- Zaryab (5/5): - Initially the room was given was very bad and ac was not working but after strict complaints they provided a new room which was good, neat and clean Hotel manager was very helping and cooperative but house keeping staff was ignoring complaints but after talking manager problem was solved

- Lion (7/5): Feedback for The Eden - Decent hotel. The reception staff is good and cooperative. Good connectivity Breakfast was somewhat monotonous. Kitchen timing needs improvement big time. The hotel's kitchen timings are 8 am to 8 pm which means if you arrive late in the hotel, you have to purchase food from outside. The menu card has a fixed number of food but not all the items are available. Need to wrap food and breakfast to keep it warm while serving in the room. Tea should be in a pot along with cups. Instead one gets tea in a cup with no cover The Hotel need reasonable crockery. Bedsheet, taps, exhaust fan, intercom phone, hand faucet needs repair.
