Guest Reviews
- Meng Tee (9/5): A comfortable stay with good food - The dinner and breakfast are served restaurant-style with a table and dishes already laid out for you, along with waitstaff. The room is quite large and the balcony has a view of the lake.
The balcony sliding door can be opened and it provides a great flow of fresh air.
A single complimentary serving of mochi and tea is provided with the room. There were especially strong winds on the night we stayed and it rattled the balcony door. Closing it mitigates the problem, but you get the sound of howling winds instead.
For a large room there aren't a lot of AC power points to work with.

- Cameron (10/5): - This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are a little dated by current standards but the view and the staff make up for that.
The dining experience was great and the hostess was so helpful and genuine. The food was excellent.
We when on the morning cruise with departed from the lakefront of the hotel. The hotel provides a breakfast bento to eat while you cruise.
So happy we stayed here.
- Alfred pk (10/5): - As it is located lakeside, it has great view of the lake. It has a great resort feel.
- Anavaj (8/5): - The public bath is very beautiful over looking the lake.
- H&I-D (8/5): - Good hotel, good pricing. We liked the boat breakfast tour in the morning. Japanese rooms are nice but one needs to be fine with sleeping on a futon, but that is a personal thing. Service abd kindness always good as most places in Japan.
