- Carmaletia (10/5): Great road trip stop - It was great N/A
- Michiyo (10/5): Glad to find this hotel. - It was a brand new building, modern, clean, and well designed. Nothing.
- Jacqueline (10/5): -
- tinseth (7/5): Easy freeway access, staff friendly and helpful. - Coffee was hot, nice variety of foods- I’m just not a breakfast person! Bed was hard as a rock. Could have been softer!
- trip (10/5): -
- gerald (8/5): -
- Robert (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Very good. Much better than usual continental breakfasts
- Shaun (10/5): - It was very convenient and the hotel staff was amazing so friendly and we were looking for somewhere to have dinner and they suggested a really good restaurant.
- Paula (10/5): Comfortable, best place I’ve ever stayed. - Yes and pet friendly too. Didn’t have a jacuzzi but everything else was great.
- Karen (10/5): -
- Christine (10/5): We come to Grants Pass at least one time a year. We choose to stay at the Hampton Inn! - There was an issue with our reservations, but the manager and her staff were very helpful and accomodating in efforts to rectify our situation.
The food was tasty and hot if it was supposed to be. Good coffee and pleasant atmosphere. Our stay was great. Our third time!
- Robyn (8/5): - Breakfast was really good, loved the location and everything was so clean Wish it had a hot tub and I did feel like the rooms were smaller then what I was picturing, the bathrooms had a sliding door that did not have a lock, but was over all fine.
- Maria (10/5): - Very Clean. Staff was friendly
- Elesie (6/5): Convenient location that’s it - Modern room Staff did not greet nor informed of amentities such as breakfast times or gym, pool, etc during check in. they ran out of protein for breakfast around 8:30, and limited selections. Our room had issues; no AC and it became a problem as we were getting ready for bed. Room was 77 even after the dual was set to 68 for a few hours. Fan was very low despite setting it to high. They were able to swap room after my husband informed front desk but it was late 10pm and kids were not able to sleep until midnight.
- Kim (10/5): Wonderful - Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Eggs every day at breakfast
- Martin (7/5): -
- Colleen (7/5): Good value and convenient location. - Hot breakfast was very good with lots of selection. However the dark roast coffee was too bitter. Good location. Good-sized elevator for guests with luggage. No towel bar or hook for the bath towel in the bathroom. Front desk receptionist was multi-tasking (talking to fellow desk clerk, watching another computer screen, talking to someone behind her) all while I was trying to check in.
- Katrina (7/5): - They were very friendly, clean and the breakfast was awesome
- Kathleen (10/5): Overall, it was a very convenient, family friendly stop and I would definitely stay here again when traveling through th - We stayed here while traveling from Petaluma, CA to Lacey, WA, and it was a great stop for our family. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the area felt safe and well-lit, which was important since we were traveling with kids.
We also had a cat and a dog, and the hotel was very accommodating and pet-friendly, which made the trip so much easier. As a military family, we really appreciated how smooth everything was during check-in and our stay.
Another bonus is the location, it’s close to In-N-Out, McDonald’s, and several gas stations, so it was easy to grab food and get back on the road.
- Laura (10/5): -
- Marta (8/5): Met my needs for a nights rest on a long haul trip. - Very accessible (off I-5). Very clean, friendly staff. Yummy free breakfast No bottled water in the room, and no one told me if or where there are vending machines. I did find the ice machine, but no vending. Teeny snacks available at front desk. Also I think there was an exercise room but no one told where it was.
- Guy (9/5): -
- Karen (10/5): - New Clean quiet Close to freeway
- Brian (9/5): - Room was clean and bed was comfy.
- Charles (3/5): -
- Antonia (10/5): -
- Marcelo Lebedenco (10/5): Excelente - Localização e conforto Tudo perfeito
- RICHARD (9/5): -
- Bettencourt (10/5): Great! - Staff Ice machines broke
- Tinia (8/5): For the night as we were driving from Sacramento to Lacey Washington, it was great, comfortable and would stay there aga - Really close to I5, they seem to be a newer facilities so maybe remodeled? But they were really nice in the rooms. Newer and updated, the breakfast was awesome
- Sherry (9/5): -
- Jerry (8/5): - Great shower! Good breakfast selection. Bed too hard, pillows terrible! Could have had a more modern larger TV.
- Heekyung (1/5): -
- Brenda (10/5): Very pleasant stay! Pet friendly also! - Breakfast has plenty types of dishes to choose from, eggs were delicious. My room was really quiet which I really do appreciate. Overall a very pleasant stay.
- Jose (9/5): Very good - Almost every thing Lack of a good lounge for relaxing!
- Don (8/5): Would stay there again. - Very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

- Clifford (9/5): -
- Barbara (6/5): -
- Lynda (10/5): - Being allowed to check in early, quick response to repair, close to food and highway, our floor was just remodeled..beautiful with barn door type for disabled bath
The breakfast was good. But asking for a tray to take back to room was not a pleasant task. Because floor was remodeled, construction personnel did not verify that the dead bolt locked. The door was not centered correctly. The added door stopper wasnt as secure feeling with deadbolt off center.
- Purdey (10/5): If you get a chance, stay at the Hampton Inn.& Suites - The cleanliness, the hospitality and the wonderful amenities. Having to leave. Thank you for an amazing experience.
- Ryan (9/5): Better than expectations - Better than expected breakfast, friendly staff, clean, warm and nice spaces. Big plus for electric vehicle charging.
- Lynda (9/5): I would stay again but would inspect room before checking in. - I like the location, the large breakfast and seating area, the newly removaled room, disability access. I especially liked the staff when I called to make changes, greeted when arrived and greeted when leaving/exiting facility. Major concern that no cameras are outside to guard against theft and property damage.
Upon entering our room, the dead bold did NOT work. the bold was higher in the door than the door jam. A repair man did show up, but was unable to fix it. when the business took off the doors and replaced them, they did NOT check to ensure the doors locked. However, an extra "block" to use to stop door to open was not easily to use.
No TV guide and remote control did not allow the guide to show up other than when first turning on TV and then it just scrolled by itself and could not choose a channel. Asking everyone to click on that black box to find what the hotel offered was not possible for us. I have a kindle but not that smart.
- Patti (10/5): - Super clean I can’t find anything bad to say about this property
- Dennis (10/5): Great stay, friendly staff, good location for our visit to grants pass - Location and staff Nothing
- Arreanna (9/5): - Th staff were very kind, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
- Marianne (1/5): They canceled our stay 4 hours before arrival. - They canceled my confirmed reservation 4 hours before arrival. Said they could not accommodate me in
Any room type. We stayed at La Quinta and it was a wonderful stay with very friendly staff.
- Clinton (10/5): Enjoyable - We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
- ELAINE (9/5): - Convenient access off the five freeway.
- Rosemarie F (10/5): Great place to stay. - The couple I got the room for loved everything about it.
- Crow (4/5): - TV did not work properly.
Beds were uncomfortable could feel the bed springs
- Kristina (10/5): - Staff was friendly, location was great, always clean. Traveling with my daughter without my husband I wanted to feel safe and this hotel did exactly that.
- gillian (8/5): - There weren’t any cookies at reception.
But the staff was lovely.
- GUADALUPE (10/5): - They service your room every other day, our stay was from a Saturday to Tuesday and they did not clean, empty trash or replenish our towels. When brought up to reception they were very nice and apologetic, it was no big deal, except we had already placed all our dirty towels on the floor.
- Shauna (10/5): - Everything was great except the beds were not comfortable. They were too hard
- Jody (10/5): - Nice staff.Quiet stay. Stay was too short
- Tracy (8/5): - Really liked this place more than other places we've stayed. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice. The only issue was the A/C was very loud. Also, does not have blackout curtains, it has shutters, so if you are on the east side of the building it might be bright in the morning.
- Bill (10/5): - Had a good stay. No issues
- Justin (10/5): - Great Breakfast and evening drinks
- Grace (8/5): - Stale bread and moldy oranges for breakfast.
Nice room.
- Taryn (10/5): - Overall great experience.
- Phillip (10/5): - Easy parking
- Jon (10/5): - Pet friendly. Well maintained, clean, everything in the room is in good repair - no signs of wear and tear.
- Daniel (10/5): - Advertised a hot tub but not one on site. Everything else was great! Loved the breakfast especially!
- Christine (10/5): - A nice clean room. Very welcoming personnel.
- Patricia (10/5): - Clean and nice looking Bathroom door
- Melissa (10/5): - Thank you!
- Carl (9/5): -
- david (9/5): -
- Germaine (10/5): - Rooms are clean. In and out is just next door.
- Richard (9/5): -
- Karen (9/5): -
- Xiaoyan (8/5): -
- Mary (6/5): It was not all that for a “Hampton” - The rooms were a bit tight. The doors to the bathroom was a sliding barn door and it made a loud sound every time we had to use the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom so the moisture in the bathroom would get locked in as well as the smell.
- Kim (10/5): - It was very easy to find. Great location Nothing
- Danielle (8/5): - Mine and my family’s rooms had a TERRIBLE HAIRDRYER.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Excellent - The quiet, the bed, cleanliness, furniture It is fine
- Lois (8/5): -
- Kristine (10/5): - Great location
- Dara (10/5): Great will stay there again - Very clean, great location, breakfast was great too
- Jeneal (10/5): -
- Anna (9/5): -
- Joshua (8/5): Nice digs, ok staff - Very nice, very clean everything is new and updated The front desk lady was a little rude. Checked us in then made us wait while she checked in 3 other couples and then she gave us our room keys.
We were exhausted driving up from California and just wanted to get some sleep.
- Tathiana (9/5): Great place to stay at Grand Pass! - The room was spotless and modern, with excellent facilities and a convenient location. The breakfast was great, I was pleasantly surprised when they had even almond milk (wow, this is rare!) The staff at the breakfast and receptionist were the nicest people. Nothing.
- Cassy (10/5): - Staff was nice. Breakfast was well stocked and clean.
- adam (2/5): - I did not like that staff acted as if I was lying until hmm, I had the front desk. A host, I come to my room, smell it and like had it.And all she could do was offer me a fan.
Refused Annie, other.
Explanations or apologies and told me too bad.
- Nathan (9/5): Superb -
- Lucas (10/5): - Nice options for in-house breakfast but could use some more individual tables during busy summer weeks - there was some wasted seating at the long table once it started filling up. Beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless.
- Raul (10/5): - Great place to stay friendly and super clean
- Neill (10/5): Great one night stop on road trip! - Uber clean with a large room and very comfortable bed. Courteous and efficient staff. Decent buffet breakfast included. Great one night stay when travelling onwards Nothing - all good!!
- Valerie (10/5): Exceptional -
- elizabeth (10/5): - Great overall hotel
- Mona (10/5): - Great place and people. Loved the greens allover the place. We were too close to CA. So we went there and had good time.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Metaroo (9/5): Very conveniently located for a road trip, new and very clean. Comfortable beds and nice and quiet. - Breakfast did not look very appealing and we did not have any.
