The hotel laundry can be monitored from the TV inside the room, so one knows when to go down and collect the clothes. The breakfast cost about 2000 yen but it was a feast; they even had fried oysters in unlimited numbers.

- Sakura (2/5): 最低 - 駅近と隣にコンビニがあったこと。 今回、３都市を周遊。３カ所のホテルを利用しましたが、フロント対応やお部屋の設備から考えますと、1番最低レベルと評します。 チェックイン時もデスクにあるフリップを渡され、上から目線で読み上げて、専用機で手続きするよう偉そうに指示されまして、手続きした後ちゃんと出来てるか確認しに来ました。失礼極まりない。説明したプリントもくれませんでしたし、フロントがやればと。また、宿泊前に高齢者が泊まる旨は伝えてましたが、ここ以外は車いすを用意してくれてましたけど、気遣いはありません。チェックアウトの際も観光場所を聞きましたが、あやふやな回答で観光マップを渡されただけのお粗末な対応。看板のフロント意識が低すぎて、ホテルの品が伺えました。 部屋もマッサージチェアが写真に載っていたので決めたのですが、＋2000円でご案内と言われ、高齢者がいましたし、また移動や手続きに手間取ると思い、諦めましたが掲載と違うんですから、ひどいと思いました。 見た目はよいですが、床は細かいゴミだらけだし、アメニティも部屋に置いてなく、フロントにあるし、飲み物も自由とありましたが、実際は12:00～なので朝は飲めないし、部屋にも用意がありません。 不満と最低が似つかわしいホテルでした。

- Cosmin-Bogdan (9/5): Good stay, would come again - As usual, I like the location, the amenities, overall the hotel is ok. Rooms are spacious enough, although as any room in Japan, not too big. Breakfast is also ok, good options. I liked the ice cream during the daytime. Cooking food on the spot in the breakfast area makes your clothes smell nasty! You would make a very big mistake if you change in your street clothes before going to breakfast, you're going to smell like oily food all day long.

- MEGUMI (10/5): とても楽しく快適に過ごせた旅でした｡おかげで山形が大好きになりました｡ - まず場所が駅近で良かった。目的地が「山銀県民ホール」だったのですが、ホテルの目の前だったので、猛暑の中てくてく遠くまで歩かなくて済んだので、非常に助かりました。 部屋も広くて景色も良かったです。 朝食のビュッフェも品数が多くて、味付けも良かったです。 特に悪いところは無かったと思うのですが、ただ一点｡トイレの汚物入れのケースが小さすぎました。女性がの旅行者が多くなっているこのご時世ですから、もう少し大きいのに変えて欲しいです。それとロビーにあるアメニティーですが、シャワーキャップがありませんでした。元々置いてないのか、みんなが取りすぎて無くなったのかはわかりませんが…。
