Сам номер чистый ,пастельное белье меняли не каждый день,полотенца по запросу. Персонал вежливый ,просили поменять номер так как не понравился,раннее забронированный ,с легкостью согласились Номера старые обшарпанные ,совсем не как на фото . Бетонный холодный пол ,старая деревянная мебель ,ржавый душ и тугая сантехника ,кран в душе тяжело открывался приходилось прикладывать усилия . Горячая вода ,для того чтобы она пошла и принять душ ,минимум надо было ждать минут 15,чтобы спустить холодную. Шумный кондиционер,ночью тяжело было спать . Холодная сырая пастель

- Natalya (8/5): מקום נחמד מאוד. מי שנוסע לעשות טיפולי שיניים לקליניקה של גבריאלה אפשר לוותר על טרנספר - זמן הליכה 5 דקות - נחמד, הרהוט מאוד ישן אבל זרמנו. מזגן עבד מצויין, הופתענו לטובה מהמסעדה - אל תסתכלו שאין אנשים ( מדובר בעונת החורף) המנות שהזמנו היו טובות מאוד. שרות טוב, צוות נחמד , ומרכז בהליכה של 40 דקות ( שזה לא רחוק). ביקשנו מים לחדר וזמן המתנה היה יותר מ3 שעות , עד שהתקשרנו שוב ושוב. עבודות תחזוקה גם ניסו לעשות בזמן שהיינו בחדר.

The price is lower than those in the city center for good reason - The price was considerably below what I would have paid in the center of town and the room was spacious. First, the location. The hotel is quite a distance away from all the interesting sites and past a massive military installation. The room was very spartan and the little furniture that was in the room was very cheap. The bathroom was also very odd -- the toilet pointed right toward the sink vanity so that sitting on the toilet you felt you were sitting at a table it was so close. Finally, the breakfast was a buffet but of very poor quality. All the bread was white bread and there were only a couple of very bland kinds of cheese. The cereals were a little better, but when I found a foreign object in the milk, the attendant just fished it out rather than replacing the milk. I paid for the lower price with my comfort.

- Eduard (9/5): - A nice hotel with a beautiful restaurant and a nice pool. Our daughter was very happy to play with the cats that are regular visitors at the balcony. The breakfasts were amazing wish a variety of food. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

- D (8/5): The hotel is lovely but we did not particularly like the area. - The bar, restaurant, pool and cleaning staff were very friendly. I could not say the same for all of the reception staff. One lady in particular was not the most welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were very well kept. The food (apart from Breakfast) was fantastic. The pool was spotlessly clean and well maintained. No issue with sunbeds. The entertainment evening was really good which included an excellent served buffet. The breakfast was OK but not the best. Although the rooms were cleaned to a high standard the corridors were not hoovered for the entirety of our stay. There was a small gym, but none of the equipment worked. As we felt there was not enough for us in the local area, we asked the receptionist if we could check out 4 days early. Her response was that I needed to contact Booking.com as we had booked directly and it was their decision. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone to Booking.com who were very helpful and said that they would send an email to the hotel to straight away to request the early checkout. Booking.com also suggested I let the hotel know that an email had been sent. I approached reception to let them know and the same receptionist who said it was up to Booking.com, immediately said that the stay was non-refundable. I'm not sure why she didn't say this before, rather than waste my time and cost of the phone call to Booking.com. We decided to check out early anyway and unfortunately forfeited £400.

Resepsiyonda değişik mimiklerle müşterilerle dalga geçer gibi konuşan kadın olmasaydı daha kalınabilir bir otel olurdu. Öncelikle o Resepsiyonist değişmeli aksi taktirde bu otel iflas eder.
