• Patrick (10/5): Die schönste Aussicht und die herzlichsten Gastgeber – Absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Belvedere hält, was der Name verspricht: Es bietet die wahrscheinlich schönste Aussicht auf Astypalea! Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die venezianische Burgruine in der Altstadt, die Windmühlen in der Bucht und das weite, blaue Meer. Die Apartments/Zimmer sind wunderschön, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Unser Appartement mit dem über eine kleine Treppe erhöhten Bett war liebevoll gestaltet und zeugte von großer Detailverliebtheit. Von der Küchenzeile (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank) bis hin zu den Pflegeprodukten im Bad stimmte alles. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Maria und ihre Familie sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die wir je kennengelernt haben. Schon die Abholung von der Fähre durch Maria und Kostas war eine große Hilfe, da der Ort Astypalea sehr stufig angelegt ist und man zum Belvedere einiges an Stufen gehen muss (man sollte gut zu Fuß sein!). Im Kühlschrank wartete eine Begrüßung und wir wurden zwischendurch immer wieder mit kleinen, lieben Aufmerksamkeiten (Kuchen, Kaffee, etc.) überrascht und verwöhnt. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war die schönste auf unserer gesamten Reise. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Astypalea ist ein phantastisch schöner, stufig angelegter Ort. Bademöglichkeiten sind im Hafen zu Fuß erreichbar, für weitere Strände empfiehlt sich ein Motorroller oder ein Auto. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert! Herzlichen Dank an Maria und ihre Familie.
• Federico (10/5): Abbiamo passato una settimana ad Astypalia e ed è stata una vacanza meravigliosa anche per il soggiorno . Un a piccola s - Struttura con una posizione incredibile : vista meravigliosa sulla chora , parcheggio davanti l entrata e in accoglienza da parte di Maria che non ha eguali . Assolutamente nulla , anche se la stanza è molto piccola , la pulizia , l accoglienza di Maria rendono tutto perfetto
• Mary (10/5): Θα ξανάρθουμε ! - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ζεστό κ φιλόξενο περιβάλλον. Οι οικοδεσπότες υποδειγματικοί κ πολύ αγαπητοί. Η Λούση (η σκυλίτσα μου) ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της κ αυτό τα λέει όλα !

• Marina (10/5): - Μια καταπληκτική επιλογή διαμονής, value for money που τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Το κατάλυμα ξεχωρίζει για την τοποθεσία-θέα του, την καθαριότητα και την αισθητική του. Η οικοδέσποινα, κυρία Μαρία, ένας ευγενέστατος και φιλόξενος άνθρωπος, μας κατατόπισε πλήρως για τα must μέρη στο νησί ενώ πρέπει να αναφερθεί, πως της αξίζει δικαιωματικά ο τίτλος για την ωραιότερη σπιτική μπουγάτσα!!!
• ILIAS (10/5): Αστυπάλαια =Belvedere - Δεν θα βρείτε σε όλο το νησί ,για να μην γράψω σε όλο το αιγαίο ,καλύτερη οικοδέσποινα από την Μαρία . Υπέροχα δωμάτια ,θέα,τοποθεσία ,τα πάντα . Η Μαρία θα σας φέρει μπουγατσουλα σπιτική (καλύτερη και από της Θεσσαλονίκης 😂, κουλουράκι θεσσαλόνικης (απλά σε XL size ) και θα σας δώσει όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειάζεστε για το νησί . Τα χαιρετίσματα Μαρία μου ,να είσαι πάντα καλά και σε ευχαριστούμε . Δεν μου άρεσε που έφυγα από την Αστυπάλαια .

• Anisa (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, amazing view, very clean and comfortable room. Maria is really kind and helpful, she will make you feel like you’re home. Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Lisa (10/5): Absolutely perfect for 5 night stay - Everything was perfect. Maria is simply the most lovely, gracious host you could ask for. Her hospitality started when she met us as we came off the ferry at 02.00am, and continued with occasional little surprises delivered to our room throughout our stay The rooms are beautifully decorated and there is a large terrace offering amazing views over the harbour and up to the Chora. Location wise, it was an easy 1.1 km walk up to the Chora where there was an excellent range of restaurants The walk down to the harbour was also around 1km.. Very easy to walk down, and a few steps to deal with on the way back, but not too bad! We even walked over to Livadia beach (2kms) and just got the bus back to our doorstep Bonus: the neighbour had a beautiful flowering bougainvillea which provides a lovely backdrop for photos I often go to Tilos island for a quiet peaceful stay. This was my first time in Astypaliai and I will be returning and will definitely stay at Maria's Belvedere Studios. Thank you for everything, Maria xx! Lisa and Debbie. ( The NZ Kiwi sisters )

• Stavroula (10/5): Amazing stay in Chora - The room is very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, with great view and amazing location. The decor manages to combine modern elements to the traditional architectural style of the island. The owner is the one of the kindest people I've met in my life, super helpful and hospitable. Definitely recommend!
• Glenn (10/5): I would never choose anywhere else to stay on Astypalaia after discovering Belvedere. - I had never been to Astypalaia and was fortunate enough to choose Belvedere based on price and ratings. I could not be more pleased with the accommodation and hosting of Belvedere, absolutely magical in every way. Beautiful host, beautiful property, perfect location within the bay. There was nothing I experienced on my stay that I did not like. Even the rain/ thunderstorms were to be enjoyed from a great view in my apartment.
