- Kaori (1/5): - チェックインに1時間かかった。 とにかくお風呂も食事会場も混んでいて、ぜんぜんリラックスできなかった。 エントランスのピアノを下手くそな人がずっと弾いていて耳障り。ホテルはピアノの練習場なのか？ 設備も古い。 部屋も狭い。 ベットマットレスのスプリングが剥き出しで痛すぎて眠れない

- 千晶 (2/5): 少し残念でした。 - 食事をする場所に全てではありませんが、静かに落ち着ける所があったこと 部屋の掃除がいきとどいていないこと。 置いてあるポットにみずが入っていたままで茶色く、ポット内部が汚れていたこと。拭いてみたところ、茶色い汚れがありました。 空気清浄機の加湿用の水を入れるところに水が入ったまま。 滞在中の清掃を断ることを伝えて、アメニティは外のドアのノブにかけておくということでしたが、それがなされていなかった。 Wi-Fiを部屋でも使いたかった。

- yoichi (7/5): 満足 - 駐車場は離れているが、送迎パスを出してくれてるので、外を歩く必要が無いのは良かった。食事は朝晩とも結構な種類を選べるので、好き嫌いが多くても満足出来そうで良かった。館内全てエアコンが効いてて、薄着でうろついても大丈夫だった。 部屋に置いてるコップが汚れてた。3月に行ったが、館内全てエアコンの影響で乾燥してた。
