かっぱ (7/5): - 部屋の様子が写真とあまりにも違ったあたかも露天風呂付きの客室が普通の風呂だった大浴場は凄く良かったダブルの部屋がセミダブルのベッド　事前に確認はされましたけど・・・
Nobuo (9/5): また来たいと思いました。 - 掃除が行き届いていたのがすごくよかった。やや神経質なほうだが、滞在中気持ち悪いと思うことがほとんどなかった。また、フロントをはじめスタッフの方がとても感じよかった。とくにありませんが、しいていえば浴場に置いてあるシャンプーの匂いがあまり好きではありませんでした。

智子 (7/5): 良い思い出になった - ツインのお部屋の広さお料理が美味しかった洗面台の排水口が閉じたままになっていて、水が流れなくなり、水が溜まってしまい、フロントに連絡して部屋に来てもらったところ、結果排水口の開閉ノズルが閉まったままになっていた事がわかったのですが、開閉ノズルの位置や、使用方法などがわかるようにしてもらえれば故障ではないとわかり焦ってフロントに連絡せずに済んだと思いました。
KAORI (8/5): - 夕食が食べ切れないほどたくさん用意されていました。子ども（0歳）の子の分も含まれていて出してくださったのですが、普通盛りのうどん1杯、おにぎり大きめ2個にハンバーグ、エビフライ等など、幼児用でも物凄いボリューム感にビックリしました。味も美味しかったです！平日のため、お風呂なども混んでいることもなく、朝食時のバイキングも程よい人の入り具合でした。お部屋は少しイメージよりも狭め…きっと布団が大きいからかな…？もともと敷いてあったものを畳んでもなかなかの大きさで占めていました。お部屋にマッサージチェアもありました。スタッフの方も優しくて助かりました！

Kazuyo (9/5): 又お泊まりしたいです。 - 到着時間がズレることで食事時間のついてお尋ねしたところ、非常に感じの良いご対応で楽しい食事ができました。そして温泉が最高でした。少しとろみがありツルツルしました。湯上がりも良い感じでしっとり紅葉に落ち葉の露天風呂は最高でした。ワンチャンとお泊まりできるのは良いと思います。ただお部屋で吠えるワンチャンがいたので防音できると良いです。

Leonard (8/5): Great food but far from public train transport. - The breakfast was superb. Over 35 different selections buffet. Quality of food outstanding. The a hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were the second highlight of this visit! Couldn’t eat dinner without reservations. No walk ins. Room was small but cozy. In the middle of the countryside. Shuttle needs to be available for guests.

suzanne (9/5): Great special stay close to Motegi in an awesome historic area - The hotel was just outside the beautiful town of Kitsuregawa and was lovely inside Rooms were amazing and the dinner option was first class I loved the property and the only suggestion was that the grounds looked unkept and unloved … but the actual hotel buildings inside although older were immaculate

TOMOYUKI (8/5): - 私達夫婦と娘カップルの4人で初めての家族旅行でした。4人1部屋を予約して宿泊しましたが、部屋が中で２つに分かれていてそれぞれのペアで快適に過ごすことが出来ました。食事や温泉も素晴らしく大満足で娘達との素敵な想い出に残る家族旅行となりました。

RYOSUKE (9/5): また来たい。 - 朝晩の食事は最高でした。お値段もリーズナブルで、ホテルは古めですが、清潔感あって、外国人スタッフの対応も文句なし！特になし！
Miwa (9/5): 出張中でもリラックスできる心地よい空間。 - 朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。温泉施設もゆっくり浸かれて、とても清潔で良かったです。コンビニが徒歩圏内にないからか、自販機も充実していて良かったです。唯一気になったことは廊下が多分ペット臭なのか、少し臭いがしたことです。それ以外はすごく良かったです。
Yoko (6/5): - わんちゃんと泊まれて専用入り口にはゴミ箱足拭きなどあってよかった。朝のお風呂の時間が９時までで朝食の後は入れなかったのは残念、せめて10時まで入浴できれば嬉しい。卓球台が1時間¥1100は高い。入浴時間が改善されればまた利用したい。

LuxuryCityhouse & M's House (10/5): - 家族（妻と3歳の子）で行きました。食事がとにかく美味しかったです。偏食な我が子もモリモリ食べてました。下が肥えてる方でも大満足です。食事の量が多いため、3歳には夕食はつけずに分け与えるぐらいでちょうど良い量がきます。またご飯に味噌汁は子供は無料でつけてくださいました。料理長の腕前というか味のこだわりを感じます。施設はもともとかんぽの湯だったこともあり、老朽化は感じざるを得ませんでしたが、食事然りスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、施設の古さを余っても補うぐらいだと思います。ご高齢の方や車椅子の方に優しい施設なのかも！？バリアフリーがしっかりしていて、手すりなどの配慮もありました。もっと入ってもい　良いホテルです！オススメ！

Yuji (10/5): - 出張で宿泊しましたが、温泉も朝ごはんも満足しましたのでまた行きたいと思っています。駅からの送迎バスがあることを知りませんでしたので、タクシーで4000円くらい使ってしまったが残念でしたので、次回は送迎バスを利用したいと思います。
Jens (9/5): nice onsen - this place has very large rooms and one of the best onsen around. the building is a little from the 70s or 80s. so it looks a little old - but it is very well maintained!!!
SUGAWARA (4/5): 夕食 - 夕食付きプランでないと食事が後付けできないとのことで、周りに食事するところがないので、部屋で食べるように用意していかなければいけなかった。車なら出かけることもできたろうけど、電車利用だった為、それも出来ず悲しかった。
