- Berry Ranger (9/5): - Specious room. Location just right next to the entrance of the station. And staffs were very attentive. There was a false alarm in one night, the announcement was clear and in order. In any crisis, I trust that I'd be safe to stay here! A/C was loud (so I turned it off for the entire stay). The dust at window and headboard could be wiped more thoroughly.

- Charlotte (7/5): A good, no-frills hotel for short stays - Via Inn Okayama was a comfortable and relatively clean hotel, best suited for a short stay. The location is excellent for access to the station, making travel very easy. The room was simple and the amenities were basic, offering a no-frills experience. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Compared to other hotels we stayed in for a similar price, it felt slightly expensive for the level of comfort and facilities provided. That said, there were no issues with the hotel itself, and it worked well for a one-night stopover. The beds were comfortable, although on the firmer side. Overall, it does the job without offering much beyond the essentials.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is as good as it gets in Okayama. I had the hotel breakfast on one morning and it was just ok, it had a lot of items but the food quality wasn't very special in my opinion.

- Victoria (10/5): Great hotel - Great location so close to the train and Aeon mall. Laundry facilities were great and there was a live laundry tracker on the tv so you could see how long was left in your machine. They were able to store our bags the next day until 5pm which helped us get out and explore before the train. The room was a good size, the bathroom was nice and well equipped, they also had extra amenities in the lobby.
