Lage ist sehr gut hat alles in der Nähe wie 7eleven oder Wascherei oder Imbiss Möglichkeiten. Frühstück für Europäische Ferien Gäste zu wenig Auswahl. Die ersten 2 Tage Geschmack in dem Zimmer von Vierbeiner🐩🦮.

Забита раковина, плохо стекает вода. Мало плечиков. Один стул в номере для троих. На троих почему-то два комплекта полотенец.

• Mehrnoosh (1/5): Disappointing, dirty place with rude staff - Location was close to the beach We booked 4 rooms for 8 guests and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. From the moment we checked in, it was disappointing. The toilet in our room had pee around it, and when we asked housekeeping to clean it, they used the same sponge to wipe inside the toilet and then used that same sponge to clean our drinking glasses—absolutely disgusting and completely unhygienic for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. The room we were given was not even the same as what was advertised on Booking.com. When we complained, the staff flat-out refused to change it. This kind of false advertising is unacceptable. Breakfast was another scam. Our booking on Booking.com clearly included breakfast for 2 adults per room at a price of ~$20 AUD (400 baht), yet the hotel tried to charge us double (800 baht instead of 400) saying it was per person. Only after arguing did they finally agree that it should be included for 2 guests. The hotel charges for the most basic items. No toothbrushes or basic amenities were provided—something even budget hotels offer—and then they had the audacity to charge 20 baht for a toothbrush. For a so-called 5 star hotel, this is beyond ridiculous. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us 250 baht for a pillowcase they claimed was dirty, when in fact it was already stained because their cleaning service is far below any acceptable standard. On top of all this, the place was eerily empty—there was not a single other guest in the entire hotel. It felt like a dead, haunted house, and it’s no wonder why: the experience is far below expectations, dishonest, and unsanitary. Too bad we are leaving to return to Australia, otherwise we would have taken court action against this hotel for their disgusting cleaning practices and the way they jeopardize customer health and safety just to save money on proper cleaning products. Overall, this hotel is misleading, unhygienic, and constantly trying to overcharge guests.

• Robert (2/5): Very poor Customer Service!! - Not much How this property is rated 5 stars is beyond me ??? I have stayed at 3 star properties much nicer than this hotel. For the price that I paid I was expecting more AND much much better service!! Customer Service was lacking horribly… I can list a dozen examples but the one that really got me was having to wait 10 minutes when checking out for them to “inspect” our rooms. Unbelievable!! On a side note… this property obviously caters to extremely rude Chinese travelers, my stay here was uncomfortable and by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

• Kenneth (9/5): The hotel is clean and in a good location, and besides, the beds were nicely soft - On our journey, we stayed in four different hotels on various islands before Terra Nara. This is the best hotel of the trip and is in a slightly quieter area of Pattaya. + Everything essential is within walking distance, including food restaurants, bars, massage parlors, markets, and, of course, the Terminal 21 shopping center. + The rooms are tidy, the bed is comfortably soft, and the air conditioning works well. + There was never any congestion during breakfast. - The breakfast was reasonable, but if you crave European culinary experiences, there could be more options. - The pool slide was very slippery, and caution is advised while using it. - Our room had very few pieces of furniture. It was clearly lacking some chair/sofa and a table.

Close to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Great value for the money The cinematic room system - the projector, difficult to set up. Air con slightly noisy There is no air con in the lobby, bar, reception and hallways. Since it’s very hot, you can’t really use the hotel bar for example. No spa facilities and the pool area has very little sun beds. No towels available. Not the hotel’s fault, but due to the location, very noisy (you can hear the bass from 10 pm to 4-5 am).
