We had to show our creditcard receipt in order to convince them otherwise. We didn't receive any apologies. Also, the floor carpet of the room was stained.

- Mélissa (6/5): Acceptable mais pas plus - Le personnel est gentil et l'hôtel est juste à côté de la gare. La clim/chauffage uniquement en japonais est impossible à régler et trop bruyante même avec des boules quies. La couverture était trop fine. Le mobilier est vieillot, la moquette tachée, et évitez de regarder sous le lit concernant la propreté. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais alors il faut tout traduire et ca peut être compliqué de communiquer avec eux.

- TAKEO (5/5): 落ち着いたホテルですが - 元々はレストラン、屋上ビアガーデンなどを持つシティホテル。ユニットバスがタイル張りなど設備は当時のものとしては良い。駅から近く、コンビニは目の前。 が、さすがに古さを感じるのが残念。床のカーペットはそろそろ取り替えどき。以前営業していた和食レストラン、ビアガーデンは営業しておらず、夕食は外に行く必要あり。

Air conditioning was poor and was tempted to ask for qn upgrade room. We were only there for one night so put up with the uncomfortable heat. My husband went out and purchased hand held fans to help us remain cool. The reception staff were very welcoming. Air conditioning in rooms is poor.

- Ososk (10/5): Nada mejor ni a mejor precio junto a la estacion - Grata sorpresa! No esperabamos mucho, parece el tipico hotel de negocios, pero tiene algunas habitaciones japonesas. El personal es mas que agradable y simpatico, aun sin coincidir en el idioma son encantadores y serviciales. La habitacion limpia, futon tipico, cerca de la estacion y frente a un konbini en el que trabaja un señor mayor super simpatico. Nada, fue una sorpresa, ninguna queja!

As many of the busses and the tram pass by the Station, it is easy for those who want yo 5ake public transport to the castle or spa to do so. We had some trouble locating a restaurant to eat dinner, and would have appreciated some indications at the hotel. In fact, there are several very close by, and we had a good dinner but it was very hot on the days we were there, so walking very far was difficult. For such days, a map in the room with restaurants and their cuisines in a word (in English and Japanese, perhaps) would be useful to enhance the stsy
