• Sonja (5/5): Ocekivali smo vise za novac koji smo dali. - Ima dovoljno prostora . Ima mesto za svu ski opremu. Blizu je gondole Prostorije su poluprazne. Imate kuhinju ali nemate posudje ( niti jedan sud ), ni dzezvu za vodu. Sto se dorucka tice cesto je falilo jaja. Ocena za ponudu dorucka nije u skladu sa cenama. 5/10 ocena. Los internet izuzetno. Mi smo poneli laptopove sa ciljem da radimo iz hotela i na kraju smo internet dodatno platili jer je hotelski bio uzasan.

• stephanie (9/5): Welcoming, clean, comfortable & warm. - Spacious 2 bed 2 bath 3 balconies bright and warm very clean. Didn’t expect it to be cleaned every day as apartment so that was a bonus! Pool lovely and shuttle was fabulous. Manager and Slavi were so helpful and welcoming. The walk at night to town was a bit off road in the dark so need a torch! Better road surface would benefit the curbside appeal of the hotel and a clear up in the surrounding area to the hotel to make views more pleasant.

• Thomas (9/5): Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend of skiing, comfortable and great location - All the staff were very helpful, a really good team who were available, and happy to chat and provide us with whatever we asked. The location was great, very close to the gondola and plenty of good restaurants, a supermarket, shops, ski rental etc. very close by. Also close enough to the old town for us to wander out in the evening. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast. Overall great value for money. The sauna didn't seem to be working when we were there, it was fine as I wasn't really bothered and the steam room was functioning well. It would have been nice for the spa / pool to open a bit earlier, however the staff, very helpfully, offered to open the spa early, though wasn't possible for the pool.

• Hristina (8/5): Топло, приятно и вкусна храна - Местоположението на хотела е много добро. Беше топло, дори имаше и подово отопление в стаята. Бяхме в апартамент с 1 спалня и беше просторно. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. На рецепция ни посрещна много любезно момче, което ни обясни всичко подробно. Като цяло, персоналът е много учтив и отзивчив. Басейнът ни разочарова, защото беше студен, а ние бяхме с малки деца и не можехме да го използваме. Детският кът също може малко да се подобри.

• Alberto (9/5): - La posizione molto vicina alle piste da sci. I servizi all'interno dell'hotel e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale parlava inglese e questo a Bansko non è scontato. La stanza era spaziosa. Si potevano migliorare tante cose. Mancano le prese della corrente nel bagno ed uno specchio nella stanza. La stanza la notte era fredda perchè le finestre lasciano entrare il freddo dall'esterno (chiudete le tende per non far entrare il freddo). I cuscini erano troppo morbidi ed erano solamente 3 in una stanza con due persone all'interno. L'acqua della piscina interna non era abbastanza calda. Colazione con poca scelta.

• Chloros (8/5): - Είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μας άρεσε που το δωμάτιο ήταν διαθέσιμο από πολύ νωρίς. Το παραλάβαμε στις 10:30 αντι για τις 2 που ήταν το αναμενόμενο. Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Η μετακίνηση από το ξενοδοχείο στην γόνδολα με το βανακι ήταν πολύ τακτική ο δε οδηγός εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Το φαγητό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και αρκετά νόστιμο. Γενικά η διαμονή ήταν ικανοποιητική και μέσα στις προσδοκίες μας. Σίγουρα το συστήνουμε. Θα θέλαμε τα έπιπλα στο δωμάτιο να είναι καλύτερα και πιο σύγχρονα. Νομίζω οτι χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση. Επίσης στον μπουφέ θα ήθελα λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.

Шведский стол в ресторане, очень вкусный, разнообразное меню. СПА-услуги на высшем уровне. Огромное спасибо массажистке. Человек знает свое дело. Персонал очень приветливый и всегда готовы решить любые вопросы без замедления. Хотелось бы вернуться в отель и весной. Процветания отелю и адекватных посетителей!

В детският кът няма нито една здрава играчки , само счупени части. Има плюшени играчки, които са много мръсни. В ресторанта мирише! Момичето на рецепцията е там само , за да не е празен стола. Два пъти трябваше да ми върне ресто, то беше едно лутане , едно обикаляне и накрая ми каза "ами дотук ,немога да ви върна повече". В залата за игри жетоните от 1 лев са станали 1 евро.

• Bisera (7/5): Nice location and close to gondola, the pool and spa is not child-friendly. - We stayed at Parklands Hotel in Bansko as a family and found the experience generally comfortable. The hotel has a nice location, very close to the gondola, with easy access to nearby areas, and the building itself felt warm and well-heated, which is important when visiting in winter. Overall, it was a practical and suitable option for a short family stay. During our stay, there were road construction works around the hotel, which made access a bit inconvenient at times (very muddy) and affected the surroundings. Also made moving with a stroller a bit difficult. In addition, the spa area wasn’t very suitable for small children in winter, as the pool water didn’t feel warm enough. While these points may be temporary or subjective, they did slightly impact our overall experience.

Επίσης το ασανσέρ συνέχεια κουνιόταν και μια φορά έκλεισε πανό στο χέρι μου πόλι απότομα. Δηλαδή μπορούσε άνετα να πατήσει. Το βανακι που μετέφερε κόσμο προς το μέρος που σκι αρνήθηκε να μας πάει. Και απάντηση ήταν μόνο σε αυτούς που κάνουν σκι. Εμείς δηλαδή που ενοικαζουμε από πάνω δεν μας άξιζε να μας πάνε. Τέλος πάντων. Δεν θα ξαναπάω.
• Liviu (1/5): A scam price for new year eve stay in Bankso. - Never come back, not recommend to anyone We ended up paying extra 130 eur per night for 2 children, although the advertised price show on booking INCLUDED the 2 children (with real ages set). I have no problem to pay 500eur per night, but not for a 2 star hotel which presents itself as “4 star”

Well I decided to edit my review after reading the review from another person who stayed at the hotel the same dates. I have done many times reservations through booking.com and never had this happen to me. I AM PRETTY SURE that I had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children but when we arrived at the hotel the lady told me that my booking was only for 2 adults and we had to pay for the kids extra. I was very surprised because I was more than sure that I had booked for 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 10 years old. I don't know if it is just a coincidence or if it is something that has to be checked by booking.com....

Or from these guys who were going out for a smoke. Spa fasilities a bit overused without maintenance. Very dirty, smelly jacuzzi. Nice big pool, i would prefer to be a bit warmer as it was luke warm to cold.

Ontbijt en diner zijn redelijk / eenvoudig maar voor ons niet voor aantal dagen achtereen. Pool / Sauna e.d. Zijn netjes OK. Appartement met twee slaapkamers was groot / ruim maar kaal ingericht en kookplaat / over waren uitgeschakeld..?! Personeel aardig en parkeren binnen onder hotel prima. Algehele staat pand is gedateerd en niet in verhouding tot prijs. Ontbijt / diner en gebruik kunnen maken van keuken in appartement voor eenvoudige dingen. De weg naar hotel is momenteel bouwweg / slecht.

• Kristina (2/5): I cannot recommend this hotel - The clean room and staff on restorant. Our stay at Parklands Hotel & Pool in Bansko was deeply unsatisfactory. The only real positive we can point out is that the rooms were kept very clean. Sadly, that was the extent of the good aspects. However, the most disturbing part of our stay was the attitude of the front desk staff. Specifically, Ms. Rayna Cherganova, who seemed to hold a managerial or accounting position and was called to handle the situation personally, acted in an extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional way. When we tried to address our concerns regarding misleading information published on Booking.com, we did not receive any help or attempt at a fair resolution. Instead, we were coldly told that we were free to leave the hotel. This response was unacceptable and showed a serious lack of basic customer care. The only employees who demonstrated professionalism were the restaurant staff, who were courteous, respectful, and attentive. Unfortunately, their positive attitude could not make up for the overall poor experience. I cannot recommend this hotel and have no intention of staying there again.

Serviciul de închirieri echipamente super ok ( sky, clapari, bete, casca și ochelari 18 euro pe zi; chiar și pantaloni și geaca de sky găseai la ei 10 euro) Serviciul de masa ( demipensiune) a fost același în fiecare zi. Aveai ce sa mănânci, dar f ptn diversificat. Una peste alta ok, dar merita ptn îmbunătățit

• Ekaterina (5/5): The facilities were good but the service was terrible - The spa facilities were good, clean and spacious, the water temperature was perfect. However, we went there when most of the guests were skiing so I'm not sure if it would have been spacious enough if we went there in the evening. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was simple but tasted very good, like a homemade food. The staff were really unprofessional, did not speak any English and were not attentive to guests at all, having the 'I don't care' mask on the face. The WiFi in our room didn't work and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said 'what can I do?' without even trying to check it. There were not juices or coffee at the dinner forcing guests to pay for drinks at the bar.

• Irene (9/5): - The room is very large and clean, with a big comfortable bed and all the necessary kitchen facility. The swimming pool and the SPA were clean and functioning well. The staff is super friendly. The location is a bit far from the center in the neighborhood that seems to be still under construction.

• Rumyana (8/5): I’m would stay there againand could recommend it to a friend - The location was great we had a massive balcony with Vihren as a view. The room was huge, clean and comfortable The bar on reception works 24/7 so we managed to get coffees at 4am The SPA area is very nice and clean we used it with pleasure If I have to be very picky but that didn’t spoil our stay at all: There was no air conditioning in the room and durin the day got quite hot. It cooled down at night with the doors and windows open. The restaurant was not working so no breakfast was on offer I understand it’s only during summer but nowhere was mentioned when I was booking it. There’s a note in the room that states “your first drink is on us” but we never had our first drink free 😊
• World_adventurer (7/5): Nothing special, not terrible - I had a relaxing stay at Parklands Hotel. One of the highlights was how quiet the place was—I got to enjoy the pool all to myself and had uninterrupted workouts at the gym, which was a rare treat. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant. I specifically booked a studio so I could use the kitchenette, but was disappointed to find out that you have to pay extra just to have electricity turned on for it. I couldn’t even boil eggs. While they mentioned it’s written somewhere that the kitchenette is available for an additional charge, I find it quite stingy to advertise a studio with kitchenette and then limit its use unless you pay more. This should be more clearly stated upfront. The other downside was that the jacuzzi was not very clean.

• Calmic Alexei (7/5): - Location was nice, near the mountains and ski lift. Good amnesties, looked like a renovated clean apartment. Comfortable main bed. Sofa bed not so comfortable. There were no outside bars for Windows being on the top floor. Quite dangerous for children as they were able to open the windows themselves (suggestion to evaluate this) There were no mosquito nets, especially now during summer (suggestion to evaluate this).

• Veselin (9/5): Overall a very pleasant stay, great value for money - The apartment we stayed in was amazing - very very spacious, well equipped, perfectly clean, nice views towards the mountain. Parking was freely available around the property. Staff was very helpful and ready to answer any queries. Turned out the restaurant in the property wasn't working - not a pleasant surprise for us. Would be good to update this information in Booking. Also the swimming pool is very big and deep - great for adults, but not child friendly, especially for little kids (2 and 3 yo)
• Alexander (9/5): - Excellent hotel, quiet and clean. Peaceful area away from the crowds. I got a very spacious studio, comfortably furnished. Fully equipped kitchenette yet all appliances are disabled (unexpected decision but it was clearly communicated, so not a surprise) There is ambient music all around the hotel, including, for some odd reasons, in the private bathrooms.
