- Jeongae (10/5): 강력 추천! - JR, 버스, 택시, 노면전차 등 모든 교통 수단을 이용하기 편했고, 다른 호텔에 비해 방이 넓고 전망이 좋았습니다. 청결은 말할 것도 없고요.

- yu_take (8/5): Location and staff were great but not the centralised air-conditioning system - The location of it being opposite JR Kochi station was great. Our room faced the station and I can see the trains and trams from our room. We hired a car from Toyota car rental and having the car rental office next to this hotel was a bonus. Staff was friendly and provided good service in all our interactions. The centralised airconditioning made the room too warm for the weather. We couldn't change to make it cooler and the hotel also couldn't change it to make it cooler. So our room was stuffy and it wasn't great that we had to open our windows to let the air in (as there wasn't much cool air coming through and it was too noisy with the cars and can smell the car fumes).

- JOHN (9/5): Nice hotel in a great location. - It is in a very convenient location, right in front of the train station. It is a short walk from all kinds of restaurants and stores, and local transportation is abundant. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It has the layout of a typical Japanese urban hotel, which means the room is quite small by US standards. It was hard to find enough room to open up two medium size suitcases and still have room to walk around the bed.

- Romain (8/5): Excellent location near Kochi Station with friendly staff and very efficient housekeeping - The hotel is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from Kochi Station, making it very convenient for transport. It is also within walking distance of key areas such as Aeon Mall (around 10 minutes), Hirome Market and the shopping arcade (10–15 minutes). Several convenience stores and a supermarket are also nearby. The staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping was efficient and well done, contributing to a comfortable stay. While the hotel is well located and comfortable, the overall experience remains fairly standard for the price range, without any standout features or amenities.

Some staff are unprofessional. Paid for a parking ticket in the hotel that was useless. Was not immediately given a ticket for breakfast despite having paid for it online.
- 方 (7/5): 良かったです。 - 駅に近いのが何よりの利点でした。高知駅に着いて、すぐに休めるのはありがたかったです。 喫煙部屋を間違って予約していたのを、快くその場で、変更して頂いた。 部屋も清潔で、ベッドも心地よかった。 荷物の預かりサービスも利用させて頂いた。朝食がちょうど良い量で、とてもおいしかった。 ユニットバスにお湯を入れて浸かろうとしたが、とても狭く、ゆったり浸かることができなかった。 トイレ周りのスペースが狭く、トイレのフタが使用している時にも何度も降りてくるので、鬱陶しかった。
