- Gianni (9/5): Da rifare - La posizione del hotel è fantastica. Il personale mi ha gentilmente prestato la bicicletta per fare il bucato, risparmiando parecchio tempo. La colpa non è dell’hotel, ma di certe persone che non si accorgono di fare casinò, sopratutto in bagno dove la plastica aumenta i rumori.

- Ingrid (9/5): - The beds are very comfortable, and the location and staff are excellent. This hotel is within walking distance from the station. It takes about 15 minutes. The air conditioner was not working, so we slept with the window open.

- TING-AN (8/5): - 從盛岡車站走路約15分鐘，附近有公車站牌。 鶴羽藥妝（免稅）走路5分鐘，附近也有一般鶴羽藥妝店。走路到盛岡城跡公園5分鐘，飯店地理位置雖然距離車站遠一些，但算是可接受。 床偏硬，好睡，整體設施不錯，插座很多足夠。房間大小ok,舒適度夠。 房間有過敏源，同行家人有過敏。 房間缺少馬克杯只有玻璃杯，不懂這樣怎麼裝熱水泡茶。

Amazing bar- worth the stay alone. Nothing of note - maybe complicated parking instructions but we have been twice so are getting it now as English speakers

- GirlWander (9/5): One for the shortlist. - Out of the many budget to mid-range hotels I have stayed in throughout Japan, this one would have to be the best to date. The room size was extremely generous and even included a sizeable living area. The room facilities were also very good, as were the common facilities provided. This hotel is definitely on my shortlist for future trips to Japan. Personally, I couldn’t fault the place and would say that it even exceeded my expectations. The walk from the station was about 15 minutes; which might impact those with lots of luggage. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

- MSJ (10/5): Great hotel in the middle of Morioka. - The room was bigger than your usual Japanese hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English, but didn't mind me trying to speak Japanese. The location is good. Walk-able from the train station and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, shopping and conbini's. The castle ruins park and shrine are a 5 minute walk away. Very comfortable and clean room. A large and cozy Starbucks in the front entrance of the hotel which seemed nice and give a bit more "life" to the hotel area. No laundry facilities but found a coin-laundry 10min walk from the hotel.

- Opas (3/5): หนีปายยยยยย - ที่ตั้งดี ใกล้รา้นอาหาร ที่ซื้อของ แต่ที่จอดรถไกลนะ ต้องเดินไกลพอสมควร ต้องเอากระเป๋ามาลงก่อน แล้ววนไปจอด ต้องแอบๆ จอดซอยข้างๆ แปะๆเอา โรงแรมบอกว่ามี Air conditioner แต่....มันมีแค่ Heater ที่ปรับไม่ได้ ตอนนอนอึดอัด ไม่มีอากาศถ่ายเทที่ดีเลย พัดลมมีให้ยืม แต่ไม่เพียงพอ เปิดหน้าต่างได้นะ แต่เสียงดังมากก็ต้องปิดอยุ่ดี สุดท้ายใช้เครื่องฟอกอากาศ แทนพัดลม จะบ้าตาย นอนแทบไม่หลับทั้งคืน
