Guest Reviews
- Amanda (8/5): - Felt like we had the palace to ourselves. Very beautiful gardens and pool. Air conditioning needs replacing - it looks about 50 years old and is far too noisy to sleep with. Luckily it was pleasant enough with the windows open and the fan on.
- Jagirdar (8/5): -
- Bruce (10/5): your survey is too long - great atmosphere can’t remember
- Stefaan (10/5): super authentieke ervaring - zwembad, lekker ontbijt, de ruime koninklijke kamers bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant, maar nog net te doen
- bibothi dhar (9/5): - The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the hotel had a beautiful palace-like feel. With a little more attention to maintenance, the overall experience could be even better. Upgrading the ceiling fans and providing a few additional charging points would significantly improve the overall comfort. While the bathtub was a pleasant feature, standing in it to use the shower felt slightly unstable and could be made safer and more user friendly.
- Caroline (8/5): - Endroit majestueux !
- Anna maria sabrina (10/5): Fascino - Struttura in stile molto bella, giardino e piscina.
Camera e bagno grandi e puliti, di fascino .
Personale cordiale e professionale. Materasso un po’ duro
- Nancy (7/5): Ok for a short stay. - Conveniently located, safe location. The staff was friendly and kind. A well maintained historic building. It’s quite noisy - lots of music, fireworks and traffic noise from the town, monkeys galloping heavily on the roof at all hours. There was a temple in the middle of the hotel with chanting for a special ceremony throughout the day, and many priests in the courtyard.
- Avraham (9/5): - חדר מפואר מאוד אין מים חמים אחרי חצות לילה
- christian (9/5): -
- SERRA (8/5): Quiet location and magnificent building - The buildings and gardens are lovely and quiet. The room is comfortable and the balcony is very pleasant. The staff is smiling and nice.
It is walkable distance or a short tuktuk ride from the city center. The diner at the restaurant was disappointed but the breakfast was large and delicious( even with no eggs😅).
- Vivek (7/5): Stay was ok will look for other place for stay next time - Ancient type structure No hot water running in the tap.

- kumar (3/5): - Nothing Most of the things. Tv was not working, water was expensive, view was not there, very silent environment, lota of things

- Sophie (10/5): A beautiful place to stay - Jagat Palace is a calm oasis during a busy north India itinerary. We stayed for 3 nights to enjoy some holiday time and it was perfect. We mostly had the place to ourselves and it was so nice to stay in a heritage hotel, we couldn’t believe it was only 3 stars. The pool area is well looked after and the dining room is very grand. Thank you for looking after us :) Nothing it was very wonderful
- Subhash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Malave (9/5): Wonderful stay. - The property is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I would love to visit and stay there again. Extremely picturesque corners can provide some really pretty spots for Instagram! The place really exudes the Rajasthani charm. Nothing really.
- Jasleen (10/5): Great stay with haveli feel and superb location - Very Artistic and Antique feel in whole property, large garden seating with a very nice paved path leading through to the rooms. Food at the property was very good as well, plus the property is very near to explore the sightseeing places like Pushkar Market, Lake, temples etc. Can go by foot or even ride a short tuktuk. No availability of iron and ironing board in the facility, though collect and drop ironing services are available
- Sophie (9/5): Superb - Lovely staff
Very friendly and place clean and comfortable
Food good Nothing
- Shishank (8/5): Nice place to stay - Location and vibe of the palace, it is 700 year old, so looking for authentic palace vibe, this is best place. Breakfast should be improved and breakfast time should be extended to 10 or 10:30 atleast
- Elio (5/5): Amazingly beautiful Jagat-Palace with a very very disappointing food. - The Jagat Palace is very nice: it seems to be back in the colonial Indian-British past. The Palace is top, with a lot of plants and trees and very nice historic rooms. Staff was pleasant. The food is very bad. You eat on tables with dirty tablecloths. The cuisine is very very disappointing. I am very sorry as the Jagat Palace is awesome. The breakfast is disappointing. Everything in the restaurant has to be revised if you want to gain a top mark on Booking.com.
- Llorenç (8/5): Very good - Very nice oasis from desert and the noise of Pushkar. Hotel would need a renovation. It would be even more beautiful.
- Amandeep (5/5): Passable -
- Stephen (9/5): A lovely escape from the busy centre of Pushkar - Though the location is not in the centre of Pushkar, that is an advantage. There are lovely gardens and pool which make for a more relaxing and peaceful stay. Breakfast was very good with a variety of Western and Indian options. Dinner, a la carte or buffet, rated highly. Friendly and attentive staff. Huge bedrooms decorated in the style of a hundred years ago that adds to the charm of the place. Wi-Fi not that reliable in bedroom.
- Oshiya (8/5): Very good - Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. The lock is very difficult to use because the hallway in front of our rooms are very dark. I had to use a flash light on my phone to lock the door. And despite the clean room and bathroom, I found a hair on my bed sheet.
- Christoph (9/5): Superb - Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Traditional feel to the place Food wasn't very nice
- Michael (7/5): An ok place to stay, but could have been so much better with a little more effort - beautiful gardens, big swimming pool, comfortable service in the dining room, at the front desk, and at the spa, room was clean, had vintage touches and a balcony, delicious breakfast and dinner cooked to order, close enough to walk to the lakeside attractions. most lights in the public areas were always turned off…even some of the stair lights which made it both creepy and dangerous, staff were often away from their service areas until I tracked them down, public lounges seemed abandoned and unappealing, pool was unstaffed.
- Ridhi (5/5): Passable -
- Varun (8/5): Very good -
- Ritup (9/5): Beautiful and Exceptional! - The property is situated at a very good location and is exceptionally beautiful. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area is exceptional. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The restaurant was huge. The food though a little expensive is extremely delicious, almost like "ghar ka khaana". Do try their dal, paneer and butter rotis! There is nothing in particular which we didn't enjoy, except sometimes the hand shower in our bathroom didn't work.
