the star rating and really based on the ratings of others. I have never been to Madrid and really wanted to not spend too much on a hotel but not overspend. Not only did the Hotel Sancho exceed my expectations, but they really were hospitable and the rooms were clean and nice and just overall worth of their star rating. I would absolutely stay again and recommend the place to others. If I had to fault anything, it's the location, but the hotel is near the Metro and if I knew how to use the Metro more efficiently, then this is a perfect location.
