• Jane (9/5): From the moment we stepped into our room we knew we would want to come back again. - We were very happy with just about everything. The room was really lovely and extremely warm and welcoming, as it was low season for the hotel. What's more, it was beautifully quiet, which is something we truly appreciate and, most of the time, the only sound we heard was delightful birdsong. The bed was extremely comfortable and we liked the decor, which included flattering (a very important detail!) full-length mirrors on either side of the bed. The balcony overlooked the parking area but, from the level of our room, we could see a small section of the town, with its attractive architecture and red-tiled roofs with a range of trees and flowers, and a mountain slope dotted with trees in the background. Breakfast covered the expected range of options and was plentiful and the breakfast room pleasantly decorated - the hotel has a recurring theme of mirrors of all kinds inside and outside the rooms. The highlight of our regrettably short stay (2 nights) was the spa. We were offered a free half an hour in the jacuzzi on both days. The spa itself is low-lit and tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi itself looked and felt really special with water at just the right temperature for us. The hotel is in a nice location in the town centre and surrounded by places to eat and drink, and is ideal for exploring what the town has to offer. We felt we had been very fortunate in our choice of a place to stay. The only thing I can say here is that, the first morning, when we went down to breakfast at the time it was supposed to start, the room was full to overflowing with people from a tour group and very, very noisy. At first, there were no free tables and then, for the first 5-10 minutes, there were not enough staff members available to clear the one or two tables that became free quite quickly. After that, though, almost everyone left and we were able to sit down but the clutter took quite a while to clear up. I have to say itt was a rather unpleasant surprise for us. The next day, though, all was back to normal.

• Fatima (10/5): Très belle surprise! - Super hôtel, belle chambre avec un balcon. Le top c’est le spa avec 30mn offertes, nous avons donc profiter du jacuzzi. Après une journée de randonnée, c’était super! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

• Vladimir (9/5): - Standard 3-star (or rather 3 1/2 star) hotel. We spent one night, the room was comfortable and the breakfast overcame our expectation. We prefer more personal accomodation. Kalavrita is uninteresting in the beginning of May, it is not a touristic place, However, this is not a fault of the hotel.

• Dimitrios (9/5): Μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή σε ένα πολύ όμορφο μέρος - Όμορφο, καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα, απέναντι από την κεντρική πλατεία, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό και φιλικό προσωπικό. Όλα ήταν σχεδόν άψογα, πλην του σεσουάρ που δεν δούλευε, αλλά το προσωπικό ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και μας προσέφερε άλλο.

Χώρος στάθμευσης, άνετος χώρος για συνέδρια και συλλόγους με ξεχωριστή αίθουσα με projektor. Υποδοχή από τον γενικό διευθυντή κ. Ντίνο, την Ανδρομάχη, Fabio και Φανούριο πάντα με χαμόγελο και διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Οι φυσιοθεραπεύτριες κ. Γωγώ και κ. Ελένη εξαιρετικά επαγγελματίες και πάντα ευδιάθετες. Υπέροχο μέρος τα Καλάβρυτα για πεζοπορία, θρησκευτική αναζήτηση, χιονοδρομία, snowboard, ποδηλασία, γαστρονομία, ιστορική μελέτη και αναζήτηση. Το ξενοδοχείο Filoxenia Hotel and Spa είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, αλλά και μοναχικές ψυχές. Είναι πολλές φορές που το έχω απολαύσει με την οικογένεια αλλά και μόνος μου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

• ALEXIS (8/5): - το ξενοδοχείο ήταν στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης, και το πρωινό ηταν εξαιρετικό! το δωμάτιο που μέναμε το 206 συγκεκριμένα ήταν πολύ κοντά στο ασανσέρ, και για κάποιο λόγο κάθε φορά που λειτουργούσε το ασανσέρ το άκουγες λες και ήταν μέσα στο δωμάτιό σου, κάτι που ήταν πολύ εκνευριστικό!

• Σοφία (10/5): Πολύ ωραία η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ,value for money ! - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι άριστη . Στο κέντρο των Καλαβρύτων ,μπροστά στην κεντρική πλατεία με όλα γύρω γύρω . Άνετο δωμάτιο ,ιδιαίτερα ζεστό και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο . Extra tip:την ημέρα της Ανάστασης το πρωί μας άφησαν δύο λαμπάδες στο δωμάτιο με ευχές ,πολύ ιδιαίτερη κίνηση ! Αν έπρεπε να αναφέρω κάτι σαν μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι δεν άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες καμία φορά από τις 3 ημέρες που παραμείναμε στο κατάλυμα .

Breakfast was okay — not great, but not bad — though it lacked vegetables. Beds were not comfortable — I would rate them 5 out of 10. This definitely needs improvement. One of the beds was squeaking, and the mattresses were not comfortable at all.

• Denise Vardakastani (7/5): Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά μέτριος ύπνος - Η τοποθεσία, το ότι υπήρξε πάρκινγκ και η καθαριότητα υπήρχε θόρυβος από τις 6 το πρωι, σέρνανε κρεβάτια και καρεκλες οι από πάνω και Ακουγόταν λες κ ήταν δίπλα μας. Επίσης ειχε ανυπόφορη ζεστη και δεν μπορουσα να κανω κατι γιαυτο. τα κρεβάτια ειναι πολυ μαλακά και δεν ενδείκνυται για άτομα με μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα που ξεφεύγουν για ξεκούραση… τέλος δεν ήταν ευχάριστο την ωρα του πρωινού που είχαν βάλει σκουπα ηλεκτρική στις σκάλες του πρωινού. Την ωρα εκείνη που τρως θες ησυχια ειδικά το πρωι!
