- Terrie (8/5): Everything was great. - This hotel is a little bit old school but everything was great. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the room size was excellent ( four times the size of my other rooms this trip!) Would love to stay again.

- CHEE WHEE (8/5): A pleasant two nights stay in this hotel. - Wonderful guest lounge where you can have free flow of hot drink, cold drink and various local wine. It is spacious for group of friends to sit down, drink and chat, or simply to relax. Opening hour is from 3:00pm to around 10:00pm. Quite difficult to find the route to the hotel, perhaps place route signs at road junction can help to ease the problem.

- 田中 (6/5): 少し心り残りがあり残念に思います。 - フロントスタッフの対応が良かった、 夕食時のレストランスタッフの気配り、目配りが足りない。 Ｂｏｏｋｉｎｇに対して。夕食に土地の恵み洋風ステーキをお願いしていましたが、出された料理は、土地の恵み会席でした。ホテルに確認しましたが、土地の恵み会席でＢｏｏｋｉｎｇより連絡が来ているとの事で実際に書類も確認させて頂きました。どう考えてもＢｏｏｋｉｎｇ側の連絡ミスだと思います。

- MAMI (10/5): ゆっくりできて、癒されました。 - 子供の大学受験で利用させて頂きました。食事が美味しかったです。特に、夕食の土佐牛のステーキ。スタッフの方々の対応もすごく良かったです。また、大浴場も貸し切り状態でゆっくりと浸かることができ、癒されました。ありがとうございました。 お風呂上がりに、棒付きバニラアイスを食べようと、チェックインしておきゃくラウンジを利用した時に思っていましたが、無くなっていたのが残念でした。
- はつ (8/5): 久しぶりの温泉付きホテル - 温泉も入れて、おつまみ食べ放題飲み放題のラウンジもあり、食事2食付きで、夜食にラーメンもあり、お得なお値段で泊まれて良かったです。 スタッフさんもみなさん笑顔が素敵で、気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。 また、機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。 電車の旅で、雨が降っていたし、初めて行く場所なので、無人駅から、キャリーバック片手に坂道を登っていくので少し大変でしたが、十分歩いて行ける距離でした。 電車も１時間に1本ほどしかないので、車で行くなら問題ないと思います。

- KWAN (5/5): 旅程中经过高知，住一晚，浸温泉，嚐懷石料理，全達到，但是以3695.66HKD就貴了些，水準未似預期。 - 浴池開放时間長，基本上可以一曰浸幾次，而且人不多，有足够空間慢慢浸。酒店分時段提供不同的小食，拉面，大堂24小時提供自助冷飲及雪條。 房間比預期細, 設施很陳舊，清潔度一般。3早晚餐都豐富，但沒驚喜，只是一人一份的團餐，質素味道一般。自駕到酒店的路有点挑戰，路窄而且弯曲，宜用小車。
