Ludvík (8/5): - For a 3 star hotel very nice reception and breakfast ! Loud AC units outside behind the windows and louder fridge. Bright lights shining from the street and small bed made it uncomfortable for sleep.

Malinie (9/5): We loved our stay - The room and bathroom sizes were great for two people, and the breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel is very close to the train station. I would recommend anybody stay here when visiting Fujieda. Honestly, nothing at all. We were spending most of our time with a family friend, so we were only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. Maybe better coffee at the breakfast, but we're Melbournians and hard to please!

Kazuyo (9/5): いつも通り。ホテルは何泊か泊まると常連のお客様という感じで、ちょっと感じが良いのですが、オーレはそうでない。盆暮で何泊かずっと宿泊しているが、いつも初めてな感じの対応に少しがっかりしてます。そこそこにお高い時期の宿泊なので、よそよそしさが残 - ツインに2泊泊まりました。トイレットペーパーが二つ付いていましたが、残りが少なく少し心配でした。ストックを置いていただけると助かります。

Jasmine (5/5): Good location, but not worth the price. - The location is perfect since it's connected to Fujieda Station. Also all the purple touches because Wisteria is the flower for Fujieda (藤) were super cute. The coffeee/tea/water amenity set was probably what I liked most of the hotel. The elevators. There's horrendous signage in the hotel so when you try to walk from the car parking lot to the hotel, they don't even match floors, and the elevator connecting both sides closes at midnight. So if you have a lot of luggage, you can't even leave your car in the front while you drop it off (they don't even bother to help you either), you just gotta take it one at a time. The staff we're just stuck up in general and it's really off putting for the price and the room since it was one of the smaller ones I stayed in, although it was more expensive.

Jill (10/5): We loved the hotel so much- the staff were exceptional - Location was excellent, staff were amazing Nothing other than the breakfast- but that is more of a ‘me’ issue. It was very traditional Japanese and we’re just not used to that.

I have suggested the hotel for better English sign but not sure if they will adopt. No refund if you mistakenly put money in the machine. I believe it’s for movie watching.
