A localização também é excelente, pois a cidade antiga está a poucos passos de distância. O hotel fica numa esquina e em frente tem paradas de Tram e ônibus. Isso é bom, pela facilidade de deslocamento e é ruim, pois os trams são muito pesados e alguns fazem o quarto tremer. Se você tem o sono muito leve, pode ter problema para dormir, pois os trams circulam a noite toda. Apesar disso, voltaria com certeza.

Рядом много трамвайных и автобусных остановок. Красивое здание начала 20 века и соответствующий уютный интерьер отеля. Приветливый персонал, можно оставить багаж при более раннем прибытии в специальном отделении. Очень хороший завтрак, достаточно большой выбор закусок. Очень чисто, в номере убирали ежедневно. Всё в номере соответствовало заявленному предложению и после насыщенного прогулками по Кракову дня было очень приятно возвращаться для отдыха именно в этот отель. Так как прямо под окнами нашего номера проходил трамвай, а оконные рамы довольно старые, был явно слышен шум трамвая особенно рано утром, даже при закрытых окнах.

- Leopold (10/5): Toppklass - Otroligt fint och anrikt hotell från sekelskiftet. Ligger väldigt nära järnvägsstationen och porten till gamla stan i Krakow. Jag valde ett väldigt stort rum som var inrett tidstypiskt. Om ni ska besöka vackra Krakow så kan jag verkligen rekommendera detta fantastiska hotell. Jag åt både frukost och middag på hotellet efter långa promenader i den gamla delen av Krakow. Jag ger detta hotell absolut högsta betyg och samtidigt bugar jag mig djupt av vördnad för att man tagit så fin hand om denna kulturskatt.

Especially if your room is on the park side. We booked the largest “suite” with a double bed + sofabed. Since we were 4 persons we also booked specifically one extra bed that was promised and charged for. When we arrived they say that sorry but we do not have extra beds! The room was huge but three beds for 3 adults is just not enough.

- Pauline (10/5): It - Hotel Polonia has an "olde worlde" feel, like being in an Agatha Christie movie. The room was sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, and a nice shower. The food at the restaurant was delectable, great Polish food, and we ate there on multiple occasions. We were able to walk to the train, and to many of the places we wanted to see, plus it is across the street from a lovely park. I wouldn't change anything.

- Eddy (7/5): Hotel muy céntrico con ruidos - El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, lo cual nos permitía movilizarnos a pie y tomar diferentes transportes. El desayuno estuvo bien y, en general, aunque tiene una decoración antigua, las instalaciones están bastante cuidadas. Nos alojaron en una habitación con ventana a la calle, justo a una parada de tranvías que operaba hasta tarde en la noche y comenzaba actividad muy temprano en la mañana. El nivel de ruido es bastante alto, por lo que tuvimos algunos inconvenientes al momento del descanso. Hacia los días finales de nuestra estancia, sentimos un ruido raro en las mañanas y en las noches, como un sonido molesto de grillos.

Shame about the bed - Awsome building and large room with terrace in a great location next to old centre, train station and largest galleries. Staff really nice. Hałas i drżenia budynku podczas przejazdu tramwajów były niesamowicie uciążliwe. Nie spodziewałam się, że będzie to tak odczuwalne. Mój sen praktycznie wyznaczały godziny jazdy tramwajów:( Wiem, że tramwaje zaczynają jeździć po 4:00 rano i kończą około 23:00. Spodziewałam się hałasu, w końcu do centrum, ale drżenie łóżka podczas snu i pobudka po 4, bo przejeżdża tramwaj, to przesada. Nie za taką cenę. Częste interwencje policji w okolicy, słyszałam w pokoju np. stłuczkę samochodów (widoczna na zdjęciu). Śniadania smaczne, ale podstawowe i jak na dłuższy pobyt były dla mnie monotonne. Codziennie to samo. I w związku z tym cena za nie była również nieadekwatna. Parking nie dla wszystkich aut, jest wąski wjazd, szersze samochody typu suv mogą się nie zmieścić.

The restaurant is especially worth mentioning – excellent lunch and dinner. Apparently, the chef is excellent. The hotel is definitely in need of an update. The windows and plumbing are a bit dated, and city noise is clearly audible. Rooms should probably be inspected more often—in our room, the shower handles had come loose, and the shampoo was so old it had already formed a residue. But all of this can be fixed with a thorough inspection of all the appliances.

- Elzbieta (8/5): Ogólnie pobyt był udany. - Znakomita lokalizacja, klimat starego Krakowa, bufet śniadaniowy. Stare, nieszczelne okna, które nie tłumią hałasu ulicznego (dudnienie tramwajów od wczesnych godzinach do późnej nocy).
- Daria (9/5): - Nice historic hotel. It’s close to both the railway station and the old town. Perfect option for a short visit. Rooms are spacious. The hotel is a bit outdated but it comes with good history vibes. Breakfast is just amazing making you want to get back! It’s right in front of a tram stop, so you can be bothered by it.
- Philip (8/5): - The location is short walk to both the main train station and the Old Town. The breakfast is quite good. The dinner is adequate. The rooms are good and several are excellent. I have stayed at other hotels in Krakow, but this is my favorite. The wait-staff in the restaurant has always been first rate. I have stayed here four times which says something. Nonetheless I have found the dinners not as good as I hoped. The staff is generally good, though oddly I have encountered one somewhat difficult receptionist and one rather rude maid.

- Enry 64 (8/5): - ottima posizione vicino al centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Buona la colazione ed il servizio di accoglienza. Nella stanza nonostante ci fosse il parquet abbiamo trovato dei tappeti che erano impolverati segno di una pulizia non frequente. Suggeriamo di toglierli.

Booking.com charged me $11 more than the posted room price on its website. I wrote three times to them about the situation, and included photos - request denied.

A pity about noise of the teams which beyond the facilities control of course. - It was convenient to Old Town and shopping The trams right outside the hotel make it extremely convenient but also very noisy for 20 hrs of the day. It is not the hot Le fault at all but ask for a room not facing the trams.

Colazione abbondante e varia, con ottimi prodotti sia salati che dolci. Menzione speciale alle torte, tutte super. Una sera abbiamo cenato anche al ristorante annesso, molto soddisfatti sia per la qualità del cibo che per il costo.
