- BeeJ 081112 (10/5): We had an amazing time and would happily come back to this resort. - The breakfast was a traditional style Japanese breakfast. It was okay. I do not think its worth the cost and in the future would go elsewhere. I did not find issues with food, I simply prefer a different style of breakfast. The buffet was nice, but I did not think the price was worth what was offered. There was not much that I did not like. There is plenty to do and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, the beds were a dream and the way it lights up at night is so pretty!! I cannot wait to bring the kiddos!!

- D51Nikon (4/5): 残念 - あちらこちらに有るオブジェや照明がコロニアルな感じでリゾート感があり素敵だった。 建築はとても良い。 プールを囲む作りが良い。パラソルやデッキチェアの数もそこそこ有った。 夜のイルミネーションが楽しい。 朝食のお粥とタラコは良かった。 レストランが期待外れ。 スタッフは頑張っているが、海鮮の食材は館山の名に失礼なほど。 ビュッフェの食べ物が直ぐなくなる。醤油がテーブルにないので、刺身コーナーに置いてある醤油がしょっちゅう空っぽ。ジャーのご飯すら空になり、補給を待つ。朝食のトースターは10年前の代物のようで、温度が低く焼き上がりに時間がかかり、パンを焼く為に行列。諦めて焼かない客が何人もいた。 色々なものが空になる。朝夕食共、ドリンクにティーバッグがない。ソフトドリンクとも旧型マシーンのみでまずい。そのマシーンの紅茶はレモンティーのみ。せめてストレートティーが欲しかった。 ティーバッグを置かないビュッフェは他で見たことがない。 朝食の卵やベーコンなどは合宿飯。朝夕食共、徹底した経費節減を感じる。スカイラーク系のビュッフェの方がはるかに良い。 歯ブラシが酷くて買いに行った。 歯磨きペーストが袋入りなのを初めて見た。一回スティックを破ると蓋が出来ない。捨てたいが、再度もらうと歯ブラシを使わず捨てるので心苦しい。 部屋のお茶はスティックの粉緑茶のみ。 大浴場は有るが、タオル類は部屋にしかなく、それを入れるカゴや袋はない。ドアを少し開けておくラッチ？がなく、取り外した後がある。壊れたけど、付けないのだろう。 部屋の家具も悪い。チェストもない。 クローゼットの上は夏なのに毛布が乗せられていて利用できない。滞在中の衣類の置き場に困った。 プールがあるのに、部屋以外の館内トイレが少な過ぎる。 レストラン近く、プール近く、ロビー脇、男女とも個室は1つ。2つ有っても1つは和式でいつも列が出来ている。子供たちは可哀想。 10時チェックアウトも、リゾートホテルとは思えない。レイトチェックアウトもしぶる。 このホテルは、必要経費を抑えるだけ抑える事に重点を置いているのを感じる。リゾートホテルに泊まって貧しい気持ちになった。

- Nuttall (4/5): Disappointing customer service in a tired hotel. Has so much potential but needs refurbishment - If you like the beach and being in a remote area then the location is good. There is also a restaurant that’s 5 minute drive from the hotel called Boss Surfdiner which is amazing! 1) Staff: the staff (especially the foreign staff) seem really detached, disinterested and unfriendly, as well as lacking in basic customer service skills. On our first night we asked if we could eat in the hotel restaurant and pay for it. The two young foreign night staff on reception told us the restaurant was fully booked even though the restaurant looked empty, however when my wife spoke to the senior Japanese staff member in the restaurant, he told us they had barely anybody eating in as the hotel is barely half full. In the end we decided to eat out and I’m so glad we did because we found a great restaurant 5 minutes away called Boss Surfdiner. Also, whilst we were at Bar Orca in the hotel, the female foreign staff member was sat on her phone. This also happened with the male staff member the following night in the bar and was even taking personal calls whilst working. 2) Aesthetic of the hotel is very old, worn down and tired. It feels like it’s a hotel that’s either under poor management or has just been forgotten about by the owners, or both. It seriously needs refurbishment as it still feels stuck in the 1990’s. 3) They could only clean the room once during our stay. Which if they are under staffed that’s absolutely fine and understandable, however the hotel only felt 10% full whilst we were there. 4) one of the staff members left the staff door open which revealed all of the futons piled on top of each other in quite a dirty and messy room. This would never be shown to guests in a hotel that cares about its customers.

- Masuto (6/5): - 全体的に建物の老朽化は否めませんが、気取らない旅行であれば良いと思います。 宿泊したのは展望露天風呂の並びの部屋でした。 部屋の内装はリニューアルされていてとても綺麗でした。ただ、廊下を足音が気になります。特に早朝は足音で何回も起きてしまいました。 夕朝のバイキングは普通な感じです。海の近くなので魚もあります。そこそこ新鮮な感じでした。それ以外を含めて可もなく不可もなくといった印象です。悪くはないですが感動もしませんでした。

- Kowshik (6/5): - The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room. Honestly, it felt like staying in a business hotel in city, not a relaxing resort type.

- Yukiko (8/5): - 家族旅行でコテージに宿泊しました。ベッドが4台あるお部屋で広々していました。（建物は少々古い匂がしますが、ご愛嬌） 食事はバイキングの種類が豊富で、お刺身も、海鮮丼も、ステーキもデザートも、とても美味しかったです。スタッフの方がみな優しくて、それも嬉しく。（夫婦でアルコール飲み放題にし、更に盛り上がりました！） また、温泉が2つありとってもいいお湯でした。館山駅からの無料送迎バスを利用させていただきましたが、大変助かりました。のんびり2泊素敵な旅行になりました。ありがとうございます。

- めぐみ (8/5): - 古い作りだが凄く景色が綺麗。 海が近いので海風が強く廊下は砂多め。 接客はいい人もいれば、ちょっと業務的で冷たく見える人もいる。時にフロントの人。笑顔があんまりない。 気にしない人はいいかも。 レストランはビュッフェ形式で案内する人はとても丁寧でした。 料理の種類は沢山あって良かったです。刺身は少し筋があって固かったです。 部屋は綺麗な感じですが、冬だったので乾燥が凄く喉痛かったです。 加湿器あったらもっと最高でした。 事前に電話で寝相が悪いのでベッドツインをくっつけたいですと要望をお伝えしたら、トリプルの部屋でベッドをくっつけてくれ子ども用にベッドガードつけてくれたり子連れの配慮は凄く嬉しかったです。 建物周辺に食べ物屋さんがない為車で探すがビュッフェで食事付を選んだ方がいいかと思います。ホテル内にBARもあるが味はまぁまぁです。 1階と4階にお風呂が付いており、1階は露天風呂が楽しめサウナもあるので色々楽しめます。 4階はシンプルなお風呂が一人のみ。展望と書いてあるが、窓が片方しか空いておらず、展望できず残念。 ただ外観や部屋の雰囲気は最高なので、コテージなどでまた家族で来てもいいかなと思いました。

- fujio (8/5): - 敷地は広大で経年経過はあるが随時リニューアルされている。宿泊棟との間は屋根がないのが気になるが、4階の露天風呂は改装されていて良好！ 特に食堂スタッフは海外の方々だが、挨拶も気持ちよくてきぱきと対応されていて良かった。 バイキングの刺身は期待したが、鮮度の関係かあまり美味しくなかったので改善を期待したい。 その他の料理は、種類も多く味も良くご飯が進み良かったです。
