Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. * The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. * Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Verified traveler (10/5): 温泉三昧できる宿 - 湖の畔にあり眺めが良くのんびり滞在することが出来ました。貸切風呂が露天タイプ含め3箇所、男女別の大浴場が露天タイプ含め2箇所の合計5箇所あり湯巡りを楽しめました。スタッフの方々も終止にこやかで対応も良くホスピタリティに満足。お部屋には堀ごたつもあり寒い季節にはピッタリでした。

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Traditional Hotel - Comfortable stay. Food was good. So was the onsen. It would be nice if the hotel provides drinking water at the onsen. Staff was hospitable. Hotel provides free pick up. However, delivery to the station was only available after 9 am. As we leave at 8.30 am, we have to take a taxis.

Verified traveler (8/5): 養生館 - 夫婦二人で利用しました。足湯も有り、お風呂も貸し切りで入る事が出来ました。お風呂はけして綺麗とは言えませんが湯加減も最高でした。部屋はとても清潔でゆっくりできました。綺麗な庭もありましたが、もう少し手入れが必要かと感じました。また白鳥も見かけましたよ。接客はとても気持ちの良くいい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

Verified traveler (8/5): Traditional Onsen Ryokan - A traditional onsen ryokan with wonderful lakeview. Not exactly the most convenient location if you don’t drive. Onsen facility was well maintained.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel did show some age but my room was clean and spacious. They provided new set of amenities every day. The public baths were also very large and clean with many amenities. I only booked their breakfast and it was delicious. The kitchen staff mostly spoke in Japanese but all very friendly. The hotel is by the lake so I had a nice view from my window. I came by car and they had plenty of parking. The road leading into the hotel is small so it can be easily missed, especially at night.
